It is important that fault management of devices which is composing network in the next-generation internet environment. It is best method of operating network safely and efficiently. In this paper, we have suggested double message broker architecture to transmit trap messages in web-based fault management system using Java technologies. The double message broker fault management system shows that manager can do its own job efficiently

본 연구는 고객에게 다양한 서비스를 제공해야하는 접점직원의 민첩성을 제고하기 위해 필요한 IT 기술 즉, 행동유도시스템의 촉진요인과 결과요인을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 변화준비성, 행동유도시스템, 민첩성 및 성과의 개념을 정립하고 또한 이들 간의 관계를 이론적 및 실증적으로 검증하여 서비스기업에서 IT 기술을 이용한 경쟁력 강화에 필요한 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다. 행동 유도시스템을 사용하는 접점직원 419명을 대상으로 Amos 23.0을 사용하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 변화준비성의 기술, 조직, 환경요인은 행동유도시스템에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행동유도시스템은 민첩성과 성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 민첩성은 성과에 유의한 성과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 업무불확실성은 행동유도시스템과 민첩성의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 밝혀졌지만, 행동유도시스템과 성과와의 관계는 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과의 이유와 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크환경에 따라 모호성을 갖는 집중형 분산처리시스템의 성능평가를 위해 퍼지이론을 적용한 퍼지 폐쇄형 BCMP 큐잉네트워크모델을 제안하였다. 이 모델은 퍼지요소들을 처리할 수 있는 퍼지평균값분석방법을 사용하여 작업소요시간, 시스템처리율, 시스템내 작업수 및 서버 활용율 등의 시스템 성능을 평가할 수 있는 측도를 유도하였다. 이들의 유효함을 검증하기 위하여 퍼지서비스요구시간을 갖는 집중형 분산 처리시스템에 클라이언트의 수의 변화에 따른 유도된 성능평가측도를 시뮬레이션하고, 그 결과를 고찰하였다. 제안된 모델은 모호성을 갖는 시스템의 성능을 평가할 때 기존의 방법보다 유연하고 실제적인 방법을 제공한다.

본 연구는 임상병리사를 대상으로 직무스트레스의 정도를 파악하고, 이들 간의 상관성을 규명함으로써 직무스트레스의 감소를 위해 건강을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 임상병리사의 직무스트레스는 최대 100점에 49.74점으로 나타났고, 하부영역별로 직무불안정이 64.42점으로 가장 높았고, 조직체계가 52.46점, 보상부적절이 52.30점, 물리적환경이 51.15점, 직무 요구도는 49.57점, 직무자율성결여는 48.43점, 관계갈등은 39.78점 순이었고, 직장문화는 39.77점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 임상병리사의 직무스트레스에 관련한 요인들의 상관성을 확인하였고 직무스트레스가 높은 군에서는 직무불안정을 감소시키고 건강증진에서의 신체활동을 증가시키는 활동이 요구되고, 이를 통해 직무스트레스 감소를 위해 절실한 프로그램의 개발이 요구되고. 건강상태 인자에 대한 정보를 향후 조사해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The potential risks of Korean public security has been increasing by economic stagnation. As a result of this, a feeling of unrest about our society causes expansion of private security industry as well as necessity of professional education. It has been 15years to produce security expert in colleges which is professional education institute, and academic efforts and contributions to society are shown remarkable results for the period. A private security industry had got public interest as a potential favorable job, because of increasing dependence of public to take care of unrest facts. Many colleges have introduced courses about public security because of facing necessity of professional education system. Then total 59 institutes including 22 universities and 37 colleges introduce courses of public security. Although name of courses are diverse depends on institution, purpose of course or members of course, the ultimate purpose of these courses is preventing public from crimes and managing public security. A fixed and out of date education system of universities in Korea can not produce talent person who people, companies and government want. The institutions have been recruiting many student so far, and it shows growth of the industry in quantity aspects. However quality aspect of the industry has been failed because it is hard to get a job for graduated students. Consequently, to improve quality of the industry people need cooperation of institution, professors and students.

In order to examine universal design, 1 have developed two analytical methodologies based on 3P(point) task analysis: structured task analysis and task matrix analysis. I also extracted nine universal design items, namely (1) adjustment, (2) redundancy, (3) specification and function transparency, (4) feedback and (5) error tolerance, (6) effective acquisition of information, (7) ease of understanding and judgment, (8) comfortable operation, and (9) continuity of information and operation. Structured task analysis is used to uncover problems in each of the tasks constituting a job for each functionally challenged condition of users, and solutions to the extracted problems are examined in terms of the above-mentioned nine universal design items. Task matrix analysis calls for the production of a table for each task in a job. In each table, nine items form the columns, and the horizontal rows list all disability types. Then, solutions are formulated for each cell formed by the intersecting columns and rows. Using these two analysis methods, 1 have conducted a verification experiment for the universal design of a public bus. The results of the research have enabled me to propose various ,solutions from a system-based perspective, instead of coming up with the superficial and isolated solutions which are normally produced when conventional analytical methods are used.

매년마다 힘들어지는 취업 관문으로 인해 여러 취업 정보들을 담은 웹 사이트들이 꾸준히 인기를 얻고 있다. 그러나 면접장들과 얼굴을 대면하는 면접에 대해서는 큰 도움을 얻기가 어렵다. 또한 취업 준비를 하면서, 혹은 직장을 다니면서 얻는 스트레스로 우울증을 겪는 사람이 많이 발생하고 있는데 현존하는 취업 사이트들은 이에 대해 전문가를 구성하여 운영하고 있지는 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 구글 앱 엔진(Google App Engine) 및 구글 웹 툴킷(Google Web Toolkit) 기반으로 하여 방대한 취업 정보를 담을 수 있도록 하고 면접 동영상을 업로드 할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 취업 준비생, 직장인들의 스트레스를 덜고자 문의 게시판을 구성하여 상담 전문가들이 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다.

1997년 Lavagnino가 도서관 발전에 기여한 정보 기술동향을 4단계로 구분하면서 의문으로 남겨두었던 마지막 다섯 번째 단계는 웹에 관련된 기술, 오픈소스 어플리케이션, 정보기술을 이용한 도서관 협력 네트워크, 디지털 도서관, 무선통신과 소셜 미디어 등이 주가 되는 단계로서, 최근의 도서관 경향을 잘 대변해 준다. 이에 필자는 최근 미국의 도서관 정보기술 동향을 고찰하기 위해 2006년부터 현재까지 발표된 시스템 사서와 이와 관련된 직무에 대한 채용공고를 분석하였는데, 그 결과 다음의 세 가지를 도출하였다. 첫째, 'Systems Librarian'은 더 이상 도서관 자동화 시스템 관리 능력만을 의미하는 것이 아니라 각 도서관에서 필요한 다양한 정보기술의 적용과 수행능력을 요구한다. 둘째, 의외로 'network management skills'은 그다지 많이 요구되지 않는다. 마지막으로, 희귀소장자료를 다루는 부서에서 시스템 사서의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 결과는 시스템 사서의 주요업무인 도서관 자동화 시스템을 넘어서는 정보기술들로 인해 새로운 직무들과 직책들이 생성되었음을 의미하는 것으로, 특히 최근에 가장 요구되는 정보 기술은 바로 웹과 관련된 기술들임을 확인할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 팀제 환경에 적합한 인재를 더욱 선호하는 경향이 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

최근 각 분야에서 외장형 USB 매체를 활용한 악성코드 감염 및 비밀문건의 유출 사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 외장형 USB 매체를 이용해서 발생한 사건들을 조사하기 위해서 매체들에 대한 수사를 진행하지만, 분실 및 훼손이 발생할 수 있다는 점에서 많은 어려움이 있다. 결국 외장형 USB 매체에 대한 사건 조사를 위해서는 외장형 USB 매체뿐만 아니라 해당 매체가 연결되었던 시스템에 대한 직접적인 분석을 진행해야만 한다. 본 논문은 외장형 USB 매체가 연결되었던 Windows 시스템의 아티팩트에 대한 분석으로 매체에서의 작업이력을 점검하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 외장형 USB 매체를 확보하지 못한 상황에서도 시스템에서 USB 매체를 통해서 수행되었던 작업이력을 분석하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
