물리치료사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Analysis of Factors that Influence the Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapists)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze factors that influence the job satisfaction of physical therapists working in hospitals. Methods: The study was done using a self-administered questionnaire associated with job satisfaction, which was completed by 352 physical therapists working in hospitals. Results: The average job satisfaction score was 3.16. Sub-items scores for job satisfaction were higher for overall satisfaction (3.21) and lower for job satisfaction of achievement (3.12) than the average score. Job satisfaction of subjects showed statistically significant differences with regard to differences in sex, marriage, type of hospital, year of total career, type of patients and motivation level (p<0.05). The average job stress score was 2.38. The sub-items of job stress consisted of problems pertaining to physical environment (2.28), job demand (2.54), job autonomy (2.31), social support (2.14), job instability (2.36), organized management system (2.44), inner motive (2.24), and job culture (2.26). Multiple regression analysis revealed that job satisfaction became significantly lower with increasing levels of job stress. Conclusion: These results suggest that the job stress of physical therapists is closely related to their job satisfaction. An effort to reduce job stress may be helpful in improving the health and quality of life of physical therapists who work in hospitals.

어머니의 결혼만족도 및 양육행동과 아동의 성취동기간의 관계 (The Relationship of the Mothers' Marital Satisfaction, Child-rearing Behaviors and Children's Achievement Motive)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of the mother's marital satisfaction, child-rearing behaviors and children's achievement motive. The subjects were 456 pairs of 5th-6th elementary school graders and their mothers in Kwangju. Data were collected regarding mothers' marital satisfaction, child-rearing behavior, children's achievement motive, and the demographic variables of the child. Data analysis were conducted by the method of factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression, and path analysis. It was found significantly that fathers' job level, mothers' marital 'affection' behavior had direct effects on children's achievement motive. And it was found that maternal employment had indirect effect on children's achievement motive.

중등 보건교사의 직무 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Job Stress of School Nurse in Secondary School)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the job stress of school nurses and reducing their the job stress by analyzing degree of the stress according to the factors related to job stress. Methods: The participants were 136 school nurses who worked in Pusan province. The Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from Dec. 11th in 2006 to Feb. 9th in 2007. The data were analyzed by Frequency, Mean, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis (SPSSwin 12.0s). Results: There was significant difference of the degree of job stress in age. There was significantly negative relationship between the job characteristics and job stress (r=-.473), job satisfaction and job stress (r=-.561), personal values and job stress (r=-.429), achievement motivation and job stress (r=-.215) at p<.01 level. The major factor which influence the degree of job stress was job satisfaction. Conclusion: The factors affecting the job stress of school nurses was correlated with one another and influenced to the degree of the job stress directly and indirectly. The factor that affected the degree of the job stress directly was the job satisfaction and the personal values. As shown this result, it is important that the factor of the job stress lies in the mental characteristics.

여대생의 취업을 향상시키기 위한 자기개발역량과 취업준비도의 구조적 분석 (Structural Analysis of Self-Development Competency and Employment Readiness to improve the Job Achievement of Women's University Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 취업준비와 밀접한 관련이 있는 자기개발역량과 취업준비도를 구조적으로 분석하여 그 영향관계를 파악하고, 취업준비도 향상을 위해 집중해야할 요인을 파악하여 궁극적으로 여대생의 취업이 잘 되도록 하는 것이다. 연구절차와 방법에서 자기개발역량과 취업준비도에 대한 변수를 상세화하고 연구모형을 생성하였으며, 변수간의 영향관계를 구조적으로 분석하는 과정에서 연구모형을 개선하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 취업준비도 향상에 가장 중요한 변수는 경력개발능력으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 기여도는 자아인식능력과 자기관리능력이 경력개발능력의 매개효과에 의해 취업준비도에 긍정적 영향을 가진다는 것을 밝혀낸 것이며, 특히 경력개발능력이 여대생의 취업준비도 향상에 결정적인 변수라는 것을 밝힌 것이다. 자기개발능력의 향상을 위한 새로운 교육정책의 입안은 여대생의 취업에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하며, 향후 연구에서 구체적인 교육 방안과 실행에 대한 사례분석이 본 연구를 기반으로 더욱 발전되어 나타나기를 기대한다.

동기-위생요인이 간호사의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 조직동일시에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Effects of Motivation-Hygiene Factors on nurse's Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Identification)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of motivation and hygiene factors on nurse's job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational identification. Methods: The subject hospital was 4 tertiary general hospital located in Seoul and Incheon, Korea. The participants of this study were 521 nurses working in the subject hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from April 1 to June 30, 2004. The data were analyzed using SAS 8.0 program for descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of variables were as follows. The motivation factor's total was 3.22, hygiene factor's total was 2.98, job satisfaction was 2.94. organizational commitment was 2.94, and organizational identification was 3.62. The statistically significant predicting factors of job satisfaction were achievement, work itself and salary. In organizational commitment, the significant predicting factors were achievement, advancement, work itself, policy and administration, working conditions, and interpersonal relations. In organizational identification, the significant predicting factors were work itself, responsibility, interpersonal relations, and personal life. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the predicting factors of nurse's job satisfaction based on Herzberg's two-factor theory. The most statistically significant factors were salary on job satisfaction, policy and administration on organizational commitment and work itself on organizational identification. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategy of nursing staff management. And also these will be contributed to developing the nurse's motivation enhancement plans.

영업관리자 코칭이 동기부여와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 성취욕구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Sales Manager Coaching on the Motivation and Organizational Effectiveness Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Achievement Needs)

  • 최근 들어 코칭 리더십은 조직구성원의 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 조직유효성 제고를 위한 중요한 인적자원관리 전략으로 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 영업관리자의 코칭이 동기부여 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향과 성취욕구의 조절적 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영업관리자 코칭은 영업사원의 동기부여와 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입 및 직무성과)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동기부여는 조직 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성취욕구는 영업관리자 코칭과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 영업관리자의 코칭은 영업사원의 성과 향상뿐만 아니라, 동기부여, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 유용한 접근방식이 될 수 있으며, 또한 영업사원의 성취욕구 수준에 따라 영업 코칭의 목적과 접근 방식을 달리 해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 영업관리자의 코칭이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향과 이를 효과적으로 발휘 될 수 있는 상황적 요인을 확인함으로써, 코칭리더십에 대한 이론적 실무적 발전에 공헌하였다는 점을 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.

보건요원 교육효과 평가 (Evaluation on Effectiveness of Public Health Personnel Training)

  • To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public health personnel training, we evaluated not only how appropriate the students felt the objectives, contents, methods and multimedia used in the train ing courses, but also how much the students accomplished the objectives and applied skill and knowledge to their own works. We selected 5 courses for the study : Tuberculosis control, Radiological technique, Public health information, Immunization, Mental health management courses used by Kirkpatrick's evaluation model. Reaction evaluation was carried out in final day by questionnaire. The results showed that all of them were very satisfied with educational input and curricula, learn Ing environment. Secondly, we measured the degree of learning achievement on pre and post training by questionaire of specific behavioral objectives. The degree of learning achievement was statistically higher just after training than pre training (paired t-test, p<0.01). Thirdly, evaluation of behavioral change to job was conducted to find out how much students applied skill and knowledge to their own job in 3 months after training by questionnaire. The results of behavioral change evaluation showed that 43.5% of the students who were performing job related with the training courses in 3 months after training applied the learned skill and knowledge to their own job quite well and 37.8% of them applied relatively well, therefore total 81.4% of them applied to their own job. And effectiveness of training for the above mentioned students showed that 41.9 % of them had improved or enforced their jobs after training, 35.5% of them had had no remarkable changes, and 15.7% had newly applied the learned skill and knowledge to their jobs. For evaluating the degree of usefulness of material predistribution in two weeks before training, we compared experimental groups with control groups. The results showed that general reactions are helpful but the degree of learning achievement is no discrepancy.

호텔 부서장의 리더십이 신뢰 및 조직 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Leadership of the Section Leader on Trust and Business Achievement in Hotels)

  • The most important factor in hotel business is the management system of human resources, and focuses on the role of a manager who successfully achieves the business objective. This study is based on a survey conducted on staff members from five-star hotels in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. It aims to look into the influence of leadership and confidence on a Department Chief in terms of overall business achievement. As a result of the verified analysis of this study is as follows: First, the influence of the Department Chief's leadership on confidence(Estimate=1.083, C.R.=12.977) was the highest. Second, the influence of the Department Chief's leadership on business achievement(Estimate=0.651, C.R.=5.864) was relevantly high. Third, the influence of confidence of the Department Chief on business achievement(Estimate=0.217, C.R.=2.054) was relevantly low, but still beneficial. As a result of this study concludes that in order to enhance business achievement, both leadership and confidence of the Department Chief were crucial. Especially, the Department Chief's leadership had an effect on the level of staff members' satisfaction, devotion and intention to change one's occupation in the form of having trust on the Department Chief. Such a result indicates that the Department Chief's leadership plays an active role in elevating the staff members' satisfaction on their job. An elevated satisfaction level will further enhance trust, business performance, devotion to company, cohesion, and productivity.

기업 내의 관계형성과 경영성과의 구조적 인과관계 (Structural Causal Relations with Formation of Relationship in Internal Organization of Enterprises and Management Performance)

  • 본 연구는 기업 내 서비스신뢰, 직무몰입, 고객서비스행동, 경영성과 간의 관계를 검증함으로써 종업원의 기업에 대한 신뢰가 어떻게 경영성과에 영향을 미치는가를 확인하고 설명하는데 있다. 본 조사의 설문은 국내 주요 제약사의 판매원으로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석으로 제기된 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 기업 내 서비스신뢰는 직무몰입과 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 반면, 고객서비스행동에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 그리고 고객서비스행동은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업 내 서비스신뢰는 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 주었고, 또한 직무몰입과 고객서비스행동을 통해 유의한 영향을 주었다. 결론적으로 정리하면, 종업원이 자신이 속한 조직에서 직무에 헌신할 때 고객에 대한 서비스행동이 높아지며 경영성과도 성취될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 판매를 통한 높은 수준의 경영성과를 성취하기 위해서는 종업원의 직무에 대한 몰입을 강화해야 할 것이다.

국내.외 외식업체 종사원의 직무 만족도 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Difference Job Satisfaction Between Korean Brand and Foreign Brand in the Restaurants Business)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 외 브랜드 외식업체에서 근무하는 종사원의 직무 만족도를 비교하여 효율적인 인적자원관리 방안에 대한 가이드 라인을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 외 브랜드의 종사원 모두 외식업에 대한 높은 비전, 자부심, 업무만족을 높게 인지하고 있는 반면에 임금조건은 매우 낮게 인지하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내브랜드 외식업체의 종사원의 전반적인 직무만족도는 높은 편인 반면에 이직의도는 해외브랜드에서 높게 보이고 있다. 첫째, 생산성에 대한 보상, 종사원의 만족수준을 지속적으로 평가하고 모니터링 해야 한다. 둘째, 조직의 경영성과를 성취하기 위해서 차별화된 수준으로 종사원 개발 프로그램을 관례화해야 한다. 셋째, 종사원 기술의 지속적인 개발과 동기부여를 위한 자기개발 기회를 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 정기적으로 상사와 부하직원이 각각의 고충을 토론한 비디오 교육 프로그램을 활용한다.
