현 ICT 교육과정에서는 컴퓨터를 이용한 응용 소프트웨어 및 교수학습 소프트웨어를 익히는 기능 위주의 학습을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 경향은 컴퓨터 교육의 생명인 지식교육에 소홀하고 있다. 또한, 앞으로의 지식 정의화 사회에서는 아이들에게 생각하는 힘 즉 사고력(思考力)을 키우는 것을 필요로 한다. 이 사고력은 문제 해결력에 직접적으로 도움이 된다. 하지만, 기존의 교육방법으로 응용 소프트웨어를 이용하는 것은 사고력 증진에 크게 도움이 되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학생을 대상으로 지식교육의 핵심인 컴퓨터 구조와 작동원리 중의 하나인 영상 이미지 저장 방범 풍 비트맵 이미지 저장 원리에 관한 학습을 연구하였다.

In the flood of information in the modern society, which is information-oriented society and knowledge engineering society, the transition to learner-centered education is demanded in order to perform the task in hand and solve the problems. In this study, it is considered a prerequisite that students get motivated and interested in Sajasohak to study it. Thus, in teaching Sajasohak in various ways, we intend to design web-based multimedia contents by using a variety of forms of multimedia and apply it to the field(real classroom).

본 연구의 목적은 PBL 기반 Alice 프로그래밍 학습이 초등학생의 문제해결력에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하는 데 있다. 정보처리의 이해 영역 중 '프로그래밍의 이해와 기초'에 관한 학습 내용을 중심으로 PBL 기반 교수-학습 모형을 적용한 Alice 프로그래밍 학습을 실시한 후 실험집단과 통제집단의 문제해결력에 관한 사전 사후 검사를 실시하려고 한다.

The ongoing debate over IT productivity has revealed paradoxical effects of IT. This study proposes that IT business value is paradoxical structured. IT impacts are not easy to generalize according to one perspective or paradigm. This study assumes multiplicity in the phenomenon of IT value and explores effects of these multiple interpretations. The study seeks to understand organizational performance. Hypotheses are developed to test the relationship between competing interpretations of IT value and organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not senior managers perceive IT value on the basis of divergent managerial value frames.

This paper demonstrates a comparison of linear and nonlinear analyses for thermo-optic effects of optical temperature sensor based on the etched silica-based planar waveguide Bragg grating. Topics include theoretical analyses and experiment of the etched planar waveguide Bragg grating optical temperature sensor. Theoretical models with nonlinear than linear temperature effect for the grating response based on waveguide and plate deformation theories agree with experiments to within acceptable tolerance.

This study was carried out to manufacture wooden vessels by small diameter wood and wasted wood of Castanea crenata Sieb. et Zucc, which has been largely planted in southern area. We made spice set, tea box set, cookie vessel set, bowl set and accessory set. With the development of edged tools, the human species has been able to fashion wood to change and enhance its environment - one only has to look at the history of all cultures to see examples of wooden artifacts and structures. Even with the development of synthetic materials and the progress of automated, mechanized production of wood and wood products, the raw material is still processed by traditional methods to meet a never-ending demand for products made from this most desirable natural material. Chestnut wood has high added value and natural color grain and is very useful for wooden vessel. Thinned low grade trees can be used to produce wooden vessel. Therefore this result can promote thinning and produce good forestation.

Two known isoquinoline alkaloids, (+)-chelidonine (1) and (-)-stylopine (2), were isolated from $CHCl_3$-soluble fraction of whole plants of Chelidonium majus L. var. asiaticum, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Two isolates (1 and 2) were examined for their in vitro cytotoxic activities against five human cancer cell lines including DU-145 (prostate), MCF (breast), A549 (lung), HePG2 (liver), and HT-29 (colon) by sulphorhodamine B (SRB) assay.

Purpose: This study was to identify the correlations between management of menopause, urinary incontinence and sexual satisfaction in climacteric women. Method: This study was conducted using a convenient sampling method in and around Jinju city, and each participant gave consent for the research. A total sample of 250 middle-aged women aged 40 to 60 years were chosen for the study, of which 157 women completed the questionnaires used for the analysis. Data was collected from Jan 1st to Mar 31st, 2004 by structured questionnaires (questionnaires for management of menopause, urinary incontinence and sexual satisfaction). Result: The characteristic variables significantly related to management of menopause were occupation and religion. The characteristic variable significantly related to urinary incontinence was age. The characteristic variables significantly related to sexual satisfaction were religion, economic status, and frequency of delivery. The relationship between management of menopause and sexual satisfaction was statistically significant with a positive correlation. Conclusion: It is hoped that the above findings will stimulate health promoting programs for climacteric women.

The important problem in designing a Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) is generation of fuzzy control rules and it is usually the case that they are given by human experts of the problem domain. However, it is difficult to find an well-trained expert to any given problem. In this paper, I describes an application of genetic algorithm, a well-known global search algorithm to automatic generation of fuzzy control rules for FLC design. Fuzzy rules are automatically generated by evolving initially given fuzzy rules and membership functions associated fuzzy linguistic terms. Using genetic algorithm efficient fuzzy rules can be generated without any prior knowledge about the domain problem. In addition expert knowledge can be easily incorporated into rule generation for performance enhancement. We experimented genetic algorithm with a non-trivial vehicle controling problem. Our experimental results showed that genetic algorithm is efficient for designing any complex control system and the resulting system is robust.

Herbal medicines are increasingly being utilized to treat a wide variety of disease processes. We previously reported that aqueous extract from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC (Campanulaceae), Changkil (CK), had hepatoprotective effects against acetaminophen induced liver injury. In the present study, we assayed the preventive and therapeutic effects of CK on experimental hepatic fibrosis induced by dimethylnitrogamine or carbon tetrachloride in rats. (omitted)
