After reviewing literatures of Han dynasty or earlier that recognize tumor, bump or mass, we concluded as follows. The recognition or study on tumor, bump or mass started at least Seoju(西周) Dynasty or earlier, and academic system was developed since earlier Han Dynasty(漢代). Until Han Dynasty, main characters that recognize Tumor, bump or mass include Jong(腫), Yang(瘍), Yu(瘤), Yeong, Chang (瘡), Ong(癰), Jeo(疽), Jeok(積), Chwi(聚), Byeok(癖), Jing, and Ga, Hyeon that firstly appeared in Southern and Northern Dynasties(南北朝), and Am(癌) that firstly appeared in Song Dynasty[宋代] can also be considered as significant characters. The main perception of cancer(腫瘍) until Han Dynasty was started by understanding the concept of the word Yu(瘤) and developed through visual, tactile sensation and symptom observation of following 2 categories, One is tumor, btm1p or mass which is expressed in outer body like Yeong, Jong(腫), Chang(瘡), Yang(瘍), Ong(癰), and Jeo(疽), The other is tumor, bump or mass which is expressed internally like Jeok(積), Chwi(聚), Byeok (癖), Jing, and Ga.

Eighteen specimens of juvenile Mugilidae were collected in October 2012 from the southern coastal waters of Jeju Island, and identified based on analysis of their mitochondrial DNA16S rRNA sequences. Seventeen specimens of Oedalechilus labiosus and a single specimen of Ellochelon vaigiensis were found, constituting a new record for these species among Korean ichthyofauna. O. labiosus is identified by the angle at the posterior end of its mouth, which contains a round notch, a darkish dorsal margin of the pectoral fin, the presence of 33-36 lateral line scales, and 23-24 vertebrae. E. vaigiensis is identified by dark dorsal and pectoral fins, the presence of 26 lateral line scales, and 25 vertebrae. The proposed Korean name for Oedalechilus is 'Sol-ip-sung-eo-sok' and that for Ellochelon is 'Nup-jeok-ggo-ri-sung-eo-sok'. The proposed Korean names for the species are 'Sol-ip-sung-eo' and 'Nup-jeok-ggo-ri-sung-eo' for O. labiosus and E. vaigiensis, respectively. We present a key for identification of the Mugilidae family of species from Korea, and include these two newly recorded species.

사대부들의 전유물인 시조에서 신선은 어떤 역할과 정체성을 가지고 있는가를 고찰하였다. 시조에서 선어들이 빈도수가 많음을 기존의 연구사를 통해 밝혔고 시조라는 장르를 통해서는 신선에만 집중하였다. 그중 적송자가 많이 등장하는데 적송자는 사대부들이 좇아가는 적송자로 표현하고 있어 '적송자를 좇으리'가 관용어구처럼 쓰이고 있다. 이것은 적송자를 좇아야만 비로소 신선 대열에 낄 수 있다는 등식처럼 되어버린 결과다. 중국의 장량이나 범려도 부귀영화를 다 버리고 적송자를 찾아 신선이 되어 영원 불사했다는 역사적 사건이 변모되어 전설로 신화로 이어지는 과정에서 시조를 즐기는 사대부들도 마치 장량이나 범려처럼 자신들도 적송자를 좇겠다는 관념어적인 어투로 쓰이고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그런가하면 이태백은 한국문학과 뗄레야 뗄 수 없는 인물이다. 태백은 시선이며 주선으로 시조 문학에서는 비상 모티브를 가진 신선 또는 상천 모티브로 쓰이는 주선으로 노래 부르고 있어 풍류를 즐기는 사대부들에게 친근하게 인용되고 있음을 확인하였다. 반면에 부정적으로 쓰이고 있는 신선으로는 진시황과 한무제를 들 수 있다. 두 황제는 불로초를 찾고 봉래산을 찾은 인물로 현실정치에서는 실각한 인물이다. 뿐만 아니라 불로장생을 원했지만 뜻을 이루지 못한 인물이어서 사대부들은 그런면에서 이상적인 이상향은 없다는 다분히 현실적으로 다가가 유교사상에 입각해 현실에 만족하며 살자는 자족형으로 시조를 부르고 있었다. 따라서 두 황제의 역할은 부정적 이미지다. 시조에서 여선들도 등장하는데 그중 마고선녀, 서왕모, 무산신녀, 항아가 있다. 마고 선녀는 장수를 관장하는 할머니로 때로는 미녀로 쓰이고 있으며 서왕모는 불사약을 가지고 있는 신선으로 무산신녀는 운우의 정을 대변하는 미녀로 항아는 남편을 배반하고 외롭게 월궁에서 지내는 신녀로 표출되고 있다. 이들 선녀의 특징은 미녀이며 자상하고 섬세하며 애정시에 두루 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있다.

국내산 토마토의 품종별 쥬스적성에 대한 기초자료를 얻고져 화학적 성질, 색도, 쥬스의 수율 등의 조사와 관능검사를 하였다. 토마토쥬스의 당도는 지주재배형이 무지주재배형보다 더 높았으며 지주재배형에서는 Jeok Pung과 Master 2가 가장 높은 당도를 보였고, 무지주재배형에서는 79078$\times$ARC가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 산도는 두 재배형간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나 무지주재배형에서는 Jinhong과 TM103가 가장 높았고, 지주재배형에서는 Jeok Pung이 가장 높게 나타났다. pH는 재배형간에 차이가 없었으며, vitamin C는 무지주재배형에서는 79078$\times$ARC가 가장 높았고 지주재배형에서는 Hong Jho가 가장 높았다. 점도는 무지주재배형에서는 79078$\times$CL1561F$_{6}$이 지주재배형에서는 Hong Jho가 가장 높았다. 쥬스의 색도에서 Dom-inant Wavelength는 무지주재배형의 Good Hope가 가장 긴 파장을 보였고 Y%는 지주재배형의 76Moll-3-1-2-2가 가장 높은 값을 보였다 쥬스의 수율은 무지주재배형에서 Good Hope가 가장 높았고 지주재배형에서 76Moll-3-1-2-2가 가장 낮았다. 관능검사의 결과 색은 무지주재배형이 지주재배형보다 유의적으로 더 높게 평가되었고 지주재배형의 76Moll-3-1-2-2가 가장 낮게 평가되었으며, 향과 맛은 두 재배형간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나 지주재배형의 Master 2와 76Moll-3-1-2-2가 가장 낮게 평가되었다. 쥬스특성에 가장 적합한 품종은 무지주재배형에서는 Good Hope와 지주재배형에서는 Jeok Pung을 들 수 있다. 그러나 여러 가지 쥬스특성에 대하여는 품종별로 각기 우수성을 보이므로 이들 품종의 적절한 혼합으로 한품종으로 만드는 쥬스보다 우수한 쥬스를 생산할 수 있는 가능성을 보인다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SPDJTK(SoPungDoJeokTangKami) and concurrent administration of AJ(Atopy cream, Jawoongo)+SPDJTK on atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions by using in NC/Nga atopic dermatitis mouse induced by BMAC-induced mice. Methods Clinical skin score, hematology and Serum total IgE and IgG1 of NC/Nga atopic dermatitis mice were evaluated. Moreover, the cytokine level, total cell number, Immunohistochemical staining and Histological features of axillary lymph node(ALN), draining lymph node(DLN), peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) and dorsal skin tissue were used in NC/Nga mice. Results Orally administrated SPDJTK with concurrent administration of SPDJTK and AJ decreased the clinical skin score, total cell number of WBC, eosinophils in blood, serum total IgE & IgG1, IL-5, IL-13, IFN-$\gamma$. Also, total cell number of ALN and dorsal skin tissue, absolute cell number of CD4+, CD8+, CD3+CD69+, CD3+CCR3+, CCR3+, CD4+CXCR5+ in ALN, absolute cell number of CD3+CCR3+, CCR3+ in DLN, granulocytes in PBMCs, activation cell number of CD3+CD69+, CCR3+, total cell number of CD3+ T cell in dorsal skin tissue were significantly decreased. Furthermore, thickness of epidermis, infiltrated inflammatory immune cell and mast cell in dermis, amount of Eotaxin2 mRNA, CCR3 mRNA in dorsal skin tissue, gene expression of IL-5, IL-13 mRNA in ALN, CD4+ Th cell in dorsal skin tissue and CCR3+ eosinophils in ALN were all significantly decreased. However, total number of DLN, absolute number of CD3e+ T cell and CD19+ B cell, absolute number of CD4+, number of Th cell in DLN and gene expression of foxp3 mRNA were significantly increased significantly. Conclusions Concurrent administration of SPDJTK and AJ on atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga atopic dermatitis mouse was very effective treatment for atopic dermatitis.

This study develops a model which measures service standardizations focused on the process of call center service. It analyzes the relationship between service standardizations and efficiency of business as well. The model consists of two dimensions to offering service and managing customers. These two dimensions have six major elements: accessibility, customer orientation, professionalism, offering a solution, customer satisfaction management, and customer information management. Also we assumed that low customer interaction and labor-intensive of service business increase the level of service standardization.

황해지역에서의 대기중 에어러솔 분포의 특징을 살피기 위하여 1999년 4월 말, 5월 초 인천에서 약 50km 떨어져 있는 경기도 옹진군 덕적도에서 Micro Pulse Lidar 측정과 에어러솔 샘플링을 수행하였다. 황해지역에서 봄철의 평균적인 에어러솔 농도 및 성분에 대한 연구와 함께 황사가 발생하였을 때의 특성에 대하여 연구하였고, 이 지역으로 유입되는 공기의 기원을 추적하기 위하여 등온위면 역궤적 분석을 수행 하였다.(중략)

The Regular rule of Sang-uiwon served as a manual of Royal Attires. According to the procedures, like as making letters about the affairs, consulting, and permission, Royal ceremonial attire was made and presented to the royal family. The materials for the Royal informal dress were presented in accordance with usual tributes. There was no difference in informal dress between the royal family and noble class. But the name of items was different such as Goa du[man's jacket], Go ui[woman's jacket], etc. The royal family continued to wear old days dress as akjurm and noui, which were not worn by common people any more, as a means of differentiating clothes. Bub-bok, which was designed only for key figures of the royal family such as the king, crown prince, queen, and crown princess, was the best status symbol. Because of its highly limited example of wearing, bub-bok was the authority of the wearer itself; with only difference in color, pattern, and material depending on social status. Yong-po is the most frequently worn by the Royal men. Yong-po worn with jong-lip served as yung-bok or gun-bok, and iksun-gwan functioned as sang-bok. Royal Attire for men was clearly divided into Yong-po as sang-bok, bub-bok as myun-bok and gangsa-po, while jeok-ui for women functioned as both sang-bok and bub-bok. However, the use of jeok-ui was defined by differentiate sang-bok from bub-bok like as the pattern of Hyung-bae, number of embroidered round badges, shoes and ornaments.

The main aim of this study was to investigate side dishes served to guests of head families (Jong-ga) in Korea. In order to conduct of this research, we analyzed two books published by the Rural Development Administration (RDA) on the foods and the stories from head families: "Sharing beyond succession, stories and foods from the head families" and "Aesthetics of Serving". The total number of head families serving foods to guests was 10: 5 from Gyeongsangbuk-do, 2 from Jeollanam-do, 1 from Gyeonggi-do, 1 from Gyeongsangnam-do, and 1 from Chungcheongbuk-do. We classified the foods into 7 categories, staple dishes, side dishes, rice cakes, desserts, beverages, alcoholic beverages and others, on the basis of previous studies. Most foods served to guests were side dishes (119). These were further classified into 14 categories: Guk Tang, Namul, Hwe, Bokkeum, Mareunchan, Gui, Jorim, Pyeonyuk Jokpyoen Suran, Jiim Seon, Jeon Jeok, Jangajji, Kimchi, Jeotgal Sikhae and Jang. The most common side dish was Jangs (17), served by 8 head families. The next most common side dishes were Marenchan (15), Jeon Jeok (14) and Kimchi (11).

To investigate the anti-cancer effects of n-butanol fraction of DoJeokSeungKi-Tang extracts(nBFD) in U-937 cells. MTT assay was used to determine U-937 cells proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis. Bcl-xl anti-apoptotic protein and caspase-3, p53 pro-apoptotic protein were examined by Western blot analysis. nBFD inhibited the proliferation of U-937 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The cells treated with nBFD showed a typical apoptotic process by increasing sub-Gl peak. nBFD reduced uptake of 3,3'dihexyloxacarbocyanine iodide(DiOC6) a fluorochrome which incorporates into cells dependent upon their mitochondrial transmembrane potential$({\triangle}{\psi}m)$. nBFD induced in U-937 cells apoptosis mainly via increasing sub-Gl peak, regulation of Bcl-xl, caspase-3 and p53 protein.
