Conditinal weakly convergence of the blockwise bootstrapped empirical process for stationary sequences to the appropriate Gaussian process is reestablished particularly for severely dependent $\alpha$-mixing sequences. Issue of block size is discussed from the point of validity of bootstrap method.

In this paper the issue of convergence rate is introduced for a learning control scheme we have developed and applied for tracking of unknown linear systems. A sufficient condition under which the output trajectory converges exponentially fast is obtained using the controllability grammian of controllable linear systems. Under the same condition it is also shown that the learning control input converges exponentially with the same rate as the rate of output convergence. A numerical example with computer simulation results is presented to show the feasibility of the scheme.

The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

Many first aiders suffer from the stress of working in uncertain disaster sites. The stress of responding to disasters leads to an increase in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a decrease in psychological well-being. It also has many negative effects on the meaning in life for first aiders. Reduced meaning in life will result in many societal opportunity costs due to decreased health and work engagement. To address this issue, this study conducted a survey to analyze the level of meaning in life of first aiders. The results indicated that the overall level of meaning in life of first aiders is very low. This issue needs to be addressed sooner rather than later, given the increasing trend of emergency response. Based on the results of the study, measures were proposed to reduce PTSD and psychological stability by restoring the meaningfulness of first aiders' lives.

새롭게 다가오고 급변하는 스마트 융합환경속에서 정보격차 해소 이슈가 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 전통적인 정보격차의 개념과 범주에 대해 정의하고 그동안 정부가 정보격차 해소를 위해 펼쳐온 노력 사항에 대해 알아보고 해외주요 국가들의 스마트 융합환경속에서의 정보격차 현황에 대해 살펴보았다. 해외 주요국과 한국과의 스마트폰 환경 하에서의 장노년층, 장애인, 저소득층등 취약 계층별 정보 격차 현상에 대해 살펴보고 특별한 차별점을 인식하려 노력하였다. 이에 따른 시사점 분석을 통해 필요한 정책방안을 제시하고 그 달성을 위해 우리 정부나 산업계, 학계, 사회단체 등에서 어떠한 노력을 기울여야 할 것인가를 제시하였다. 정보통신 일등국가로서의 위치를 계속 유지해나가는 것은 전 국민이 평등하게 정보를 공유하여 모두가 삶이 행복한 사회를 구현할 때 비로소 가능해 지는 것이라고 믿는다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 전략안이나 제언이 정부의 정보통신정책 마련에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

Analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product is a new and challenging research field. It is very difficult to find research dealing with this issue due to the inherent complexity and lack of data. In analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product, we should simultaneously take into account its relationship with related single-function products because of their similarities in terms of technology and functionality. In this study, we empirically analyze the diffusion of the convergence mobile phones in South Korea and find that the convergence products can affect the diffusion of MP3 players and digital cameras positively or negatively. This research may be significant for business strategies in technology management and product development.

이 논문은 그동안 민간조사제도 도입에 관하여 논의되어 왔던 쟁점들에 대한 연구동향을 분석하여 그 시사점을 돌출함으로써, 바람직한 도입 방향을 제시하는데 연구목적을 두고자 한다. 분석한 쟁점들은 민간조사제도 도입에 관한 기존의 연구물들을 대상으로 추출하였다. 연구자들이 지적한 쟁점사항들은 명칭, 업무범위, 법인, 자격제도(자격기준 및 시험), 교육, 협회설립, 감독기관, 입법형태 등 8개의 범주안에 포함된다. 명칭에 대해서는 '탐정'이라는 명칭으로 통일할 필요가 있다고 본다. 업무범위에 대해서는 개정이 어려운 법률에서는 일반적인 업무규정을 개괄적으로 두고, 보다 구체적이고 세부적인 조사업무내용은 시행령을 통하여 규율하는 것이 합리적이라 할 수 있다. 민간조사제도는 법인으로의 제한적 운영이 필요하다고 본다. 교육에 대해서는 민간조사 종사자에 대한 신임교육과 재교육이 정기적으로 이루어져야 한다. 관리감독기관에 대해서 경찰청으로 일원화하여야 한다. 입법형태는 독자적인 법률로 규정하는 것보다는 경비업법의 개정을 통해 민간조사제도에 대하여 보완 규정하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 것이다.

기존의 링크기반의 Frank-Wolfe 통행배정 기법은 구현의 용이성과 결과의 안정성 등으로 인해 널리 사용되어 왔으나, 교통분석을 위해 사용하는 기초자료의 크기와 정밀도가 향상됨에 따라 수렴성에 대한 논란이 제기되었다. 본 연구에서는 개별링크기반의 통행배정 기법 외에 경로기반, 출발지기반 알고리즘을 이용한 분석결과의 안정성, 적용가능성에 대한 검토를 수행하였다. 분석결과 각각의 상용프로그램 및 통행배정기법별로 결과의 차이가 일부 존재하지만 수렴성이 어느 정도 확보된 이후부터는 안정된 결과를 도출하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 대규모 교통망에서 통행배정 모형이 충분히 수렴되지 않은 상태에서는 수렴성 및 종료기준에 따라 분석결과의 안정성에 관한 문제가 제기될 가능성이 존재하였다. 따라서 실무적으로 적정한 수준의 수렴성 확보 및 안정된 결과 값을 도출하고자 하는 노력이 요구된다.
