Due to vast points and irregular structure, labeling full points in large-scale point clouds is highly tedious and time-consuming. To resolve this issue, we propose a novel point-based transformer network in weakly-supervised semantic segmentation, which only needs 0.1% point annotations. Our network introduces general local features, representing global factors from different neighborhoods based on their order positions. Then, we share query point weights to local features through point attention to reinforce impacts, which are essential in determining sparse point labels. Geometric encoding is introduced to balance query point impact and remind point position during training. As a result, one point in specific local areas can obtain global features from corresponding ones in other neighborhoods and reinforce from its query points. Experimental results on benchmark large-scale point clouds demonstrate our proposed network's state-of-the-art performance.

4차 산업혁명 등의 영향으로 제조업의 환경이 최신 IT기술을 기반으로 변하고 있으며, 여러 산업 분야와의 연계가 이루어지는 ICT 기반의 융합이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 이유에서 보안 분야에서도 변화되는 환경을 기반으로 하는 융합보안이 새로운 이슈로 대두되고 있으며 융합보안에 대한 다양한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 산업 환경의 변화는 융합 환경이 가지고 있는 장점만을 제공해주는 것이 아니라, 다양한 융 복합적인 보안문제를 발생시키고 있다. 특히 정부는 2020년까지 1만개의 스마트공장을 구축하기 위한 정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있으며, 2014년부터 2016년까지 2,800개사에 대한 스마트공장 구축지원 사업을 수행했다. 이에 기존의 폐쇄형이 아니라 ICT를 기반으로 개방형으로 구축되고 있는 스마트공장에 대한 보안의 위협과 대응 경향을 살펴보고자 한다.

4차 산업혁명 이후 빠르게 변화하는 사회에서는 복잡한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 융합인재양성이 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 (사)한국공학교육인증원(이하, 공인원)에서 제시하고 있는 공학교육 인증기준인 융 복합분야의 프로그램 학습성과를 설정하기 위해 필요로 하는 핵심역량을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 사례연구방법론을 적용하였다. 분석사례는 국내외 대학의 디자인과 소프트웨어 융합 전공이다. 선정된 전공의 교육목표 및 교과목의 강의계획서를 분석하였다. 연구결과 공인원에서 제시하고 있는 프로그램 학습성과 10개 외에 디자인 소프트웨어 융합전공에서 추가로 달성해야할 핵심역량 4가지가 도출되었다. 새로 추가된 핵심역량은 융합능력, 창의적 사고, 창업가능력, 디자인 능력이다. 이 연구의 결과는 향후 융합전공을 위한 공학교육인증 융 복합분야의 평가체계 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 들어, 한국학교교육의 개선을 위한 방안의 탐색이 이루어지면서 융복합교육이 새로운 교육 모델로 제기되고 있다. 융복합교육이 대안적인 교육 모델로 제기되는 바탕에는 국가경쟁력의 유지 발전에 지식 융합 역량이 기여하는 바에 대한 기대감, 융합 학문 및 산업의 발전에 따라 변화하는 대학교육에 대응하여 초중등교육이 변화해야할 필요성, 지식기반사회에서 요구되는 기본 역량으로서 창의적 지식 창출 능력을 함양해야 할 필요성 등 다양한 입장이 존재한다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 융합현상의 인식론적 규범에 대한 고려에 기초하여 실존적 존재로서 학생의 전인적 성장을 촉진할 수 있는 학습 환경을 제공함으로써 교육의 인본화를 실현하는 것이 융복합교육이 지향해야할 핵심적 과제임을 주장하였다. 이러한 관점에서 국내외 융복합교육 프로그램 사례를 검토함으로써 융복합교육이 학교수학교육을 개선하는데 기여할 수 있는 방법론을 탐색하고 그 실천에서 고려해야할 사항을 논하였다.

2017년 3월 기준, 가짜 뉴스로 인한 폐해는 대체로 정치적 이슈에 집중되어 있다. 국외에서 가짜뉴스 문제는 2016년 미국 대선에서 크게 화제가 된 적이 있고 독일, 프랑스 등 선거를 앞둔 국가들에서도 새로운 정치사회적 문제로 등장하였다. 국내에서는 대통령 탄핵소추 및 탄핵 인용, 조기 대선 등 정치적 이슈와 맞물려 이슈 및 언급량이 집중되고 있다. 이러한 현상은, 최근 다양한 형태의 기사 생성방법 및 정보의 공유방식과 연계되어, 정치적 쟁점과 관련된 가짜 뉴스뿐만 아니라 안전 이슈(safety & security issue)와 관련된 가짜 뉴스의 생산, 확산에 이르고 있고, 결과적으로 국민들에게 상당한 혼란을 야기할 수 있는 정보로 변질될 가능성이 농후하다. 따라서 이러한 문제인식은 관련된 실태분석과 효과적인 대응방안을 고민하는 것은 현 시점에서 중요함을 의미한다. 따라서 이 연구는 가짜 뉴스가 안전 분야에 어떠한 형태로 생성되고 있고, 관련 분야에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 확인하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 이를 위해 실시간으로 발생하는 수많은 데이터 속에서 이슈 진단 분석 전망 관리를 위한 정확하고 유의미한 분석을 하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 우리나라에서 언급되고 있는 가짜뉴스는 정치적 이슈뿐만 아니라 안전 이슈와 관련되어 지속적으로 생성되고 있고, 국외에서 발생하는 일반적 형태와는 차이를 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다.

포털 사이트의 실시간 검색어는 현재 관심이 급상승하고 있는 이슈를 보여주기 위해 주로 검색횟수가 많은 순서에 따라 몇 초 간격으로 제공되고 있다. 그렇지만 너무 짧은 시간 내에 순위가 바뀌는 실시간 검색어의 특성 때문에 하루의 핵심 이슈를 비켜가는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해 검색어들 사이의 연관 분석을 통하여 검색어들이 관련된 핵심 이슈를 도출하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 실시간 검색어를 순위와 상대적 관심도를 기반으로 점수화하여 집단별 기술통계를 통해 최상위 10개의 검색어를 도출한다. 그 다음으로 지지도와 신뢰도를 기반으로 연관 규칙을 추출하고 이를 가시화하는 그래프 결과를 바탕으로 핵심 이슈를 선정한다. 실험 결과는 단일 최상위 실시간 검색어보다 연관분석을 통해 높은 점수로 선정된 핵심 이슈가 더 큰 의미를 갖는다는 것을 보여준다.

The fashion industry is accountable for labor and environment-related issues. With such issues raised, consumers' social responsibility for environmental and labor issues has become an important factor that shapes the perception of companies. This study investigates the relationship between consumer values, concerns regarding social issues, and willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products. This study included two exogenous variables of altruistic value and egocentric value. In the conceptual model, consumers' social responsibility was conceptualized as two constructs of environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. It was then analyzed as mediating variables. Willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products was the endogenous variable. Data was collected and analyzed with PLS-SEM from 600 consumers. The assessment of discriminant validity and construct validity using CFA were conducted before analyzing the model. Structural equation modeling results revealed that altruistic value directly influenced environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. However, egocentric value was directly and significantly influenced only by labor-issue consciousness. Both environmental and labor issue consciousness directly influenced customers' willingness to pay a premium, but did not significantly change their willingness to pay a premium. Two-stage serial mediation analysis results indicated that the constructs did not have a significant mediation effect on the exogenous variables (altruistic value and egocentric value) and the endogenous variable (willingness to pay a premium) for ethical fashion products. This study found the influence of consumer's personal values on their willingness to pay a higher price for ethical fashion products.

인터넷의 출현은 국제상거래 분야에 영화, 음악, 소프트웨어 및 기타 디지털콘텐츠 제품의 전자적 거래를 발생시켰다. 본 연구는 한 미 FTA 전자상거래 협정문의 주요쟁점을 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 디지털콘텐츠산업의 활성화를 위한 과제에 대해 문헌연구를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 통상측면의 과제로는 디지털콘텐츠에 대한 분류 및 관세 문제, 디지털콘텐츠의 비차별대우 문제, 시청각서비스의 배제 문제 등에 대한 해결이 필요하다. 다음으로 산업측면에서는 디지털콘텐츠의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화, 수출지원 시스템의 일원화, 지역 및 장르별 해외시장 진출 전략 수립, 글로벌 전문인력의 양성, 디지털콘텐츠의 지적재산권 보호 등이 필요하다.

Supporting emergency services (ES) for VOIP services in the Internet is a critical feature. It requires international standards since the VOIP services over the Internet has no national boundaries. Recently, standard development organizations such as the IETF, the IEEE 802 committee and the WiMAX Forum (WMF) have worked on this issue. In this paper, we review and compare ES architectures proposed by the IETF and the WMF, and summarize the IEEE 802's relevant activities.

Adaptive memory management is a serious issue in data stream management. Data stream differ from the traditional stored relational model in several aspect such as the stream arrives online, high volume in size, skewed data distributions. Data skew is a common property of massive data streams. We propose the predicted allocation strategy, which uses predictive processing to cope with time varying data skew. This processing includes memory usage estimation and indexing with timestamp. Our experimental study shows that the predictive strategy reduces both required memory space and latency time for skewed data over varying time.
