Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find and suggest ways to invigorate operation of visiting nursing centers. Methods: SWOT analysis was performed based on the status of use of visiting nursing centers and opinion survey on the centers' nursing experts. Results: SO strategy was drawn to improve service satisfaction, develop standardized manuals, and improve the areas of visiting nursing services, and WO strategy was drawn to establish reliability, strengthen promotion or marketing strategy, strengthen management ability, and reinforce the governmental support of visiting nursing services. ST strategy was drawn to recover the functionality of health management, secure competitive advantage, and simplify the issuance of visiting nursing directions, and WT strategy was drawn to provide customized service, establish the cooperative system of related agencies, and adjust fees. Conclusion: For invigoration of visiting nursing centers, people must recognize the importance of the visiting nursing service and institutional standards should be established so that visiting nursing service, which is currently provided as an option according to Standard Long-Term Care Plan, can be provided on a mandatory basis.

This study aims to assess Green-Tourism accessibility of Rural Experience Village and then prepare improvement methods. To do this study, we surveyed 25 operators of Rural Experience Village in Chungbuk. We used 21 issues in all for analysis and the following shows a summary of major results. Rural Experience Village has a generally hard time conducting facility maintenance. Countermeasures for maintenance are required to run smoothly. Since Rural Experience Village has difficulty attracting visitors to the village, countermeasures are needed to attract visitors through business promotion. The results of assessing Green-Tourism accessibility showed us that some villages are a lot more accessible than others. Therefore, it is necessary that there should be improvements of Green-Tourism accessibility by attracting visitors and increasing operating days so that Green-tourism accessibility can be enhanced. In spite of its high level of accessibility since Rural Experience Village belonging to Goesan has low profitability, it is especially imperative that we establish more positive project promotion to cover it.

공공도서관이 지역사회에 대한 정보를 수집하고 제공해야 하는 것은 지역사회 기반시설로서 매우 중요한 업무 중의 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 공공도서관 및 이용자 대상 공공도서관 지역정보서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 및 요구조사를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화 방안으로 지역정보 이용을 위한 접근점 다양화, 이용자 요구를 반영한 지역정보 콘텐츠 개발, 공공도서관 중심의 지역정보서비스 협의체 구성, 인식 개선 및 이용 활성화를 통한 지역정보서비스 홍보를 제언하였다.

대형할인마트와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등의 등장으로 지역 유통시장이 축소 위축되고 있는 상황에서 경영 여건이 어려운 재래시장은 심각한 어려움에 처해있는 실정이다. 그러나 재래시장은 유통부문의 거래물량이나 소비자의 이용빈도 측면에서 볼 때 아직도 중요한 위치를 점하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에 재래시장의 시설 및 경영현대화와 시장정비를 촉진하여 지역상권을 활성화하고 유통산업의 균형 있는 성장을 도모해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증평군 장뜰시장이 경쟁력을 갖고 지역경제를 활성화 할 수 있도록 사업환경을 분석하여 활성화 방안을 제시하고, 정책적 판단에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 우리가 살아가고 있는 시대는 지식기반사회를 지나 창조사회로 진입하고 있으며, 창조사회에서 중요시되는 키워드들은 지식, 창의성, 융합 등일 것이다. 21세기 창조사회에 선제적으로 대응하기 위하여 창의적인 융합형 인재를 양성해야 하는 당위성을 찾을 수 있는 이유이기도 하다. 이와 같은 시대적 배경에 따라 교육과학기술부는 2010년 6월 과학과 예술의 통합 교육 실시에 관한 내용을 포함한 "창의성과 인성 함양을 위한 초 중등 예술교육활성화 기본방안"을 발표하였으며, 2011년 1월에는 초 중등 STEAM 교육에 관한 내용을 포함한 "제2차 과학기술인력육성지원 기본계획(안)"을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 창의적인 융합형 인재를 육성하기 위한 영재교육기관 설립 시에 적용 가능한 전략을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 융합형 영재교육의 필요성과 사례 분석을 통한 시사점을 도출하고, 이를 적용하여 융합형 영재교육기관 설립을 위한 전략을 개발하였다.

기업현장에서 현직교육훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 커지고 있고, 많은 기업들이 현직교육훈련을 실시하고 있거나 추진을 계획하고 있다. 더욱이 최근 기업은 우수인재를 확보 유지를 하기 위해서 기업차원에서 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 실제구성원들이 어떤 이유에서 현직교육훈련을 선택하고, 이를 시행하는데 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 성과에 대해서 어떻게 생각하고 있는지에 대한 정보는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 구성원의 관점에서 현직교육훈련 참여동기 요인을 찾아보고, 현직교육훈련을 선택하는데 영향을 주는 요인을 현직교육훈련 유형 및 통합적인 관점에서 밝히고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 구성원들이 현직교육훈련 참여강도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 OJET 유형 요인, 담당업무 요인, OJET 참여이유 요인, 기업환경 요인 그리고 개인특성 요인들이 이에 유의한 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과를 기초로 해서, 본 논문은 기업차원에서 현직교육훈련 참여를 활성화할 수 있는 정책적, 제도적 모색방안을 제시하였다.

Korea has high quality level of ICT Technologies, however it still have a long way to go before invigoration of ICT in agriculture industry. The government of Korea supply to agriculture ICT systems, however these are the enclosed type and insufficient the level of connectivity, compatibility, and integrity between ICT systems. Farmers can not share crop information and one system can not use with others in combination. Recently, IoT(Internet of Things) become popular to emphasize the vision of a global internet and ICT industry. The IoT is a critical technology that leads future internet generation. We believe that IoT will change status of agriculture industry and appearance of various agriculture business model. Using IoT technology is provided a platform of opportunities to optimize work processes and efficient use of energy, time and labour in farm. It can automatically control temperature, humidity, sunshine system and so on for optimal growth conditions at greenhouse and plant factory. Growth setting can even be controlled and monitored crop condition and disease by a smartphone app or PC. It is possible to improve quality of farming and farm product. We suggest that construction of IoT platform through open API in agriculture industry.

임상병리학과 학생들의 법의학 교육에 대한 인식개선의 방법을 개선하고, 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시할 목적으로 대구지역 대구보건대학교 임상병리학과 학생 100명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 법의학 과목에 대한 인식 및 요구도에 대한 항목들을 빈도 분석하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 학생들이 법의학이라는 인식이 많이 높은 수준으로 조사되었다. 100 응답자 중, 법의학대한 인식 질문에 94 (94 %) 그것을 알고 있다고 조사되었으며 법의학에 대한 기대 또한 높게 조사되었다. 현재 임상병리과 학생들에게서는 법의학 교육의 인식 및 교육의 요구도가 매우 높았다. 따라서 대학 교육과정에 임상병리사가 되기 위한 중점과목에만 집중하는 것보다 전문적 영역 확대와 활성화를 위해 법의학 과목을 통해 특히 임상병리사의 취업을 위한 방안으로 소개하는 프로그램의 도입이 필요하다.

The Saemaeul Movement, which is the representative national campaign of Korea aimed at the development of local communities, has drawn a great deal of attention from home and abroad and formed an element of Korea's national brand since 2000. Accordingly, this research was conducted for the purpose of constructing a memorial park in Shindo Village, Cheongdo County, North Kyoungsang Province, which is a home to the Saemaeul Movement. As the Saemaeul Movement is benchmarked by many countries around the world today, this research aims to communicate the spirit and social value of the movement and disseminate its effects of local community development in rural areas through the construction of a memorial park. In this study, the design motive of the memorial park was conceived through the historical review and case studies of the Saemaeul Movement. In parallel, theoretical study was also conducted on design techniques as the basis of this research. In consideration of the characteristics of a technical article, this research was conducted in several phases. In the first phase, the conditions of the site where the park construction was planned were analyzed and the direction of its development was set. In the second phase, the main theme and the basic principles of planning were established, and the contents of the park construction project were devised in detail. In the last phase, a comprehensive plan was established, including a space layout to accommodate activities, facilities and programs to be introduced to the park. The park construction site ($106,000m^2$) was divided into four zones (memorial zone, historical theme park, education zone and experience zone) based on circulation planning aimed at creating memorial space, and was linked to eco-friendly ecological space in consideration of environmental features. At a time when the Saemaeul Movement is being propagated across the world, the result of this study will help create a place for its memorial and play a pivotal role to boost international movements aimed at promoting co-prosperity across the global village. It will also bear significance as an example of theme-based park construction in a rural area and the invigoration of a local community.
