This study provides a thorough methodology for IT Investment evaluation. A software tool to support the evaluation process was introduced along with a case study. The software supports the methodology that consists of 7 phases : Target analysis, ldentifying IT measures, Measuring IT impact, Assessing business value, Analyzing the decree of realization, Cost-benefit analysis, and Reporting. The case study showed that the software (CAFA) was a very useful tool supporting both decision-making and post-implementation reviews of IT investment.

Hydrogen energy is emerging as an important means of carbon neutrality in the various sectors including power, transportation, storage, and industrial processes. Fuel cell power plants are the fastest spreading in the hydrogen ecosystem and are one of the key power sources among means of implementing carbon neutrality in 2050. However, high volatility in system marginal price (SMP) and renewable energy certificate (REC) prices, which affect the profits of fuel cell power plants, delay the investment timing and deployment. This study applied the real option methodology to analyze how the dual uncertainties in both SMP and REC prices affect the investment trigger price level in the irreversible investment decision of fuel cell power plants. The analysis is summarized into the following three. First, under the current Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS), dual price uncertainties passed on to plant owners has significantly increased the investment trigger price relative to one under the deterministic price case. Second, reducing the volatility of REC price by half of the current level caused a significant drop in investment trigger prices and its investment trigger price is similar to one caused by offering one additional REC multiplier. Third, investment trigger price based on gray hydrogen and green hydrogen were analyzed along with the existing byproduct hydrogen-based fuel cells, and in the case of gray hydrogen, economic feasibility were narrowed significantly with green hydrogen when carbon costs were applied. The results of this study suggest that the current RPS system works as an obstacle to the deployment of fuel cell power plants, and policy that provides more stable revenue to plants is needed to build a more cost-effective and stable hydrogen ecosystem.

In order to make an feasibility analysis of such as rail and road transportation infrastructure, it is common to perform economic analysis. one of the most important thing is how to estimate the operation cost of freight rail because that is required during the analysis time period and sometimes that takes more cost than the construction cost. Therefore, this study is to perform the verification of freight rail operation cost which is applied to the economic analysis of railway investment analysis. for this, it is compared truck operation cost variation with freight rail operation cost, when freight volume is converted from road to railway. In conclusion the cost variation of railway part is bigger than road part so it is necessary to improve the operation cost of freight rail estimation process.

This research aims to propose a model to estimate the appropriate SE Cost rate to the total project cost when systems engineering applied to light rail transit project. In this research an investment cost estimation model is proposed with reference to COSYSMO (Constructive System Engineering Cost Model). This model includes four input factors such as requirement numbers, interface numbers, algorithm numbers, and scenario numbers. When 2600 requirement numbers are considered on a proposal document with 350 pages in a light rail transit specification of 500 billion~trillion won scale, COSYSMO demo version estimates 42.5 billion won of SE cost (about 5% of total project cost or about 10% of E&M cost).

TCA(Total Cost Assessment) can be defined by a tool to evaluate actual profit about investment. Also, It can be used by method to make more reasonable decision-making in business. Enforcement of 'direct payment system' for environment friendship farmhouse of government is spreading recent times. But, it is true that it is no definite standard about appropriation of disbursement amount of money. TCA method can be utilized usefully for solution of these problem. Also, It will help to decide price grasping invisible cost and environment cost. Therefore, We tried that may can apply TCA theory in farmhouse class, and attempted economic performance estimation which use this. This study introduces TCA theory and developed applicable expense list in agriculture field. Also, We applied TCA theory to farmhouse. This theories referenced domestic and th6 foreign countries, connection literature. But, It handled part about invisible cost and social cost etc..

Most of studies on PC method aim at the structural analysis and development of PC members, and studies on the construction management aspect are insufficient. Therefore, this study tries to investigate 'hallow PC column composite method(HPC composite method)' from the viewpoint of construction management and analyze the construction cost of the composite method. On the assumption that each comparative method was applied to the zone, the difference in construction cost between the two methods was analyzed. As a result, HPC composite method increased the initial investment cost because of its factor technology, but reduced transport cost, lifting cost, and installation cost through lightweight columns. This study analyzed only the difference in construction cost of HPC composite method so that it has the limitation in evaluating its economy. Therefore, to evaluate the economy of HPC composite method, it is considered to research more the construction cost of HPC composite method.

A making a decision of construction cost has important meaning and function for both contractor and owner in construction projects. Especially, it should be premised that estimating the construction cost in efficient and rational way in public construction, which is invested by government funds, for efficient execution of the budget and investment as a side of government. The systematic methodology for estimating construction cost approximately of a river facility construction project has not yet been established because of its unique characteristics including its relatively small project size in terms of cost. On this study, It collect and analyze a river facility construction historical cost data for develop an approximate cost estimating model for river applied by typical embankment section method and rate application of the others activity type. And it verify suitability of model through a that result of application of real river facility construction statement at developed model. By this study, it is expected to reasonable and systematic estimating construction cost through application of developed model.

The final energy consumption in the building sector in Korea represents almost 20% of the total energy consumption. Besides, Space heating and hot water generation in Korea are based on fossil fuels, with a serious environmental impact. This study describes thermal performance of heating demonstration system using close-loop ground source heat pump installed at Korean minjok leadership academy. The results of the experimental study, it retrieve the investment cost for 3years 8months and reduction amount of $CO_2$are 293,900 $kgCO_2$.

As a environment of SCM is issued recently, many enterprises are concerned about inventory control for an efficiency of operation and reliablity. The goal of them is to match up to improving of facilities and redoing of inventory cost. To put an efficiency in the operation rate of facilites, A moderate provision of spare parts for that would come into a matter. This study designs two-echelon spare parts distribution system and sees over the relationship between operating rate and inventories of spare parts. and then it determines fitting inventories and investment cost considering an operating rate.

Switching to organic farming practices in agricultural production reaches the end of the period it takes an average of five years. During this period, agricultural soil management to improve the investment must be sustained. Results of the survey of environment-friendly agricultural lease rates appear to approximately 54.2% lower than agricultural practices. Environmentally friendly agricultural land is leased on a long transition period of the contract cost, many buried incompleteness, uncertainty of contract fulfillment(opportunistic behavior) occurs when the transaction costs. This ultimately can hinder the spread of organic farming. Thus, the qualitative development of organic farming and land leasing in order to minimize transaction costs, should that occur. The alternative 'cooperative long-term lease contract' is a system.
