본고에서는 움직이는 물체를 추적하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이미지의 색상에 대한 불변치를 활용하여 비디오 클립에서 물체 영역을 추출하고 co-occurrence matrix를 구한 후 인접 프레임 간의 대응되는 물체를 결정하여 물체의 괘적을 추적한다. 물체 영역에 적응되는 특징값들의 분리정도치를 활용하여 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 방법과 실험 결과를 제시한다.

강우빈도해석기법 중 지점빈도해석은 대상지점의 확률강우량을 추정하기 위한 방법으로, 이를 위해서는 특정 지속시간에 대해 구축된 강우자료가 필요하나 현실적으로 대상지점의 특정 지속시간에 대한 자료가 구축되어 있지 않거나, 휴전선 부근의 지역과 북한지역은 강우자료를 구축하기 어려우므로 인근 지점의 자료를 이용하여 빈도해석을 실시하기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강우자료간의 스케일 성질을 이용하여 특정 지속시간에 대한 연최대강우자료 추정의 정확성을 판단해 보았고, 강우의 스케일 성질을 이용하여 북한지역의 평강, 원산, 장전에서 특정 지속시간에 대한 연최대강우량을 추정하기 위해 세계기상통신시스템(GTS: Global Telecommunication System)을 통하여 자료를 수집한 북한지역 3개 지점에 대해 강우의 스케일 성질을 적용해 보았다.

푸리에 변환의 일반형인 분수차 푸리에 변환(fractional Fourier transform : FRT)을 근간으로 하는 분수차 상관기는 입력패턴의 위치나 모양에 따라 상관결과치가 변하는 공간 가변 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 특성을 갖는 분수차 상관기를 푸리에 변환을 이용하는 기존의 상관기와 비교하였고, 분수차에 따른 상관결과치의 변화를 분석하였다. 정확한 분수차 상관함수의 계산을 위하여 광학부품들의 정렬에 있어서 고도의 정확도와 안정도를 갖는 평판 집적 광학계를 구성하였으며, 실험결과와 계산결과를 비교함으로써 평판 집적 광학계에 의한 분수차 상관기의 구현이 매우 정확히 수행될 수 있음을 검증하였다.

The inverse kinematic solutions for redundant manipulators using the optimality augmented resolution schemes have been used without investigating the characteristics of the optimal solutions. The questions with this kind of resolution methods are answered in this paper, that is (i) the characteristics of solutions, (ii) of algorithmic singularities, (iii) their dimensionality, and (iv) the invariance of the characteristics during resolutions. 3-DOF planar redundant robot is analyzed when the inverse kinematic method is applied with the manipulability as an example.

In this paper, to provide the robustness of character recognition, we propose a recognition method using the dilated boundary curve feature which has the invariance characteristics for the shift, scale, and rotation changes of character pattern. And its some characteristics and effectieness are evaluated through the experiments for both the english alphabets and the numeral digits. The feature vector is represented by the fourier descriptor for a boundary curve of the dilated character pattern which is generated by the circular mask dilation method, and is used for a nearest neighbort classifier(NNC) or a nearest neighbor mean classifier(NNMC). These the processing time and the recognition rate, and take also the robustness of recognition for both some internal noise and partial corruption of an image pattern.

적응방식이나 실시간 처리에 적합한 온라인 ARMA 계수추정을 위하여 공분산형 ARMA 고속 transversal 필터 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 ARMA 모델의 경우 상관함수 행렬의 이동불변 특성이 각 블록 별로 만족함을 이용하여 ELS(Extended Least Squares)를 공분산형의 경우에 대해 고속 시갱신 알고리즘으로 구현한 것으로서, 알고리즘의 유도에는 사영연산자를 이용한 기하학적 접근방식을 사용하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 13N+37 MADPR의 연산량을 필요로 하며, AR부분과 MA부분의 차수를 달리할 수 있다.

Ryff's(1989) psychological well-being measure is used to assess and sometimes compare Korean and American adults, however, there is no information regarding whether its dimensions are psychometrically invariant across, whether its items provide sufficient information for, and whether each item measures identical trait levels in, the two nations. Confirmatory factor analysis on response 1,696 Korean and 3,669 American adults, gave to the measure revealed lack of fit and absence of factorial invariance across the two nations. Item response theory revealed significant variance for items on each factor across two countries that most items yielded limited psychometric information. And that each item measure different trait levels, suggesting that in its present form, the measure might lead to misleading results for, and across the two nations.

The robustness of communication service should be guaranteed to validate its security of the whole service not just high performance. One kind of practical test-beds is the chinese communication service based on SIM Card and GSM. In paper, we try to experiment the possibility of SIM cards clone in various mobile communications using 2G in china, and hence discovered the security vulnerabilities such as the incoming outgoing, SMS service and additional services on the mobile phones using clone SIM cards. The experiments show that chinese communication service should be prepared the Fraud Management System against the cloning SIM card. and furthermore, regulations related to the communication service should be tuned the realistic security environments.

This study suggests that it is necessary to prove that the values of three areas of a triangle, which are obtained by the multiplication of the respective base and its corresponding height, are the same. It also seeks to deeply understand the meaning of Area formula of triangles by exploring some questions raised in the analysis of the proof. Area formula of triangles expresses the invariance of congruence and additivity on one hand, and the uniqueness of parallel line, one of the characteristics of Euclidean geometry, on the other. This discussion can be applied to introducing and developing exploratory learning on area in that it revisits the ordinary thinking on area.

In this paper, we proposed a new robust control scheme to implement stable control of robot manipulators including nonlinear perameters The proposed robust controller is composed of a nonlinear controller and linear compemsation controller. It shows a good robust performance in reaching mode which does not possess invariance property. Thus, the proposed nonlinear controller showed a good robust performance in the whole region, It was illustrated that the proposed control showed a good transient response and trajectory tracking performance for robot manipulator with four joint by experiments.
