보건계열 대학생의 의사소통 능력이 대학 생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Communication Ability of Health-Related Majoring Students on College Life Adjustment)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effects of health science majors' communication skills on their adjustment to college life. Methods : The subjects were 336 college students majoring in health science at colleges located in Busan. The survey's questionnaire comprised 38 items, including 15 items for communication skills and 19 items for adjustment to college life. Results : In the gender-based comparison of communication skills and adjustment to college life, female students had better communication skills, with overall higher scores than male students for the understanding others and communication. In the age-based comparison of communication skills and adjustment to college life, students aged 21 to 22 showed the best communication skills, while students aged 18 to 20 exhibited the least communication skills. In terms of adjustment to college life, those aged 25 or older scored the highest, and those aged 21 to 22 scored the lowest. In the school-year-based comparison of communication skills and adjustment to college life, third- and first-year students showed the best and least communication skills, respectively. Overall, third- and fourth-year students were more adjusted at adjusting to college life than first- and second-year students. Third-year students also scored the highest in academic adjustment, whereas second-year students scored the lowest. In terms of relationships between the students' communication skills and their adjustment to college life, communication skills were positively correlated with the following subdomains: understanding of others, self-expression, and communication. Communication skills also showed a positive correlation with adjustment to the college environment, including personal-emotional adjustment. Conclusions : The present study found that communication skills did not significantly affect health science majors' adjustment to college life. However, given that communication skills are an essential factor for effective work performance and greater job satisfaction, it is recommended that colleges provide students with relevant education and experiences to help them enhance communication skills while in school.

중학생의 회복탄력성과 학교적응성에 관한 실증적 인과관계 분석 (An Analysis of Middle School Students' Resilience on Their School Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 학교적응성을 개선시키는 함의를 도출하고, 중학생의 사회적지지 정도에 따라 학교적응성에 미치는 정책적 방안을 제시 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 중학생의 회복탄력성인 자기조절능력, 대인관계능력이 사회적 유능성과 학교적응성에 미치는 영향력의 관계에서 충동통제력, 자아존중감, 의사소통, 자아확장력은 사회적 유능성에 영향력이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정조절력, 충동통제력, 자아존중감, 의사소통, 자아확장력은 학교적응성에 영향력이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중학생의 사회적 유능성이 학교적응성에 미치는 영향력이 높은 것을 알 수 있으며, 중학생의 자아확장력은 사회적 유능성에 가장 영향력의 정도가 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 중학생의 회복탄력성인 감정조절력과 타인공감성 및 자아확장력은 매개변수인 사회적 유능성에 유의미한 영향력의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중학생의 회복탄력성인 충동통제력은 종속변수인 학교적응성에 사회적지지 정도에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있고, 사회적 유능성은 종속변수인 학교적응성에 사회적지지 정도에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있다.

지역사회 재활 준비를 위한 비폭력대화 프로그램이 조현병 환자의 공감, 대인관계 능력, 사회적 무쾌감증에 미치는 효과 (The effect of Nonviolent Communication(NVC) Program for Community Rehabilitation on Empathy, Interpersonal Relationship, and Social Anhedonia in Patients with Schizophrenia)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) program on empathy, interpersonal relationship, and social anhedonia of patients with schizophrenia. Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental one using a nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design. The experimental group consisted of 30 members who participated in one of the two hospitals, and the control group consisted of 31 members who participated in the other hospital. These two groups were randomly assigned to one of two mental hospitals in a local area. The experimental group participated in six sessions of the NVC program. Results: As a result, empathy (F=5.29, p=.025) and social anhedonia (F=6.92, p=.011) has showed significant effects. However, interpersonal relationships were not statistically significant (F=0.83, p=.366). Conclusions: This study verified that the NVC program was effective in improving communication skills and the negative symptoms of patients with schizophrenia. Developing a variety of programs and applying interventions will help community rehabilitation and social adjustment for patients with schizophrenia.

또래관계 경험 및 가족지지에 따른 아동의 심리사회적 적용 (Children′s Peer Experiences, Familial Support, and Psychosocial Adjustment)

  • This study examined the interaction between children's peer experiences and familial support in relation to their psychosocial adjustment(self-esteem and lonelitness). Peer experiences were examined in terms of children's perceptions of peer acceptance and the reciprocity of best friendship. The subjects were 2754th or 5th graders residing in Seoul. It was found that the interaction between children's perceptions of peer acceptance and familial support, and that between the reciprocity of bort friendship and familial support were both significant predictors of children's loneliness whereas only the former was a significant predictor of children's self-esteem. The study results suggest that children's experiences from one type of interpersonal relationship should be examined in conjunction with their experiences in other types of relationships in order to better understand the psychosocial domains of child development.

빈곤가정 아동이 지각한 가족건강성 및 자아탄력성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Family Strength and Ego-Resilience on the Adjustment of Children from Low-Income Families to School)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how children from low-income families perceived their family strength, ego-resilience and school adjustment. The relative magnitude of effects of family strength, ego-resilience and school adjustment were compared. Data were collected from 217 children in grade 4 through 6 who were attending local child welfare centers located in Seoul, Korea. The key research findings were as follows. Ego-resilience and perceived family strength were related to school adjustment among children in poverty. The relatively greater effect of ego-resilience implied that programs for children in poverty need to focus on developing interpersonal relationship skills or coping strategies designed to enable children from disadvantaged environments to deal with stressful events and to promote their ego-resilience. Additionally, the recovery or enhancement of family strength and ego-resilience will be effective at protecting and solving various adaptive problems that children from low-income families may experience at school.

치위생과 학생들의 대인관계성향 및 대학생활 스트레스가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Factors Interpersonal Relation Disposition and College Life Stress on College Life Adjustment of the Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose is to prepare measures to effectively improve college life adaptation by identifying relevance between interpersonal relation disposition and college life adaptation, college life stress and college life adaptation for dental hygiene students. Methods: 375 dental hygiene students attending some local universities in Gyeonggi-do were sampled for convenience. The results of this study are as follows. Results: First, As a result of interpersonal relation disposition according to general characteristics, superiority-dominance tendencies were higher in first and third graders, in groups with grades above 4.0 and groups with lower subjective economic levels. And the stress of college life was high for second graders and students with lower grades than 2.0. Second, According to the correlation between factors, governance-dominance, independence-responsibility, sympathy-acceptance, sociable-friendliness, and ostentation-intoxication of interpersonal tendency factors had proportional relationship with college life adaptation, rebellion-distrust and college life stress had inverse relationship. Third, The results of multiple regression analyses to identify factors that affect college students' adaptation to college life were in the order of stress in college life, first grade, sociable-friendliness, second grade, rebellion-distrust. Conclusion: In order to improve college life adaptation, counseling and practical mediation programs should be developed and applied to effectively manage and control the negativity and positivity implied by interpersonal relationships and college life stress.

PAIR 리더십 프로그램이 부적응 사회복무요원들의 행동변화의지, 대인관계 효능감 및 자기관리에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the PAIR Leadership Program on the Behavioral Change Will, Interpersonal efficacy, Self-Regulation for the Military Alternative Social Workers Maladjusted)

  • 본 연구는 사회복무요원들의 부적응 개선을 위한 대책으로, 개인특성을 고려한 환경전략의 일환인 PAIR리더십 프로그램이 부적응 인원의 행동변화의지, 대인관계 효능감 및 자기관리에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 병무청 소속의 사회복무요원들을 중 복무 부적응군 20명과 평균수준의 적응군 16명을 대상으로 PAIR리더십프로그램을 진행하였다. 총 10회가 진행되었으며, 1회당 60분씩 진행되었다. 두 집단 모두 프로그램 시작 전과 종료 후 2회에 걸쳐 행동변화의지 수준, 대인관계 효능감 및 자기조절 수준을 측정하였다. 연구 결과, PAIR리더십 프로그램에 참여한 부적응군은 프로그램 참여 전보다 참여 종료 후에 자신에 대한 행동변화의지 수준, 대인관계 효능감 수준, 자기관리수준에서 모두 유의미하게 증가하였다. 적응군 역시 행인관계 효능감수준과 자기관리수준에서 유의미한 변화를 보였지만 행동변화의지 수준은 유의미한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구결과는 PAIR리더십프로그램이 복무부적응 사회복무요원들과 적응에게 행동변화의지, 대인관계 효능감 및 자기관리수준을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 시사한다.

대학생의 대인관계 문제가 수면의 질에 미치는 영향 : 정신건강의 매개효과와 인지적 정서조절전략의 조절된 매개효과 (Influence of Interpersonal Problems on Sleep Quality in College Students: The Mediating Role of Mental Health and Moderated Mediating Role of Cognitive Emotional Regulation)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계 문제가 정신건강을 매개로 하여 수면의 질에 미치는 과정에서 인지적 정서조절전략의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행하였다. 서울에 소재한 일개 대학에 재학 중인 307명의 대학생이 참여하였고, 2019년 5-6월에 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료수집이 이루어졌다. 정신건강의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 대학생의 대인관계 문제가 수면의 질에 미치는 과정에서 유의한 매개효과가 있었다. 대인관계 문제는 정신건강을 매개로 하여 수면의 질에 영향을 미쳤고, 이 과정에서 부적응적 정서조절전략이 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 적응적 정서조절전략은 조절된 매개효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이 연구의 결과는 대학생이 경험하는 대인관계 문제로 인해 정신건강과 수면의 질에 영향을 미칠 때, 부적응적 정서조절전략을 효율적으로 관리하는 것이 필요함을 확인하였다.

치과기공(학)과 학생의 정서지능이 대인관계와 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Interpersonal Relationships and the Psychological Happiness of Department of Dental Laboratory Technology Students)

  • Purpose: This research conducted by using Department of Dental Laboratory Technology students investigates interpersonal and emotional intelligence impact on psychological happiness. Methods: Study was conducted in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk area Department of Dental Laboratory Technology students, based on 132 people who were enrolled college students. Data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis was carried out and SPSS/WIN 18.0 was used. Results: Interpersonal factors utilize emotions, emotional self-control and emotional awareness. Others turned positive (+) was found to affect the psychological, emotional factors utilized in euphoria, emotional adjustment and were found to have positive effects. Conclusion: Looking at the above results gathered from dental engineering students, improvement in interpersonal relationships, and psychological welfare have improve more effectively through utilizing and controlling emotions, including the ability to set their own goals for the future. Motivational training programs for strengthening study habits is more important than what can be based in dental college engineering students. In conjunction with an active lifestyle, future professional dental health services for patients and clinicians care about the improvement of his own psychological happiness was inspire by the care received from home and school and the resulting map is considered to require constant attention.
