ISDN 사업자들간 서비스 요금 및 할인체계 비교 (A Comparative Analysis of Service Charge and Discount Scheme of ISDN Operators)

  • ISDN, the beginning of broadband and multimedia service, is a digital network that provides integrated end-to-end digital telecommunication services for transmissions of different kinds of information, from voice and facsimiles to data and images. In Japan, Britain and U. S there has been shown the demand of ISDN is considerable and ISDN technology is becoming quite stable. Furthermore,their ISDN service experience helps them to set up and carry out the marketing strategies for Internet access services such as ADSL, Cable Modem and WLL, etc. This paper examines and compares services, charge and discount scheme of ISDN across 14 telecommunication carriers. It can be utilize as a reference for diffusing ISDN as well as developing Internet access services and marketing strategies.

Comics with Drama: New Communication in Wedia

  • We-the-media (aka wedia) is a concept where the users of social networking sites, such as Facebook, turn into the broadcasters. This study used the popular application Bitstrips as the experiment tool. Facebook was used as the Wedia platform for publishing designed comics, then used the three elements of Goffman's dramaturgy model-role, scene and dialog-to analyze 265 comics created by 3 researchers and observe the audience's responses within 9 months. The results showed that people want to see a good story with positive dialogue, and prefer scene is school more than work. As all these elements are controllable, Wedia communication has the potential for more applications. We also found that including the elements of news, gambling and gift-giving tended to trigger greater response. Furthermore, We suggesting that such embedding of product information in web episodes (webisodes) with caricature could be a successful marketing strategy.

  • 최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 IoT(Internet of Things, 사물인터넷)기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 센서를 활용한 플랫폼 및 서비스 시장 규모가 급격하게 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 건강걷기 게임콘텐츠에 비콘을 이용하여 서비스 이용자와 제공자 모두에게 만족과 가치를 부여할 수 있는 맞춤형 마케팅 설계 전략을 제안하고 4차 산업 시대에 맞는 신기술을 이용하여 정확한 통계정보를 얻어 내는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 다양한 영역 및 방법으로 확장 가능성이 큰 마케팅 설계가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

One-Click Marketing Solution for Mobile Videos

  • In this paper, we propose a simple one-click marketing solution for mobile devices which can advertise a product which is embedded in a mobile video while watching the video on a smartphone. If a specific product of interest appears in the video to the user, one can simply click on the product in the video and a pop-up window with information about the product is proposed. The implementation of the system is expected to enable users to gain real-time information about the product while watching the video without having to search for the product again after watching the movie, and thereby facilitating more mobile commerce. We use a two-fold system to prevent the failure of tracking which often occurs on a single online tracking system, so that the user cannot always get the commercial product information.

How consumer characteristics moderate time effects on online purchase preference: an empirical analysis

  • In this paper, we posit that time-related effects (i.e., the importance of saving time) on patronage preference for shopping online will be moderated by consumer characteristics. To explore these moderating effects, we empirically examine the moderating roles of consumer characteristics on the respective effects of shopping-time-saved and delivery on online purchase preference. On the basis of analyses performed on data gleaned from an Internet-based survey, this study demonstrate that time effects related to both shopping-time-saved and delivery on online purchase preference are more pronounced for consumers who are male, young, and more starved for time. In addition, the effect of delivery time on online patronage preference is amplified by disposable income, but attenuated by online shopping experience. Through our analyses, we also find that Japanese consumers value delivery time to a greater degree than Chinese and American consumers do.

  • Tourism is a crucial sector in Vietnam, benefiting significantly from the surge in short video content and the rapid growth of TikTok, a popular new social media platform with a large daily user base. This study explores how digital video marketing factors on TikTok, such as perceived enjoyment, credibility, interactivity, and subtitling, affect users' awareness of destinations and their intention to visit. The findings indicate that perceived enjoyment, interactivity, and subtitling positively influence destination awareness, which in turn impacts the visit intention of TikTok users.

  • 많은 온라인 사용자들은 아직도 인터넷을 통해 구매하는 것을 꺼려하는 경향이 있다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통한 구매행위는 해당 사이트에 의해 제시되는 정보에 상당부분 의존할 수밖에 없으며 개인 정보의 누출과 관련한 보안과 결제 안전성에 대한 문제의 심각성이 커지고 있기 때문이다. 이에 따라 인터넷 쇼핑몰들은 치열해지는 경쟁 환경에서 살아남기 위해 고객의 신뢰를 향상시키고 장기적 거래관계를 강화 시킴으로써 경쟁우위를 확보하는 것이 필수요건이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 선행요인(지각된 품질, 지각된 명성, 지각된 가치)과 전반적 신뢰와의 관계, 그리고 전반적 신뢰와 결과요인(지각된 위험, 사이트 의존의사, 사이트 재방문)과의 관계에 초점을 두었으며 선행요인들간의 인과적 관계 및 결과요인들 간의 인과적 관계를 실증분석하여 신뢰의 선행요인과 결과요인들 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보았다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 신뢰성과 타당성 분석 및 구조방정식 모델분석을 통해 나온 결과률 요약하면 다음과 같다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 지각된 명성과 지각된 품질은 신뢰에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 신뢰는 지각된 위험에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지각된 위힘을 거치지 않고도 사이트 재방문과 의존의사에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증분석 결과 나타났다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 마찬가지로 지각된 위험은 사이트 재방문에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

의류 상품의 인터넷 쇼핑 행동 모형 구성을 위한 질적 연구 (The Qualitative Study for Construction of Internet Shopping Behavior Model of Apparel)

  • This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of Internet shopping-mall through the analysis of consumer moving line in Internet shopping-mall. This study was executed in two stages: theoretical study, qualitative study. In the theoretical study, hypothetical Internet shopping behavior model were constructed. Five internet shopping behavior types of apparel : purchase, searching purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation, opinion leadership and recreation were constructed. Next, consumer decision process were extracted from previous studies and a hypothetical internet shopping behavior model was constructed on the base of consumer decision process and Internet shopping behavior types. And then, through the qualitative study, Internet shopping behavior types were identified and hypothetical model was confirmed after adjustment. For qualitative study, 30 subjects were sampled by focus sampling and investigated by in-depth interview and observation. Seven internet shopping behavior types of apparel were found by the qualitative study: cautious purchase by price comparison, searching purchase, special low price purchase, impulse purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation and recreation-oriented. On the base of these behavior types, Internet shopping behavior model was adjusted and completed. Finally, according to the results of this study, Internet shopping construction methods that made customer's loyalty high and marketing strategy of Internet shopping-mall were proposed.

  • 오늘날 e비즈니스에 관련된 여러 가지 새로운 개념과 툴이 등장했지만, e비즈니스를 전략적으로 수행하게 도와줄 수 있는 체계를 주지는 못하고 있다 f비즈니스를 위한 초기의 시스템 구축이 어느 정도 궤도에 오르자, 이미 구축된 e비즈니스 시스템을 어떻게 전략적으로 고객의 가치창출을 위해서 활용할 것인가에 대한 마케팅 이슈들이 점차 중요시되고 있다. 또한 O마케팅 또는 고객중심이 아니라 기술 또는 시스템 중심으로 치우쳐 e비즈니스 본연의 취지에서 벗어나므로 고객중심의 e비지니스 마케팅 추진 전략을 연구하고, 효율적인 전개방안을 제시하고자 한다.

공연산업에서 NFC와 LBS 마케팅에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Marketing of NFC and LBS in Public Performance)

  • To invigorate and develop marketing strategies in public performance, this thesis reviewed the literatures such as papers, academic materials and internet information on marketing in public performance. We performed surveys for specialists and non-specialists of public performance from on-line or off-line for questionnaire which is classified as demographic characteristics, tendency for seeing public performance and for knowledge of NFC and LBS, and analyzed the questionnaires for knowing the effects of NFC and LBS marketing in public performance. This thesis revealed generally a higher level of satisfaction with NFC than LBS, especially for specialists as compared with non-specilists. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with LBS than NFC is that LBS technique has privacy problem about personal information by exposing the user location information. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with NFC to non-specialists is that there are insufficiency of promotion for NFC technique and contents utilizing NFC. A total average score for a level of satisfaction of NFC and LBS service was revealed high as more than 3.50 out of 5.00. Through this thesis we suggest the public performance marketing strategies.
