The Internet, the main issue of a new millennium, is being researched vitally for the progress of the construction industry, and the construction industry is considered to be led into a high-value added state-of-arts technology industry through CALS. Even if many construction companies gradually widen the use of the Internet for various purposes such as an electronic bidding system and an e-commerce system, the companies are still demanded to use the Internet more broadly and practically. Hence, the need for a tool for fast decision making and an effective construction management has risen. The PRIMA system has been developed specifically focused on meeting with those recent changes of the construction industry. This system is composed of three parts. Those are Just In Time(JIT) management, integrated application of man power${\cdot}$safety${\cdot}$work management and decision making process based on real-time information in the Internet. The usefulness of the PRIMA system has already been proved in a super-scale construction project. As the Internet environment get improved the use of the tool will be spread out gradually for many construction projects, regardless their size and location.

Internet-only bank is one of the promising areas of Fintech industry. Kbank and Kakaobank launched services since 2017 in Korea. Experts estimated the younger generation including undergraduate students as target customers in the initial stage of the Internet-only bank in Korea. Thus, it is necessary to investigate factors influencing intention to use the Internet-only bank. Data were collected from undergraduate students studying in Seoul, Pusan, and Gyeongbuk province. The empirical study showed the evidence that four factors such as convenience, social influence, perceived privacy, and unverified risk had a significant influence on intention to use the Internet-only bank. However, economic benefit has no significantly influence on the intention. The present study focused on the influence of convenience and social influence and discussed the issues regarding convenience and social influence in more detail.

We live in the information technology era and experience the rapid global information environment change through Internet. Therefore, as distribution channels and service qualities in our daily lives are provided through Internet, these changes have been the foundation of constructing a new society. Naturally, the use of computer is widely spread out and it is hard to find any company that doesn't use computer in its work. However, the computer skills of those who are in their fifties cannot reach to what the companies need for them even though they are main working groups in our society. In addition, the Internet access rate of homemakers in their late forties and over fifties are low due to their lack of computer knowledge even though they are the target customers of the Internet service. Under these circumstances, we offer a lecture using simulation techniqe through which anybody can easily follow the instructions via the "Help" menu not a boring lecture that just show the text and reads it. Besides, each class will show you how to start Internet/ how to finish it, how to register a website, how to use e-mail, etc. So, it will let you know every detailed aspect that average people may disregard but a beginner may be afraid of starting the Internet.

Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.

There are many statistical information sites as the use of internet is increased quickly in recent years. In this paper, we explore and analyze internet sites for statistical information such as statistical survey system, education, database, and terminology. And then we classify these sites to apply statistical information to some particular spheres easily. In so doing, this study result aims at enhancing our understanding of internet sites for statistical information.

This study is based on Parasuraman, Zeithaml 8l Berry［19］`s SERVQUAL measure that develop for estimation of service quality, so this study proposes the present condition of customer service and improvement method on internet search engine. This study also develops a questionnaire for analyzing customer satisfaction considering the present condition of internet service. We're going to analyze the customer service quality that classified by search engines, service quality with university students who use usually internet.

The authors utilized two contested perspectives on the use and non-use of ICTs, especially the Internet, to verify three assumptions of urban ghettos as fundamentally excluded from the ICT structure, ghetto people as behaving in the same way, and deficiency as the sole explanatory variable of their non-use. The first assumption that the urban ghettos would be fundamentally excluded from the urban ICT structure can be nullified by our finding about the prevalence of ICTs in that area, albeit apparent lower level of access to ICTs compared to that of the urban core. The second assumption that the urban ghetto residents would display the same information behaviors would be challenged by our finding that the availability and usages of the Internet would be hardly consistent by gender, age, occupation, family size, and locational characteristics. The third assumption that deficiency would capture the Internet non-use by ghetto residents was found very tenable but could be rivaled by the choice perspective that use or non-use is simply a result of situated choice. Theoretical and practical implications were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to examine the internet addiction tendency of University students. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 354 students in the G city from March 15 to May 22, 2017. The data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 12.0 program. Factors affecting the internet addiction tendency were using time of internet, consciousness of information ethics(soundness to internet use), self-control(p<0.05). Accordingly, it is necessary to develop mediator program in order to preventive internet addiction to enhance of consciousness of information ethics and control using time of internet and self-control.

There are POP3(Post Office Progocol 3) and IMAP4(Internet Message Access Protocol 4) for E-Mail service of wire Internet For mobile e-mail service that use wireless Internet, must use exclusive use mobile e-mail server in the case of POP3 e-mail or flow e-mail conversion and because e-mail is kept in sever side with remote file server in case of IMAP4 mail that is used by Web-Mail, utilization of mobile e-mail service is difficult by mobile client who there is no IMAP4 rules. This thesis embodying e-mail extraction engine for mobile that do to design markup language converter of XML base, and use Web-Mail of recently been generalizing IMAP4 base in mobile, presented mobile e-mail service method to do so that can use Web-Mail that is based on IMAP4 as well as POP3 mail service in mobile environment.
