무역금융EDI의 형태변화에 관한 연구 -일본의 사례를 중심으로- (A Study on the Change in Trade Financial EDI form in Japan)

  • This paper describes the characteristics and outline of the Japan trade EDI project and proposes a vision for the future. The results are as follows; First, the TEDI(Trade EDI) project was initiated to promote paperless trading(using XML documents) on open networks such as the Internet, and to construct associated legal structures. Second there is converting harbor EDI system in existing EDI to single window system. Third, the NACCS system has been put into operation in Japan. To develope NACCS system must associate other system such as financial, insurance, logistic.

Research on Development Strategy Based on Domestic Sleep Industry Survey

  • The domestic sleep industry is rapidly increasing in market size as it is linked to sleep apnea in the longterm care insurance for the elderly and domestic IT technology. In addition, due to the aging society, the government's support policy is also increasing, and many domestic companies are focusing on the sleep industry. Therefore, this study intends to examine the development strategies of the domestic sleep industry due to the increased social interest and corporate activities. To this end, a survey of 108 domestic companies was conducted by means of a Frequency Analysis, revealing some problems, such as poor sleep companies, insufficient resources for technology development, and limitations in distribution channels. As a result, it was found that for the development of the domestic sleep industry, strategies to strengthen the ecosystem, such as softening strategies through the sleep technology culture, strengthening ecosystems such as revitalizing industrial connections, and reforming laws and regulations, are urgent.

인터넷 재무상담 프로그램의 내용과 양식 개발에 관한 연구 (The Content and Format Development of Financial Counseling Program on the Internet)

  • This paper analyzed some financial counseling cases on the internet and suggested a framework for the improved financial counseling. Data of 392 financial counseling cases were gathered from the site bulletin board whose members were mostly housewives. The largely demanded contents of counseling were about 1) general financial procedures and the evaluation of household financial condition, 2) saving and investment, 3) buying and canceling insurance, and 4) debt repayment and debt availability. Based on the data analysis, a special format which requires on the personal and financial information of consumers was developed. In a way to help counselors and clients far questions asked often, FAQs is also suggested. Finally the arrangement and development of financial planning related softwares were investigated.

Hybrid Fraud Detection Model: Detecting Fraudulent Information in the Healthcare Crowdfunding

  • In the crowdfunding market, various crowdfunding platforms can offer founders the possibilities to collect funding and launch someone's next campaign, project or events. Especially, healthcare crowdfunding is a field that is growing rapidly on health-related problems based on online platforms. One of the largest platforms, GoFundMe, has raised US$ 5 billion since 2010. Unfortunately, while providing crucial help to care for many people, it is also increasing risk of fraud. Using the largest platform of crowdfunding market, GoFundMe, we conduct an exhaustive search of detection on fraud from October 2016 to September 2019. Data sets are based on 6 main types of medical focused crowdfunding campaigns or events, such as cancer, in vitro fertilization (IVF), leukemia, health insurance, lymphoma and, surgery type. This study evaluated a detect of fraud process to identify fraud from non-fraud healthcare crowdfunding campaigns using various machine learning technics.

  • CRM(Customer Relationship Management)은 비즈니스 환경에서 기업의 이익과 경쟁적 우위를 차지할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 비즈니스 전략이다. 최근, 금융 산업은 자본시장통합법 시행을 앞두고(2009년) 금융 IT 산업 및 서비스에 대한 질적 양적 성장을 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라 증권, 보험, 은행, 선물, 자산운용사, 투신사들은 파생상품 및 서비스의 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CRM 센터에서 증가하는 인바운드 고객 채널을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방안으로 대용량 채널 통합을 위한 채널 서버 모델을 제안하고 설계 구현하였다. 제안한 채널 서버 모델은 다양한 인바운드 채널 서비스를 통합 관리하고 표준화 하였다. 제안한 모델은 금융 서비스를 지원하는 뱅킹시스템, 증권사, 보험 등에서 인바운드 고객을 효율적으로 응대할 수 있다.

  • 일반 고객이 대기업 혹은 중소기업, 증권, 금융, 은행권 등의 서비스를 제공받기 위해서는 보편적으로 인터넷, SMS(Short Message Service), ATM(Automated Teller Machine), DM(Direct Mail), 텔레포니 서비스 등을 사용한다. 특히, 화재 보험사 및 증권, 금융, 은행권의 경우는 QoS(Quality of Service) 보장을 통한 실시간성 제약 조건을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 최초 접점으로 이용될 수 있는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 환경 하에서 다중 채널 서비스를 위한 결함허용 IVR(Interactive Voice Response)을 설계 구현하였다. 제안한 모델은 대 고객 응대 CRM 모델로 효율적으로 이용될 것으로 사료된다.

교통사고 조사의 과학화 기술개발 (Scientific Technical Development of Traffic Accident Investigation)

  • 요즈음 교통사고를 줄이기 위하여 IT 기술을 이용한 교통사고 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 뺑소니 교통사고 발생하면 가해차량을 현장에서 찾기가 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해서 RFID TAG를 이용해서 뺑소니 교통사고가 발생할 경우에 차량에 내장된 RFID 리더기가 상대방 차량의 차량번호를 인식할 수 있는 모의실험을 하였다. 뿐만 아니라, PDA를 이용한 인터넷 기반에서 교통사고가 발생한 경우에 현장에서 운전자가 교통사고현장 자료 및 운전자 인적사항을 경찰서나 보험회사에 전송할 수 있는 SW를 모의실험하였다. 모의실험결과 통과차량속도가 저속인 경우에는 70%이상 차량번호를 익식할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

대도시 지역주민들의 건강정보 이용경로 관련 요인 분석 - 서울특별시 J구를 중심으로 - (Factors Associated with Channels of Health Information Used by Metropolitan City Residents)

  • Objectives: This study was designed to understand the association between sociodemographic characteristics, health behaviors and channels retrieved for health information. Methods: Questionnaire survey was performed from April 2007 to May 2007 through household visiting. Sample was selected according to gender, household income, and residence district. We got 1,009 respondents and subgroups were as follows; 508 people had health insurance, 250 people were medical indigent group, and 251 people were medicaid beneficiaries. Results: People seemed to be separated into subgroups by channels used for health information. One was active and the other was passive group. Characteristics of passive group were older age, worker or inoccupation, less income, subjective poverty, lower education, loss of spouse, medical indigent or medicaid group. They usually got health information through mass media like TV and radio or medical professionals. Characteristics of active group were younger age, professional, more income, subjective affluence, higher education, single or married, and member of health insurance. They mainly got health information through printed media like newspaper or the Internet. Conclusion: We suggest to provide health information through various channels customed to individual needs and literacy. Public health stakeholders seems better to focus on people with low education, insufficient health literacy, poor health status, and short information technology.

Web 및 OCS(Order communication system)를 활용한 직원 건강검진 프로그램의 효과분석 (The Evaluation of Effect in employees' health examination program with web and OCS)

  • Objectives : To evaluate the effect of heath examination program which introduce web-based input system, OCS(Order communicating system) and interface with national health insurance corporation, this study was done. Method : To Exam/Order and tests separately at anytime, the experimental health examination program which had web-based questionnaire input system, on-line measurement input system, interface program with national health insurance corporation and introduced OCS was developed. Experiment and old examination program were compared in terms of satisfaction and cost. Result : The 95.7% of respondents were satisfied with web-based input system, the 95.4% satisfied with OCS use, and 97.8% satisfied with test at anytime they want. The cost and time reduction between experiment and old program were 4,159,000won and $600.3{\pm}5.75$(seconds) per man input-time. Conclusion : The experimental health examination program is good for employee and hospital. If the health examination program for non-employee will be developed, it will be done efficiently and effectively, but Internet securities will be considered.

아웃바운드 콜센터 최적화를 위한 사례연구 (A study on the outbound call center optimization)

  • 최근 들어 인터넷의 발전 및 정보기술의 급속한 발전은 많은 산업에 있어서 급속한 변화를 이끌어 왔다. 가장 급속히 발전한 산업 중 하나가 콜센터이다. 현재 거의 대부분의 공공기관이나 보험회사 등 금융회사, 쇼핑몰 등에서 수많은 콜센터 인력들이 상담을 진행하고 있으나 몰려드는 상담에 비해 상담원의 수가 많이 부족하여 고객 불만으로 확대대고 있다. 또한 상담원을 통한 제품의 홍보, 상품의 광고 등 매출을 유도하는 중요한 채널인 콜센터의 아웃바운드 기능도 부족한 상담인원으로 인해 수많은 업무를 진행하지 못하는 불상사가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용해서 통화 연결률을 극대화 할 수 있는 최적시간대 및 통화채널 분석 모델방법에 대하여 제안 하였다.
