  • Domestic hotel businesses are confronted with new market circumstances. Clear accounting and moral management in company which have been reserved or ignored during the past high economic growth period were emphasized. As global standard such as international standard of accounting system, clear accounting, international standard management, and flexibility of employment are emphasized, which is different management is now accomplishing. During these system changes, organization member's identity was threatened a lot. So organization members were required to adopt new environment. Hotel have influence on organizational accomplishment, thought and behavioral response of organization members according to cultural type and share of organization culture. This study are focused culinary team culture as subculture in hotel. What kind of culture more effective to the culinary group\ulcorner What kind of culture are grouped each hotel, include difference imported brand hotel and domestic brand hotel.

  • ISO 11342 classifies flexible rotors in accordance with their balancing requirements and establishes methods of assessment of residual unbalance. This International Standard also shows how criteria for use in the balancing facility may be derived from either vibration limits specified for the assembled and installed machine or unbalance limits specified for the rotor. If such limits are not available, this standard shows how they may be derived from ISO 10816 and ISO 7919 if desired in terms of vibration, or from ISO 1940- 1 if desired in terms of permissible residual balance. This International Standard also presents methods for adapting the criteria of ISO 1940- 1 to flexible rotors.

  • In this paper, we investigate the development process of the quality assurance system ISO9001 in the railway industry and ISO/TS 16949 the quality system in the automotive industry. We study the international standard IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard) & TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability) applied in railway industry. Throughout studying for the whole development process of the Rolling Stock Quality System, we are to review the necessity of the monitoring process and assesment process applied in IRIS & TSI guidelines. It will be the keystone enhancing our quality level to global level in railway industry.

  • This paper is concerned with the International Standard ISO 2859-1 (1989), Sampling Plans Indexed by Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for Lot-by-Lot Inspection, his standard is AQL type sampling scheme, and incorporates switching rules to move among normal, tightened, and reduced inspections. Sample size code letters and inspection levels of ISO 2859-1 are the same as those of other attributes standards MIL-STD-105D, ANSI Z1.4, and KS A 3109. But ISO 2859-1 has more simple switching rules than KS A 3109 has. The sampling procedures of the ISO 2859-1 are matched to the variables international standard ISO 3951 to enable us to move between them. Composite OC and ASN curves are given for AQL 2.5% and code letter F.

  • Recently, the interest about Vehicle-to-Grid(V2G) system which can use the electric vehicles as generation sources or storage devices has rapidly increased. However, this technology does not use widely yet, and there is no clear standard or regulation for it. If electric vehicles are connected to the power system indiscreetly, it can cause problem to personnel safety and adverse effect on the power system. Therefore, it is important to analyze the related standards. In this paper, we introduce some international standard related with V2G system.

  • For this study we investigated situation of domestic standardization in contact lens field. The rate of contact lens wearing have increased lately, nevertheless Korean Industrial Standard just has been translated into the regulations of ISO(International Organization for Standardization), and it has been applied. Moreover there is not any the domestic original regulation yet. Therefor, for this study we investigated current situation of the ISO in contact lens field and fitness of standard in our present actual condition. Also, by grasping the problems which it follows.

  • This paper presents the development technology of standard shielded resistor divider for full lightning impulse voltage. The ability of large-capacity power apparatus to withstand lighting stroke is usually evaluated by means of full lightning impulse voltage. Lightning impulse voltage test has been essential to evaluate the insulation performance of electrical power apparatus. Recently international standard (IEC 60) on high voltage measurement techniques is being revised and requests a formal traceability of high voltage measurements. Therefore, general interest for this area has grown considerably during last years, and several international intercomparisons have already completed worldwide, i.e. Europe, Japan, America etc., In this viewpoint, we have also investigated the step response of the standard shielded resistor divider, which satisfies the IEC recommendation.

  • Joint photographic experts group (JPEG) is a standard still-image compression technique, established by the international organization for standardization (ISO) and international telecommunication standardization sector (ITUT). The standard is intended to be utilized in the various kinds of color still imaging systems as a standard color image coding format. Because JPEG is a lossy compression, the decompressed image pixel values are not the same as the value before compression. Various distortions of JPEG compression and JPEG recompression has been reported in various papers. The Image compressed by JPEG is often recompressed by same type compression method in JPEG. In general, JPEG is a lossy compression and the quality of compressed image is predicted that is varied in according to recompression Q-factor. In this paper, four difference color samples(photo image, gradient image, gradient image, vector drawing image, text image) were compressed in according to various Q-factor, and then the compressed images were recompressed according to various Q-factor once again. As the result, this paper evaluate the variation of image quality and file size in JPEG recompression and recommed the optimum recompression factor.

  • A new digital work environments, organizational changes, and system changes surrounding the records have changed the concept of records. ISO 15489, the international standard for records management established in 2001, has also been amended in 15 years to accommodate this. The study examines the characteristics of the revised ISO 15489, its elements and concept, in 2016. By comparing the old and new elements of ISO 15489 in detail, we intend to understand the nature of the revision and the basic framework of new standard.

  • New products and services, such as 5G and wireless power transmission equipment, have recently brought about changes in the field of electromagnetic technology. There is a need for the evaluation and measurement of the health effects of such technology. To address this need, the development of international standards related to human exposure to electromagnetic waves of these new technologies are currently being discussed. This article briefly introduces the International Standard Organization standards for human exposure to electromagnetic waves, and focuses on the major standard trends for SAR measurement techniques that employ vector probes, wireless power transfer, and 5G base station measurement.
