공항정책과 리더십이 성과에 미치는 영향 : 공기업 경영평가 수행도의 매개효과 (The Impact on the Performance by Airport Policy and Leadership)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공항정책과 리더십이 공기업 경영평가 수행도와 성과관리시스템을 통해 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 데이터는 인천국제공항공사와 한국공항공사에서 simple random sampling으로 533명의 임직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 구조방정식모형(SEM; structural equation modeling)을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 공항정책과 리더십이 공항 성과에 핵심변수라는 것과 공기업 경영평가수행도는 매개효과가 유의하다는 것을 실증연구를 통해 규명하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 공항정책에 관한 적극적인 제안과 통찰력 있는 리더십이 필요하다는 것을 주장하고 있다. 이 논문은 공기업 경영평가 연구에 새로운 관점을 탐구하고 공항 성과를 위한 방향을 제공하는 연구자와 실무자에게 실질적인 도움을 제공한다.

인천국제공항 운행버스 노선망의 형성과 그 요인 (The Expansion of Bus Networks Connecting Incheon International Airport)

  • 인천국제공항 버스 노선망의 형성과 그 요인을 밝히기 위하여 사회 경제적 관점에서 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 수도권과 충청도, 전주 익산을 배후지로 한 김포국제공항의 노선버스는 인천국제공항이 개항되면서 강원도와 광주, 나아가 영남지방의 주요 도시와도 노선이 개설되고 수도권도 노선망이 더욱 확충되었다. 인천국제공항 버스운행은 단독 또는 복수의 사업체가 노선을 개설했는데, 공동운행을 하는 경우는 수익성이 불확실하거나 지역연고의 노선을 확보하기 위함이다. 항공기여객밀도와 버스 편도 운행회수와의 분석에서 강서구를 제외한 서울시와 서울시의 위성도시인 수원 성남 안양 군포 구리 오산시는 운행회수를 감소시키고, 나머지 시 군 구는 운행회수를 증가시켜야 할 것이다. 수도권의 경우 노선버스와 지하철(전철)과의 운임과 최단소요시간을 비교해 보면 노선버스의 운임은 비싸지만 소요시간이 짧고, 또 환승의 불편이 없기 때문에 이용객이 지하철(전철)보다 많이 이용한다고 할 수 있다. 한편 비수도권에서는 남동부 주변지역에 공항이 분포한 지역은 국내항공기가 노선버스보다 우위에 있으나 대구와 공항이 입지하지 않는 지역은 노선버스가 우위를 나타내고 있다는 점이 밝혀졌다.

  • Air transport industry tries to enhance punctuality, stability and amenity for customer's satisfaction. Especially airlines and airports do make an effort as the distance between these two stakeholders and passengers are close. This research has empirically discussed the relationship between duty free shop purchase of passengers and the number of flights and hours of schedule delay at the airport. According to the result, the total sales of duty free shop sales have meaningful influence on the number of flights and hours of delay. In order to decrease such an impact, close cooperation between airports and duty free shops required.

  • KORAIL airport railroad is the largest private invested project and also the first private tried rail SOC, but which was acquisited into KORAIL on 30. Nov. 2009. Presently, airport train opened on 23. MAR. 2007 as the first phase(Inchon international airport - Kimpo airport, operation distance 37.6km), the 2nd phase(Kimpo airport - Seoul station, operation distacne 20.4km) is expected at the late this year. In this study, I tried to compare domestic & foreign airport train in the perspective of transfer system and searched for the development agendas.

  • The interest about sustainable development of airport operation field has been increased as the aviation industry has been gradually developed and the influence to the neighboring area of airport has been increased. International organization and airport operator have issued a guidance manual with regard to the sustainability specialized in airport by adopting environment friendly rating system and developing a variety of sustainable practices. In this study, the guideline of sustainability manual appropriate to the local airports will be suggested by reviewing a variety of reference documents issued from foreign airport operators.

공항용수 원단위 산정 및 용수 사용량 추정방법 (Estimation of water unit factor and water demand of domestic airports)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide more reliable water unit factors of domestic airports by investigating of general informations related to the domestic airport. The informations of domestic airports such as passengers, settled population of airports, building areas and water amount are investigated to estimate the unit factor of water of domestic airports. The domestic airports are divided into three type such as central airport, position airport and general airport. Through analysis of relationship between water amount and the others, the unit factor of water could be calculated. The water amount of central airport as Incheon international airport and position airports could be estimated by unit factor of settled population. The others could be estimated by unit factor of building area.

  • The purpose of this paper is to shed the light on one of the most important influential factors for the development the Palestinian economy, which is logistics system. The discussion about the Palestinian state and its economy arise after the UN General Assembly voted to grant Palestine a nonmember state. Palestine is considered land-locked country, although it has seashore. Although Palestine has seashore, it is considered land-locked country due to the lack of sovereign logistics infrastructure. International Trade with Israel, Jordan, and Egypt is done through land border crossings. Palestinian international trade to European, Asian, and American countries is currently done through Israeli airports and seaports. Almost 99% of the Palestinian imports are through land. Israeli policies and procedures incur Palestinian exports additional transportation costs when delivering their products to Israeli ports and Airport and even when transit these cargos to neighboring countries through Israeli controlled areas. Therefore, without direct access to international markets, the Palestinian economy will not be able to compete in international markets, and will continue its dependence on the Israeli economy. Considering that the current situation will continue, alternative routes for international trade to avoid using the Israeli ports are Aqaba Port in Jordan and Port Said in Egypt. In the long term, having a seaport and Airport in Gaza, Airport in the West Bank, and constructing the Corridor connecting Gaza and the West Bank, is the only solution capable for independently integrating the Palestinian economy with the region and other countries in the world, and therefore creating competitive advantage for the Palestinian exports.

  • The airport processes are restricted by some limits of performance objects as size of airport, ability of human resources, capacity of facilities and operational rules. These limitations make passenger handling difficult when passenger numbers increase. In order to solve this problem, we modeled the airport process and analyzed departure passenger arrival, scheduled security manpower under specific customer service level maintenance with mixed integer programming and validate the efficiency with simulation with adapting smart airport framework. We concluded that the airport management with information techniques can reduce waiting time within security and immigration process.

강화도 지역의 항공기 소음저감을 위한 인천국제공항 운항절차 검토 (A Study on Flight Operation Procedures of Incheon International Airport for Noise Abatement in and around Gangwha Island)

  • After a series of aircraft noise measurements conducted in Noise Sensitive Areas(NSAs) in Gangwha Island, there appeared to be no regions affected by aircraft noise of over 75 WECPNL, the legal noise level standard for aircraft operations. However, with regard to the future environment where flight operations at Incheon International Airport are likely to escalate, an INM analysis result drawn shows that the number of regions afflicted by such noise will increase in Gangwha Island. Therefore, we studied similar cases from developed countries, which are pertinent to solutions for aircraft noise abatement in the vicinity of airports and herewith provided 6 more flight operation procedures other than those 3 currently in service at Incheon International Airport.

  • This study is focused on the reliability evaluation for distribution system based on deterministic evaluation technique. Average failure rates, average outage time, and average annual outage time of electrical parts and load points are calculated through network reduction method and failure mode & effective analysis method. And reliability indices of distribution system are calculated. Finally, by employing analytic hierarchy process method, unique index which evaluates and improves the distribution system is calculated. As a result, finding weak points and expansion schedule of the system is possible. The usefulness of this method is verified by applying it to the Inchon International Airport.
