소프트웨어는 갈수록 대규모화, 다기능화되는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 더불어 소프트웨어에 관한 사용자의 요구 수준도 높아지고 있으며 특히 소프트웨어의 품질에 대한 요구는 지속적으로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 사용자의 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 방안들이 다양한 관점에서 연구되고 있다. 그 중에서도 소프트웨어의 품질평가를 통해 그 결과를 개발자에게 피드백함으로써 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키려는 관점에서 품질평가 체계 및 방법론에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126의 품질특성 중 신뢰성에 대한 품질특성, 부특성, 내부특성의 체계에 따른 메트릭과 품질측정표를 개발함으로써 관련 내부특성의 품질평가를 통해 신뢰성에 대한 평가 결과를 산출할 수 있는 체계를 확립하고 내부특성을 이용하여 개발산출물에 대해 평가한 결과를 제시하였다.

Objectives This study was aimed to evaluate the effects of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) for the treatment of cerebral palsy. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of CMT for cerebral palsy in children were selected among the literature published until January 2021 in seven databases. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the Cochrane's risk of bias tool, and RevMan 5.3 was used for the synthesis of results. Results Total 801 pediatric patient with cerebral palsy incontinence were finally selected from twelve RCTs. The total effective rate of the combined treatment general rehabilitation and CMT is statistically significantly higher (P<0.0001) than that of general rehabilitation alone. Conclusions This study suggests that general rehabilitation combined with CMT for cerebral palsy in children might be more effective in improving symptoms than general rehabilitation alone. As the number and quality of the literature included in the meta-analysis was insufficient, high-quality clinical studies on CMT for cerebral palsy would be required.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the efficacy of applying Korean medical treatment to chronic gastritis. Methods: We treated a chronic gastritis patient with Korean medical treatments (herbal medicines, acupuncture, and herbal acupuncture therapy). To evaluate the results of this treatment, we took measurements using the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale and Visual Analogue Scale for abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, and abdominal distension. The patient's generic health status was evaluated using the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions Scale. Results: Improvements in gastrointestinal symptom ratings and the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions Scale were observed after the treatments. Relief of symptoms was observed in abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension using the Visual Analogue Scale. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean medicine may be effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report on the efficacy of Korean medical treatment for treating menopausal vasomotor symptoms (heat flashes and sleep disorders). Methods: We treated a menopausal female patient with heat flashes and sleep disorders using Korean medical treatments (herbal medicines, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, moxibustion, and chuna). To evaluate the results of this treatment, we used Kupperman's Index and the Numerical Rating Scale to measure heat flashes and total sleeping time, respectively. The patient's general health status was evaluated using the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions Scale. Results: We observed improvements in Kupperman's Index, the Numerical Rating Scale, the patient's total sleeping time, and the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions Scale following the treatments. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean medicine may be an effective treatment for menopausal vasomotor symptoms (heat flashes and sleep disorders).

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the efficacy of using Korean medical treatment for suspected allergic rhinitis. Methods: We used Korean medical treatments (herbal medicines and acupuncture) to treat a hospitalized patient with suspected allergic rhinitis. To evaluate the treatment, we used Total Nasal Symptom Scores to measure sneezing, rhinorrhea, itching, and obstruction. The degree of rhinitis was also evaluated using the Visual Analogue Scale, and the patient's generic health status was measured using the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions Scale. Results: Visual Analogue Scale and European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions Scale scores improved after treatment. The change in Total Nasal Symptom Scores showed that the patient's suspected allergic rhinitis symptoms were relieved. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that Korean medicine therapies may be effective for treating suspected allergic rhinitis.

저축은행은 서민의 금융기관으로서 일반은행에 비하여 규모가 작고 상대적으로 리스크 관리도 취약하다. 또한 일반 은행과 같이 예금자보호법에 따라 5천만원 이하의 예금은 보호되기는 하지만 일반서민이나 중소기업이 주된 고객이라는 점에서 일반 기업과 차이가 있다. 따라서 지배주주의 사적이익추구로 인하여 극단적으로 영업정지등의 사태가 발생할 경우 그로 인한 이익의 침해는 소액주주 이외에도 다수의 예금자, 정부, 일반 국민들도 잠재적인 피해를 볼 수 있고 그로 인한 공익비용은 일반기업보다 훨씬 크다 할 수 있다. 지배주주의 지분율과 관련한 가설로 이익침해가설과 이해일치가설로 상반되는 주장이 존재한다. 먼저, 외부 소액주주들에 대한 지배주주의 이익침해가설(expropriation of minority shareholder hypothesis)에서는 지배주주의 지분율이 증가할수록 경영자는 이익을 증가시켜 보고할 유인이 있다. 또한 이해일치가설(convergence of interest hypothesis)은 지배주주 지분율이 증가함에 따라 경영자는 이익을 감소시켜 보고할 유인이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 상호저축은행 대상으로 최대주주 지분율이 기업의 내부통제의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 실증적 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 최대주주지분율은 내부회계관리제도 취약점 공시에 유의적인 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 최대주주지분율이 높을수록 회계투명성이 저하되어 내부통제의 질이 낮아져서 내부회계관리제도 취약점 보고가능성이 높아진다는 것을 의미한다.

Objective: This study reports the effect of Korean traditional medicine on persistent chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Methods: The patient was treated with Korean traditional medicine that included acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine. The effectiveness of the treatment was evaluated by the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 (QLQ-C30), the Quality of Life Questionnaire Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (QLQ-CIPN20), the Medicinae Doctor Anderson Symptom Inventory (MDASI), and a numeral rating scale (NRS). We also used the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) to evaluate the patient's mood change after relieving the paresthesia. Results: After treatment, the symptoms were improved. Paresthesia decreased 80%p after Korean medicine treatment. Conclusions: According to this study, Korean traditional medicine can be an effective treatment for paresthesia in patients suffering from CIPN over 2 years.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to report the effectiveness of modified Guibi-tang in a patient suffering from chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Methods: A 54-year-old Korean female patient diagnosed with recurrent ovarian cancer had CIPN with other symptoms, such as anorexia, dyspepsia, insomnia, etc. She was diagnosed with Simbiyangheo and hence treated with a modified Guibi-tang. Neuropathic symptoms were assessed using a numerical rating scale (NRS) and a sensory score. Quality of life was assessed using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy/Gynecologic Oncology Group Neurotoxicity (FACT/GOG-Ntx). Results: After 14 days of treatment, the patients showed a decrease in NRS for bilateral limb pain and improvement in other symptoms, such as general weakness, insomnia, dizziness, and headache. Quality of life also increased. Conclusion: Modified Guibi-tang may be considered an optional treatment for CIPN if the patient is diagnosed with Simbiyangheo. Further studies are needed to confirm this finding.

■ Objectives This clinical study is to report the effect of Korean medicine on patient with central poststroke pain. ■ Methods A patient who was treated with herbal medicine Sokyungwhalhyul-tang(SKWHT), acupuncture and moxibution. Degree of treatment was measured by Numbering Rating Scale and quality of sleep. ■ Results After taking herb medicine, acupuncture and moxibution, the patient's pain was relieved and quality of sleep was improved before treatment. ■ Conclusion This clinical case study showed the effect of Korean medicine on symptom of pain.

This paper is to investigate the relationship between international marketing and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in that relationship. The data to make an empirical analysis were gathered from 269 workers in telecommunication sector. Multiple regression analysis revealed that (1) education was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and (2) internal communication was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and (3) delegation of authority was positively related with assurance. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that (4) compensation was more positively related with reliability in woman, and (5) employment security was more positively related with assurance in man.
