한국어판 전문직 삶의 질 측정도구-간편형(ProQOL-K-SF)의 타당도와 신뢰도: 장기요양요원을 중심으로 (Validity and Reliability of Korean version of Professional Quality of Life Scale-Short Form(ProQOL-K-SF) for Staff of Long-term Care Insurance for Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국어판 전문직 삶의 질 측정도구 - 간편형 (Korean version of Professional Quality of Life Scale - Short Form, 이하 ProQOL-K-SF)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 건강보험 공단에서 노인장기요양 업무를 수행하는 191명의 장기요양요원에게 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS/WIN 21.0을 활용하여 탐색적 요인 분석을 통한 타당도 검증과 내적 일관성 검사를 통한 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 한국어판 전문직 삶의 질 측정도구-간편형(ProQOL-K-SF)는 총 13문항, 공감 만족과 공감 피로 두 가지 요인구조로 확정되었으며, 13문항의 타당도가 검증되었다. 공감피로의 요인 적재량 값은 .70~.86 이었고 공감만족의 요인적재량 값은 .71~.82 이었으며, 총 분산은 60% 이상으로 타당도가 확인되었다. 전체 도구와 두 개의 하부요인의 신뢰도는 .76~.90이었다. 또한 30문항의 한국어판 전문직 삶의 질 측정도구 원도구와의 상관관계 분석에서 공감 피로가 .93, 공감 만족이 .95의 높은 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 연구 결과 장기요양인력을 대상으로 한 ProQOL-K-SF는 적절한 타당도와 신뢰도를 지닌 전문직 삶의 질을 평가하기 적합한 도구로 확인되었다.

근대시기 한국의 여의사 양성과정 성립 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of the Korean Women Doctor's Training Course in the Modern Period)

  • The Gyeongseong Women's Medical Training Center was created as the result of the efforts of our internal visionaries with meaningful foreign missionaries to cultivate female doctors, yet the systematic structure of the institution developed primarily out of Korean efforts. Koreans have tried hard to cultivate their descendants and the skills of the Korean people within this framework, challenging the oppression of the ruling class in a given environment, and the results have continued to this day. First, during the Early period (1890-1909), Korea began to establish women's education and the first female doctors were trained with the help of foreign missionaries. Second, during the Growth period (1910-1919), while it was difficult for women's education to be easily expressed during Japanese colonial era, the need for women's education was growing as part of the patriotic enlightenment movement, and female students who wanted to become doctors began to go abroad. In addition, during this period, the means to train female doctors in Korea was available, but this system was not recognized by the Japanese colonial government. Third, during the Preparatory period (1920-1928), the Gyeongseong Women's Medical Class, which gave practical training to female doctors, was established and centered on Rosetta Hall and female doctors who studied abroad. Fourth, a women's medical school was established during the Establishment period (1929-1938), which created a foundation for stable supply of professional women's medical personnel. In this article, we studied the process of women who were marginalized in education until they were trained as professional intellectuals, and we hope that it will help them understand the current women's education in Korea and draw directions in the future.

임상간호사의 전문성 측정도구 개발 (Development of a Professionalism Measurement Scale for Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure professionalism of clinical nurses and evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Methods: DeVellis's scale-development eight steps were applied. The initial items were developed through a literature review and discussion with investigators, and the content validity was verified by seven experts. The data were collected from 250 hospital nurses for exploratory factor analysis and 217 hospital nurses for confirmatory factor analysis. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were utilized to assess the construct validity. Cronbach's ⍺ was used to test the internal consistency reliability. Results: The results of the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses showed that the scale comprised four factors: professional skill(eight items), sense of ethics (five items), knowledge-seeking activities (four items), and autonomy(three items). The four-factor structure was validated (x 2 =600.85 p<.001, GFI=.88, CFI=.84, RMSEA=.07), and Cronbach's ⍺ for the total scale was .84. Conclusion: The study results showed satisfactory reliability and validity of the professionalism measurement scale for clinical nurses. This scale has potential as an appropriate instrument for measuring clinical nurse professionalism.

Factor Structure of a Korean-Language Version of the Patient Satisfaction with Procedural Aspects of Physical Therapy Instrument

  • Purpose: The aim of the study was to survey satisfaction with physical therapy. Methods: After the physical therapy consultation, patients filled in a Korean-language version of the 20-tiem version of the MedRisk Instrument developed for measuring Patient Satisfaction with physical therapy. Items are scored on a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The last two items are general satisfaction and future return to the clinic. Age and gender information was also collected anonymously. Exploratory factor analysis based on principal components analysis with varimax rotation was performed on the first 18 items of the MedRisk Instrument using SPSS v.20. Results: Four factors emerged with eigenvalues greater than 1, and these cumulatively explained 55% of the total variance in item scores. The factors were labelled: Internal, External Positives, External Negatives, and Clinic Presentation. Correlations of the factor scores with the two global items ranged from 0.29 to 0.70 (both p<0.001). Gender differences were only found on the last factor, with male Korean patients rating Clinic Presentation significantly higher than females (p=0.001). Conclusion: Using factor analysis, the proposed factor structure was revealed using the positive and negative components of the external aspects of the physical therapy and by identifying a clinic presentation which contributes to patients' satisfaction. The largest proportion of the variance in Patient Satisfaction was related to clinicians' attention and behaviour. The results of the analysis provide guidelines as to the dimensions of professional physical therapy care and the implications for service delivery and patient experience.

New Approaches to Quality Monitoring of Higher Education in the Process of Distance Learning

  • The article identifies the problem of monitoring the quality of higher education in three main areas, which are comparative pedagogical systems of education. The first direction is determined by dissertation works, the second - monographs and textbooks, and the third reveals scientific periodicals. According to its internal structure, monitoring the quality of education combines important management components identified in the article (analysis, evaluation and forecasting of processes in education; a set of methods for tracking processes in education; collecting and processing information to prepare recommendations for research processes and make necessary adjustments). Depending on the objectives, three areas of monitoring are identified: informational (involves the accumulation, structuring and dissemination of information), basic (aimed at identifying new problems and threats before they are realized at the management level), problematic (clarification of patterns, processes, hazards, those problems that are known and significant from the point of view of management). According to its internal structure, monitoring the quality of education combines the following important management components: analysis, evaluation and forecasting of processes in education; a set of techniques for tracking processes in education; collection and processing of information in order to prepare recommendations for the development of the studied processes and make the necessary adjustments. One of the priorities of the higher education modernization program during the COVID-19 pandemic is distance learning, which is possible due to the existence of information and educational technologies and communication systems, especially for effective education and its monitoring in higher education. The conditions under which the effectiveness of pedagogical support of monitoring activities in the process of distance learning is achieved are highlighted. According to the results of the survey, the problems faced by higher education seekers are revealed. A survey of students was conducted, which had a certain level of subjectivity in personal assessments, but the sample was quite representative.

한국 의료분야와 건축설계분야 전문가주의에 대한 공시적, 통시적 비교 분석 - 의료분야 의사와 건축설계분야 건축사를 중심으로 - (Synchronic and Diachronic Comparative Analysis of Architectural Design Professionalism with Medical Professionalism in Korea - Focused on Doctor in Medical Field and Architect in Architectural Design Field -)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare between professionalism in medical field(doctor) and architectural design field(architect) in Korea through synchronic and diachronic analysis, with basic requirement of expertise and systemicity, attitude requirement of the publicness, and structural requirement of exclusiveness and autonomy. The medical professionalism adapted by Korean government in the early period of modernization evolved from Western's professional expertise is highly divided as economy grew and society changed. In comparison, architecture was divided into architecture, urbanism, landscape, and interior architecture. Additionally, architectural field was subdivided with architectural design, engineering, construction, structure, and facilities, but architectural design focused on generalized education and practice system. From the systematical point of view, architectural design field has changed profoundly from architectural engineering as 5 year undergraduate educational system was introduced with Korean architectural accreditation. The publicness is approved through health service in medical field and safety and the public domain in architectural design field, but in reality the professionals are viewed as economic interest groups. Hence, the professionalism in both fields is required to reinforce ideology and ethics, and to practice concrete measures for publicness. Compared with the unified organization of medical field, architectural design professionalism faces various difficulties in unifying the organization, such as internal competition caused by tightened architect's requirements, along with external problems from architectural design permission demands of construction companies. In medical and architectural design professionalism, with the appearance of consumerism and stricter governmental regulations, the autonomy is weakened. From the result of comparative analysis, Korean medical field became extremely subdivided and specialized in each department, therefore integration of each disease and establishment of centers are proposed as solutions. By contrast, the reinforcement of expertise in architectural design professionalism might be necessary to strengthen autonomy caused by governmental restriction, and to form architectural culture and secure public architecture.

  • 세계 전기자동차 분야는 기술적 환경변화를 넘어서 시장 환경에까지 영향을 미치는 단계로 전환하여 완성차업체들은 "기술 우위 → 브랜드 제고 → 기존 내연기관 차량의 판매 확대"라는 기존 전략에서 시장경쟁력 제고라는 전기자동차 시장 자체의 확대로 전환되고 있다. 또한 전기자동차 부품시장은 기존 부품업체들의 사업영역 확대와 신규업체들의 진입으로 경쟁이 심화될 전망이며, 전기자동차 주요 부품의 효율성 향상을 위해 개발 협력도 활발히 진행될 전망이다. 이러한 전망과 함께 전기자동차가 성장할수록 자동차 산업의 전반적인 구조적 변화가 예상됨에 따라 배터리, 파워트레인(모터, 전력관리 제어시스템), 전기차 생산, 충전 인프라 등 전기자동차 Value Chain 전반의 성장이 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 변화되고 있는 전기자동차 산업의 발맞춰 기업이 원하는 다양한 고급인력을 양성하기 위해 전기자동차의 에너지 및 전기 요소기술을 선도하는 인력양성 알고리즘을 연구한다.

Innovative Technology of Teaching Moodle in Higher Pedagogical Education: from Theory to Pactice

  • Relevance. Innovative activities in education should be aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual and professional development of students. The main idea of modular technology is that the student should learn by himself, and the teacher manages his learning activities. The advantage of modular technology is the ability of the teacher to design the study of the material in the most interesting and accessible forms for this part of the study group and at the same time achieve the best learning results. Innovative Moodle technology. it is gaining popularity every day, significantly expanding the space of teaching and learning, allowing students to study inter-faculty university programs in depth. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of implementation of the e-learning system Moodle. The study was conducted at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky in order to identify barriers to the effective implementation of innovative distance learning technologies Moodle and introduce a new model that will have a positive impact on the development of e-learning. Methodology. The paper used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. These include: scientific analysis of sources on this issue, which allowed us to formulate the initial provisions of the study; analysis of the results of students 'educational activities; pedagogical experiment; questionnaires; monitoring of students' activities in practical classes. Results. This article evaluates the implementation of the principles of distance learning in the process of teaching and learning at the University in terms of quality. The experiment involved 1,250 students studying at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky. The survey helped to identify the main barriers to the effective implementation of modern distance learning technologies in the educational process of the University: the lack of readiness of teachers and parents, the lack of necessary skills in applying computer systems of online learning, the inability to interact with the teaching staff and teachers, the lack of a sufficient number of academic consultants online. In addition, internal problems are investigated: limited resources, unevenly distributed marketing advantages, inappropriate administrative structure, and lack of innovative physical capabilities. The article allows us to solve these problems by gradually implementing a distance learning model that is suitable for any university, regardless of its specialization. The Moodle-based e-learning system proposed in this paper was designed to eliminate the identified barriers. Models for implementing distance learning in the learning process were built according to the CAPDM methodology, which helps universities and other educational service providers develop and manage world-class online distance learning programs. Prospects for further research focus on evaluating students' knowledge and abilities over the next six months after the introduction of the proposed Moodle-based program.

학생 자살 후 교사의 애도 경험에 관한 개념도 연구: 어려움 및 도움 요인 (Factors that Help and Hinder South Korean Teachers' Bereavement Following Student Suicide: A Concept-Mapping Approach)

  • 본 연구는 학생의 자살 이후, 중·고등학교 교사들이 상실에 대처하는 과정에서 어떤 어려움과 도움 요소를 경험하는지 개념도 방법을 활용하여 확인하였다. 이를 위해 학생의 자살을 경험한 중·고등학교 교사 7명을 대상으로 개별 면접을 시행하였고, 진술 내용을 기초로 총 113개의 핵심 문장을 추출하였다. 이 문장들은 참여자들에 의해 비슷한 의미를 가진 것끼리 분류되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 다차원척도분석과 군집분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 교사들의 애도 과정에서의 어려움 요인은 '자살사별자 관련 및 자살 학생 관련' 축과 '외부시스템 및 내적 경험' 축의 2차원으로 구조화되었으며, 총 4개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 각각의 군집은 '자살을 예방하지 못한 후회,' '자살 사건에 대한 학교의 무관심,' '자살사별자 관련 무력감,' '자살사별자 관련 접근-회피 갈등'으로 명명되었다. 교사들의 적응과정에서 도움 요인은 '직업적 활동 및 개인적 활동' 축과 '상실 경험 분리 및 상실 경험 밀착' 축의 2차원으로 구조화되었고, 총 6개의 군집으로 나타났다. 각각의 군집은 '자살사별자 간 협조와 보살핌,' '바쁜 일상과 현재에 집중,' '영성 활동,' '사회적 지지,' '이타적 행동을 통한 애도,' '고인에 대한 연민'으로 명명되었다. 본 연구는 그동안 관심을 받지 못했던 교사 집단의 학생 상실 경험을 조명하고, 이들이 애도 과정에서 경험하는 어려움 요인과 도움 요인의 개념적 구조를 당사자의 관점에서 생생하게 규명하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

산업은행: 금융 IT 아웃소싱 - 공동협력으로 안전한 문을 연다 (A Case Study - IT Outsourcing of the Korea Development Bank)

  • 산업은행은 1999년 제1금융권으로는 최초로 IT 운영에 대한 전체 아웃소싱을 추진하였다. 대부분의 은행들이 금융사고와 보안, 그리고 파업에 대한 위험 등을 이유로 타회사 방식 아웃소싱을 꺼리는 상황에서 산업은행의 이러한 시도는 많은 주목을 받았다. 이후 산업은행은 끊임없이 아웃소싱의 문제점들을 진단하고 이를 개선하기 위하여 다양한 보완책을 강구하였다. 이러한 개선의 결과로, 산업은행의 IT 아웃소싱은 외주 운영기와 공동 운영기를 지나 금융권 IT 아웃소싱 최초로 타 은행에 비해 선구적인 아웃소싱 방식인 책임운영 체제를 갖추게 되었다. 책임운영을 통해 산업은행은 최신의 향상된 IT 수준을 얻고 내부 인력을 핵심역량에 집중시키며 부족 인력의 즉시 수급이 가능하게 되어 유연성을 확보할 수 있었다. 또한, 외주업체와의 관계를 공급자와 수요자의 일방적 관계로 설정하지 않고 함께 책임지는 책임 운영 방식 체제로 전환함으로써 자체 보유역량과 IT 전문업체의 노하우를 통합할 수 있게 되어 IT 아웃소싱의 순기능을 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 이와 같은 산업은행의 IT 아웃소싱 사례를 살펴봄으로써 일반적으로 타 회사 방식 아웃소싱에 대해 갖고 있는 우려가 현실적인 것인지, 혹은 극복될 수 있는 것인지를 확인하고, 자회사 방식의 아웃소싱에 비해 어떤 장점들을 갖고 있으며 어떤 성과를 보이고 있는지 정리하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 타 회사방식 아웃소싱에 대한 잘못된 견해들을 바로잡음으로써 폐쇄된 금융 IT 아웃소싱 시장의 구조를 개선하고 국내 IT 아웃소싱 업체의 국제 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
