간호대학생의 작업선호도에 따른 창의적 리더십, 자아효능감의 차이 (Differences of Creative Leadership and Self-efficacy According to Work Preference of Nursing College Students)

  • 이 연구에서는 간호대학생의 작업선호도에 따른 집단을 내외적 동기 수준에 따라 4개 집단으로 구분하고 집단의 차이에 따른 창의적 리더십, 자아효능감의 차이를 확인하고자 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작업선호도 정도에 따른 내외적 동기 수준이 다른 4개 집단(상상, 상하, 하상, 하하)은 창의적 리더십에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<.01). 창의적 리더십이 가장 높은 그룹은 내적동기와 외적동기가 모두 높은 집단이었으며, 가장 낮은 그룹은 내적동기와 외적동기가 모두 낮은 집단이었다. 둘째, 작업선호도 유형에 따른 자아효능감의 차이를 분석한 결과 자아효능감 총점에서 내외적 동기의 수준에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 이 결과는 Amabile가 연구한대로 창의성이 양극적 구조를 가지고 있음을 나타내며, 외적 동기가 창의성 발현에 시너지적 역할을 할 수 있음을 나타내고 있다.

  • This study examined the relationships between multiple intelligences as cognitive factors and affective factors of learning motivation and academic self-concept. The data were collected from 276 4th grade elementary school students and analyzed by correlation, multi-variate analysis, and step-wise multiple regression. Results were that (1) multiple intelligences, learning motivation, and academic self-concept had statistically significant correlations among themselves. Multi-variate analysis showed that intra-personal intelligence explained 58.6% of the linear combination of learning motivation and academic self-concept. (2) Intra-personal intelligence explained 29% to 58% of learning motivation and its sub-factors of achievement motivation, internal locus of control, self-efficacy, and self-regulation. (3) Intra-personal intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, and inter-personal intelligence were explanatory variables for academic self-concept and its sub-factors.

  • The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical scientific literature on the problem of motivation of students' educational activity, compiled and implemented a diagnostic research program, studied the system of conditions for the development of motivation for educational activity of students, compiled and implemented a program for the development of motivation for educational activity of students, highlighted the features of motivation for educational activity of students and conducted a comparative study analysis.

장애인의 재활 동기 측정도구 개발 (Development of an Instrument to Measure the Motivation for Rehabilitation in the Disabled)

  • Purpose: to develop an instrument to assess the rehabilitation motivation and to test its reliability and validity. Method: The data was collected with in-depth interviews of nine participants that include adults with disabilities acquired after they reached 18 years' of age. The development of the preliminary items was based on the theory of self-determination proposed by Deci & Ryan (1985) and the results from the analysis of the data. After these, appropriate specialists clarified the validity of the contents of the preliminary items twice. A test to reliability and validity was conducted with 186 disabled. A principal axis factor analysis with oblimin rotation was performed on 29 items. Result: Finally 27 items were selected. The 5-factor solution emerged as the most appropriate model for the data. The different types of motivation for rehabilitation were identified as: task-oriented motivation, change-oriented motivation, obligatory motivation, external motivation, and amotivation. The alpha coefficient of internal consistency was .85. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the instrument to measure motivation for the rehabilitation of the disabled may be a useful instrument with a high degree of reliability and validity.

내·외재적 동기가 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 직무만족 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Internal Motivation and External Motivation on Creative Behavior : The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 내 외재적 동기와 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보고, 직무만족과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에 대해서 알아보고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 전라남도의 3개 지방자치단체(G군, K군, H군)에서 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 조사했으며, 이중 유효 설문지 213부(71%)를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내 외재적 동기가 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 동기가 창의적 행동에 긍정적 영향을 주는 결과는 최근의 연구 흐름과 같다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 내 외재적 동기와 직무만족과의 관계에서, 내재적 동기가 직무만족에는 긍정적 영향을 주지만, 외재적 동기는 직무만족에 통계적으로 의미 있는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서는, 직무만족이 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내 외재적 동기와 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증한 결과는 내재적 동기는 직무만족을 매개하여 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 외재적 동기와 창의적 행동 간에는 직무만족의 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

내부마케팅과 동기부여, 간호조직유효성간의 경로모형구축 (A Path Analysis among the Internal Marketing Activities, Motivation, and Nursing Organizational Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analysis path model of the research variables. Methods: The subjects of this study were 647 nurses who were working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: In the modified path model, overall fitness indexes were $X^2$= 223.27, goodness of fit index=0.90, root mean square residual=0.039, root mean square error of approximation=0.12, non-normed fit index=0.96, and normed fit index=0.90. From the model, among research variables that influence organizational effectiveness motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification affected directly work performance. In internal marketing factors, paid-leave, communication and reward affected directly motivator. Motivator and hygiene factors affected directly job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational identification. Conclusion: With these findings, paid-leave, communication, reward, motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification were direct or indirect predictors of the work performance. Therefore nursing managers ought to develop internal marketing strategies and motivation enhancing system for nurses based on this path model in order to improve the nursing organizational effectiveness.

The Study of social factors toward Academic Satisfaction in E-Learning Education

  • This paper investigates the empirical implications. The research question of this study is to verify the influences of psychological and environmental factors toward performance satisfaction and durability of learning in E-Learning University. For empirical verification, a survey was conducted targeting 500 students in E-learning Universities. The results show that actional environment on academic satisfaction in learning is the most important factor followed by physical environment, internal motivation, and academic burnout. The effect of psychological factors on learning persistence was important in the order of academic vision, internal motivation, actional environment and physical environment. The effect of academic satisfaction on learning durability proved to be statistically significant. The results suggest that actional environment should be considered with top priority to increase the academic satisfaction. learning satisfaction, academic vision, and academic satisfaction to enhance students' intention to continue studies are important. Academic burnout has a negative effect on both academic satisfaction and learning persistence, suggesting that this aspect should be properly addresses. The effects of student background variables in E-learning were explored.

초등학교 저학년 아동의 읽기 동기 구성요인과 읽기 능력의 관계 (Relationships of Various Motivational Constructs and Reading Abilities of Elementary School Children)

  • It has been suggested that children's reasons for reading are various; reading efficacy, challenge, curiosity, involvement, importance, recognition, competition, compliance, grades, avoidance and social interactions. To extend previous studies in which only one or two motivational constructs were studied in relation to reading abilities, this study was carried out to examine 11 inter-relationships of motivational constructs and their relationships to reading abilities. Using the MRQ of Wigfield & Guthrie(1997), and the Basic Learning Skills Test of the Korea Educational Development Institute(1989), 334 elementary school children were measured for their reading motivation and abilities. The results showed that 11 motivational constructs were interrelated, which were also related with reading abilities. Out of 11 motivational constructs, importance was able to predict the reading abilities in multiple-regression analyses. From F-tests, those groups with high reading efficacy, challenge, curiosity, involvement, recognition, competition and social interactions outperformed those with low motivational constructs. The findings of this study confirm that children read for various reasons, and internal motivation and social interactions are significantly related with reading abilities. It is proposed that the internal reasons for reading are also more significant factors in explaining reading abilities than external reasons. Finally, cultural influences on reading motivation and comprehension are also discussed.

  • 본 연구는 2014 오송 국제바이오 산업엑스포에 참여한 자원봉사자를 대상으로 하여 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 참여만족, 교육훈련이 참여동기와 참여만족 간에 조절효과가 있는지를 분석하여 향후 개최될 메가이벤트를 성공적으로 치러낼 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과 첫째, 참여동기 중 내적보상은 자원봉사 참여만족 6개 구성요인에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기 중 외적보상은 자원봉사 참여만족 중 자기성장만족과 교류만족을 제외한 4개 구성요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내적보상과 행사업무만족 간에 교육훈련이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외적보상과 교류만족 간에 교육훈련이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

중학생의 창의적 사고능력과 자기 효능감, 자기 결정성 동기 간의 관계 (The Relationship Among Self-efficacy, Self-determination and Creative Thinking Ability of Middle School Student)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 창의적 사고능력과 자기효능감, 자기결정성 동기 요인 간의 상관 및 설명력을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 서울지역의 중학생 212명을 대상으로 창의적 사고능력, 자기효능감, 자기 결정성 동기 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 상관관계, 회귀 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창의적 사고능력은 자기효능감과 자기결정성 동기의 하위요인들과 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적 사고능력을 가장 잘 설명해주는 자기효능감의 하위요인은 과제난이도 선호와 자기조절 효능감 요인으로 나타났으며 자기결정성 동기에서는 내적동기인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 중학생들의 창의적 사고능력을 증진시키는데 과제난이도선호, 자기조절효능감, 내적동기의 중요성을 알 수 있었다.
