Asian food and the Asian restaurant market have grown rapidly in the international market. It has become one of the major trends in the restaurant industry in the world. However, there has been little attempt to develop a scale for measuring customer's motivation to experience Asian restaurants, and cross-cultural approaches are very rare. From this point of view, this study examined an instrument to measure motivation to visit Asian restaurants developed by Jang and Kim (2015), which was originally developed based on UK customers, by applying the population from another cultural background, Thailand. A total of 308 valid responses were obtained in Thailand. CFA was performed with a Thai sample to test internal and external consistency of the scale with another population, and a comparison was made between UK and Thai customers.

This Study aims to analyze the factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the domestic companies in Korea. As the results of the analysis, the internal factors for the success of commercialization of the facial extraction and recognition image security information system of the company were found to include (1) Holding of technology for close range facial recognition, (2) Holding of several facial recognition related patents, (3) Preference for the facial recognition security system over the fingerprint recognition and (4) strong volition of the CEO of the corresponding company. On the other hand, the external environmental factors for the success were found to include (1) Extensiveness of the market, (2) Rapid growth of the global facial recognition market, (3) Increased demand for the image security system, (4) Competition in securing of the engine for facial extraction and recognition and (5) Selection by the government as one of the 100 major strategic products.

This article examines that how in-house subcontract has been introduced and developed in metal industry in 1970s, focusing typical workplaces in steel industry. That was essential for the capital to insure control mechanism for large number of laborer because of mobilizing a large scale of capital in industrialization of heavy metal industry. In case of Pohang steel industry, this necessity was fulfilled by introduction and imitation of Japanese personnel management by being included of Japanese economic hinterland. This was embodied in both constructing internal labor market for regular workers and introducing in-house subcontracting system for contingent workers at workplaces. This was exceptional comparing in-house subcontracting system in Korean steel industry with in-house subcontracting system in advanced economies, because of disappearing in-house subcontracting system by making internal labor market. And this was closely linked by late development of Korea. Implications of Pohang steel company's case are as follows : first, late development effect in formation of employment system, second, in linking informality of Korean employment system. This implications mean that in-house subcontracting in steel industry is structured as mechanism for personnel management in large factory being influenced by industrialization of heavy industry. In this point, improvements which include wide economic solution beyond labor solution for present problem of in-house subcontracting system is desirable.

Botanical origins of three drugs, 'Won-bangpoong,' 'Shik-bangpoong' and 'Jaezoo-bangpoong' are not certain on the present market in Korea. These three were compared with two kinds of Chinese 'bangpoong' by histology and screening tests of roots. The original plant of 'Won-bangpoong' which is domestically used is Glehnia littoralis SCHMIDT et MIQUEL 'Shik-bangpoong' Peucedanum japonicum THUNBERG and 'Jaezoo-bangpoong' Seseli coreana KITAKAWA. Chinese "bangpoong" appears to be Siler divaricatum $B_{ENTHAM}$ et Hook, being different from others. "Shik-bangpoong" is easily distinguished from others two in external morphology. Thee kinds of available "Bangpoong" are different from one another in the internal structures and in the internal structures and in the screening tests by TLC.

This study is intended to analyze the appropriate scope for 9.9MW biomass cogeneration, feasibility and sensitivity according to changing market situation. In the study, the heat load is classified into three types to predict heat sales and find out the appropriate scope of thermal business that is operated in CHP 34.42 Gcal/h, PLBwg 70 Gcal/h of cogeneration. the feasibility is estimated based on internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value(NPV). the sensitivity is analyzed in terms of biomass fuel cost, unit price of heating cost, investment cost, SMP unit price and REC unit price.

The aim of this study was to test the different situational characteristics of family restaurant choice. Accordingly, this study measured the important factors influencing family restaurant choice between university student's situational characteristics. In this study, the important factors were food presentation-related, facility-related, food quality ＆ value-related and service-related factors. The findings from this study were as follows. Results of analyzing the validity and the internal consistency of important factors showed that the convergent and discriminant validitys of important factors are supported, and cronbach's alpha showed that the internal consistency of important factors is supported. It was found that groups of different situational characteristics perceived that facility factor was significantly important factor influencing their family restaurant choice. It was found that the important factor was statistically significant with regard to the difference situational characteristics. Finally, the results of the study provide seine insights into the market-oriented types of foodservice marketing strategies or tactics to enable family restaurant to effectively manage and more competitive.

The optical disk drive is a basic option on the PC now. So the lower price and higher read/write speed goods are now on market. These trends make many difficulties to produce more reliable drives, comparing when they are treated as high price stuff. In mechanical terms, the lower price and higher read/write speed drive make higher vibration and noise, lower stiffness, even severe fracture of cheap and low quality disk, problems. Due to the internal crash of P/U inside of the drive, the failure of drives, inferior drives, increase more and more by the careless transportation and the originated low stiffness parts. This report is the introduction of the FE simple model to decrease the internal P/U crash problems, and the results.

Objective :Ginseng is one of the most popular Oriental medicinal plants considered as a tonic worldwide. This study aimed to produce comprehensive understanding for immune-related pharmaceutical activities of Ginseng. Methods: We surveyed all literatures, 168 of immunity-focused papers with Ginseng in Pub-med, and analyzed pharmaceutical characters according to immune elements and Ginseng components. Results : The main functions of Ginseng have been associated with modulation of immunity. Whole body of Ginseng or its ingredients differently show the effects on both cellular and humoral elements of immune system. Ginseng enhances the activities of T and B lymphocytes, NK cells, macrophages and dendritic cells whileas suppresses mast cell-associated allergy and release of histamine. Conclusion : These results will provide Korean doctors or scientists an immune-related overview of Ginseng, and help them in clinical applications and developments of Korean Ginseng as a global competitive drug in world market.
