Nowadays, many configurations and applications of small atmospheric plasma source have been investigated with growing interest, as it provides the bacteria inactivation, the surface modification and removal of unwanted small regions, and so on. In this paper, the non-thermal micro plasma source under atmospheric pressure by means of submicrosecond pulse voltage waveforms is suggested. Plasma operates in helium is appears as a small (sub-mm) glow at the tip of a plasma gun. Electrical measurements show that the plasma source operates at low voltage (about 500V) and the power consumption is about 1W at 25kHz. Moreover, the emission spectrum shows the relatively higher emission intensity of oxygen particles than those of helium and nitrogen.

Recently cancer, AIDS, chronic sickness have increased according to the elevation of socioeconomic level and fast change of lifestyle. The number of patients receiving terminal care increased fairly because the span of life is extended by development of medicinal technology. Also necessity of hospice and palliative care was risen according to the request of terminal patients that remove pain and keep calm life by interest about quality of life. However architectural plan and type specialization of facility which can correspond team's composition and supplied nursing program are not consisting. This study researches about care environment of hospice facility plan through investigation into terminal patient's special quality. The purpose of this study is to propose fundamental datas of hospice facility for architectural plan through comparative analysis of cases of domestic and outside facilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current office work environment and suggest the needs for improvement the quality and efficiency of work. To fulfill this task, information describing various environmental conditions was gathered from generally large offices in Pusan and Major cities in Kyoungnam. Data were collected on questionnaire's general information, lighting, air quality, temperature, health problems, noise and equipment arrangements, and the size fo workspace. The extent to which the attitudes and behaviors of workers were related to these environmental conditions was then examined and scrutinized. According to the development of office automation, the interest in improvement of office environment become increased. Workstation size, individual environmental control, health care, adequate storage space and noise control should be recognized as critical to the worker's environmental satisfactiov. Finally, based on the results of this study, a number ofrecommendations can be made for alleviating some of the problems that have been identified. Designers should be interested in knowing if their environments actually function in the manner in which they were intended.

With the increasing interest of energy efficiency, several buildings and factories begin to monitor energy usages with a built-in energy management system. However, the built-in energy monitoring system does not reflect the dynamics of buildings and factories energy usage. To overcome the latter, we deploy several sensors to monitor the dynamics of buildings energy usage patterns. In this paper, we are proposing a framework of a sensor based energy monitoring system. Based on our limited experiments, we can monitor power usages by a person, device and time period. As a result, we can plan a better energy usage and improve energy efficiency by the monitored energy usage profile data.

The major factors for the information protection to prepare for the change of the EC environment are found to be the construction of internet cyber-mall, the consumer-protecting regulations and the private information and system security regulations. The standards and methods of the their judgement is also important factors and are believed to attract the consumers' interest about the assessment of the internet cyber-mall and eventually serve the rights and interests of the consumers. The number of small businesses being founded nationally is constantly increasing and various kinds of aggressive efforts are being made to remain competitive. As such, political support by the government for small businesses that have great productivity and competitiveness must increase. The founding of small businesses is being promoted by the government in order to boost the economy, and interest in founding new businesses is high amongst not only college students, but even general workers. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine problems regarding the founding of small businesses, and to give new businesses a competitive edge by presenting political answers to these problems. After analyzing the status of current issues concerning the foundation of small businesses, this paper suggests some positive policy alternatives. Existing studies on small businesses were focused on the promotion of small and medium distributors, and studies on policy alternatives aimed directly at promoting the businesses are, so far, insufficient. Further studies are required to examine political alternatives from the perspective of the roles of non-profit organizations, which the Government is responsible for, in supporting small business.

Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.

Considering the increase of interest in $H_2O_2$ as a rocket propellant, a test facility and a rocket engine have been developed to research in areas of $H_2O_2$ mono-propellant propulsion. A detailed design-study of a $H_2O_2$ mono-propellant rocket engine of 100-N thrust is presented. Several firings attempted in early stage had some problems with misfire and chamber pressure decrease. Low environmental temperature and impurities included in hydrogen peroxide were considered to be the reasons. Addressing these points resulted in successful firing of the rocket engine and obtained thrust about $100\sim107-N$.
