보육비 지원대상 확대에 따른 소득계층별 유아 보육비 및 사교육비 변화: 무상보육정책 시행을 중심으로 (Changes in Preschool Childcare and Private Education Expenses of Different Income Groups Caused by the Expansion of the Childcare Subsidy Recipients: A Focus on Universal Childcare Policy)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of childcare expenses and private education expenses caused by target expanding the childcare subsidy policy and its relationship to household income. Methods: The study analyzed data of the Korean Welfare Panel Study from 2009, before the universal childcare policy was enforced, to 2013, when the universal childcare policy was enforced. Results and Conclusion: The results of analysis were as follows. First, while childcare expenses, private education expenses, and their ratios to household income showed a tendency of gradual decline, the graphs of childcare and private education expenses were symmetric. Second, there were differences in childcare and private education expenses among income classes. Third, in 2009, before the universal childcare policy was enforced, household income affected childcare and private expenses. Lastly, in 2013, after the universal childcare policy was implemented, household income had a greater effect on private education expenses, while the effect of household income on childcare expenses became insignificant.

다학제적 접근을 고려한 과학기술논문 상호검증 방법 (Cross-Validation method for Science and Technology Research Paper considering Interdisciplinary Approach)

  • Researchers in science and technology has broadened the scope of research in order to solve complex problems, academic exchange has also been actively carried out. If the paper which is a mean of interdisciplinary approach has a limited term and the formula, it can act as barriers to access for many researchers in various fields. This paper proposes a cross-validation method for eliminating documentary barriers based on discrete event system formalism. We expect that our proposed method will improve a cross-validation considering researchers in another fields.

  • 오늘날 공학도에게는 타 전공자들과 한 팀을 이루어 공동의 프로젝트를 효과적으로 진행해 나갈 수 있는 능력이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 대학에서는 이러한 요구를 충족시키기 위한 방안으로 복합학제 설계교육의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 동국대학교에서 수행하였던 복합학제 설계교육의 사례를 통해 그 효과를 정량적으로 측정하고 분석하여 보았다. 단일전공자로 구성된 팀들과 복합전공자로 구성된 팀들간의 학업성취도를 비교분석한 결과 복합팀의 학업성취도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 설문조사를 통해 학생들은 팀의 의사소통이 프로젝트를 진행하는데 중요한 요소라고 생각하였으며 이러한 결과는 복합학제 설계교육이 더욱 확대될 필요가 있으며 이를 통해 학생들이 사회에 나가기 전 수업을 통해 꾸준히 연습되어야 함을 보여준다.

Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of Novel Ruthenium(II) Sensitizers for Dye-sensitized Solar Cell Applications

  • Three heteroleptic ruthenium sensitizers, Ru(L)($L^1)(NCS)_2$ [L = 4,4'-dicarboxylic acid-2,2'-bipyridine, Ru-T1: $L^1$ = (E)-2-(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridin-4-yl)-3-(thiophen-2-yl)acrylonitrile, Ru-T2: $L^2$ = (E)-3-(5'-hexyl-2,2'-bithiophen-5- yl)-2-(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridin-4-yl)acrylonitrile, and Ru-T3: $L^3$ = (E)-3-(5"-hexyl-2,2':5',2"-terthiophen-5-yl)-2- (4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridin-4-yl)acrylonitrile)], were synthesized and used as photosensitizers in nanocrystalline dyesensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The introduction of the 3-(5-hexyloligothiophen-5-yl)acrylonitrile group increased the conjugation length of the bipyridine donor ligand and thus improved their molar absorption coefficient and light harvesting efficiency. DSSCs with the configuration of Sn$O_2$: F/Ti$O_2$/ruthenium dye/liquid electrolyte/Pt devices were fabricated using these Ru-$T1{\sim}T3$ as a photosensitizers. Among the devices, the DSSCs composed of Ru-T2 exhibited highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.84% under AM 1.5 G illumination (100 mW/$cm^2$).

Blue Emitting Cationic Iridium Complexes Containing Two Substituted 2-Phenylpyridine and One 2,2'-Biimidazole for Solution-Processed Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs)

  • Two new blue emitting cationic iridium(III) complexes with two substituted 2-phenlypyridine ligands as main ligands and one 2,2'-biimidazole as an ancillary ligand, $[(L1)_2Ir(biim)]Cl$ (1) and $[(L2)_2Ir(biim)]Cl$ (2), where L1 = 2-(2',4'-difluorophenyl)-4-methylpyridine, L2 = 2-(2',4'-difluoro-3'-trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-methylpyridine and biim = 2,2'-biimidazole, were synthesized for applications in phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). Their photophysical, electrochemical and electroluminescent (EL) device performances were examined. The photoluminescent (PL) spectra revealed blue phosphorescence in the 450 to 485 nm range with a quantum yield of more than 10%. The iridium(III) compounds studied showed good solubility in organic solvents with no solvatochromism dependent on the solvent polarity. The solution-processed OLEDs were prepared with the configuration, ITO/PEDOT:PSS (40 nm)/mCP:Ir(III) (70 nm)/OXD-7 (20 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (100 nm), by spin coating the emitting layer containing the mCP host doped with the iridium phosphors. The best performance of the fabricated OLEDs based on compound 1 showed an external quantum efficiency of 4.5%, luminance efficiency of 8.52 cd $A^{-1}$ and blue emission with the CIE coordinates (x,y) of (0.16, 0.33).

DTN에서 예측 기반한 적응적 노드 속성 분석 (Adaptive analysis of characteristic nodes using prediction method in DTN)

  • 본 논문은 Delay Tolerant Network(DTN)에서 예측기반 라우팅을 사용할 때 효율적인 중계 노드를 선택할 수 있도록 노드 속성을 분석하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 예측기반 DTN 라우팅 알고리즘은 노드의 정보를 분석하여 목적 노드로 접근하는 노드를 예측하여 중계 노드로 선택하는데, DTN의 특성상 전체적인 네트워크의 상황을 파악하기 힘들어 불규칙하게 변화하는 네트워크에서는 지연시간이 증가하고 전송률이 감소하는 단점이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 제안하는 알고리즘은 노드의 속도, 방향, 위치 등의 속성 정보와 네트워크의 환경에 적응적으로 변화하는 가중치를 사용해 불분명한 네트워크 환경에서 더 효율적인 노드를 선택할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 모의실험을 통해 제안하는 알고리즘을 사용한 라우팅 프로토콜이 기존 라우팅 프로토콜에 비해 전송률, 지연시간, 오버헤드 측면에서 향상됨을 검증한다.

Synthesis and Characterization of Spirobifluorene-Based Polymers for Organic Light-Emitting Diode Applications

  • The following series of blue EL polymers was synthesized using the Suzuki polymerization method: poly(3',6'-bis(3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)-9,9'-spirobifluorene-2,7-diyl) poly[$(OC_{10})_2$-spirobifluorene], poly{3',6'-bis(3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)-9,9'-2,7-diyl-co-4-(3,7-dimethyloctyloxy) phenyl-diphenylamine-4',4'-diyl} poly[$(OC_{10})_2$-spirobifluorene-TPA] (5:1, 9:1) and poly{3',6'-bis(3,7-dimethyloctyloxy)-9,9'-spirobifluorene-2,7-diyl-co-4-(6-((3-methyloxetan-3-yl)methoxy)hexyloxyphenyl-bisphenylamine-4',4'-diyl) poly[$(OC_{10})_2$-spirobifluorene-TPA-oxetane]. The weight average molecular weight (Mw) and polydispersity of the resulting polymers ranged from $1.6{\times}10^4-1.5{\times}10^5$ and 1.77-2.31, respectively. The resulting polymers were completely soluble in common organic solvents and were easily spin-coated onto an indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate. The polymers exhibited strong blue emission peaking at 450 nm. The maximum brightness and luminance efficiency were $9,960\;cd/m^2$ and 1.2 cd/A, respectively.

샌드위치 구조를 갖는 은 나노와이어 기반 고감도 저항성 압력 센서 (Sandwich-structured High-sensitivity Resistive Pressure Sensor based on Silver Nanowire)

  • Elastic resistive pressure sensor is fabricated by a direct spray coating of silver nanowires (AgNWs) on uncured polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and an additional coating of a conductive polymer, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS). To improve the sensitive and stability, we have fabricated sandwich-structured AgNW/polymer sensor where two AgNW/polymer-coated PDMS films are laminated with the conducting surfaces contacted by pressure lamination. It shows a resistance decrease upon loading due to the formation of dense network of AgNWs. It is demonstrated that the sandwich-structured AgNW/polymer sensor exhibits very high sensitivity ($2.59kPa^{-1}$) and gauge factor (37.8) in the low pressure regime. It can also detect a subtle placement and removal of a weight as low as 3.4 mg, the corresponding pressure of which is about 5.4 Pa. It is shown that the protrusion of AgNWs from PDMS is suppressed substantially by the over-coated PEDOT:PSS layer, thereby reducing hysteresis and rendering the sensor more stable.

윤리교과교육의 학문적 정체성비판과 근본적 문제 (The Criticism of Scientific Identity of Moral Subject and It's Basic Problem)

  • 한국 사회에서 도덕, 윤리 교육의 위기는 학문적 정체성을 명확히 확립하지 못한 데에서 출발한다. 일제시대에는 식민지 의식을 고취하기 위해 '수신'과목으로 출발하여, 미군정기 이후에는 '국민윤리'로서 개칭되면서 순수한 의미의 도덕교육과 일종의 반공교육과 정치 이데올로기 교육을 결합시켜 정체불명의 교과목을 만들어 정권 선전의 의도와 역할을 공공연히 담당하도록 만들었다. 그러나 윤리교육의 학적 근거는 윤리학이며, 윤리학은 철학의 분과 학문이다. 이러한 명확한 사실을 피하기 위해서 일부 학자들은 도덕, 윤리 교과의 학제적 성격은 말하지만, 이것이 오히려 기존의 도덕, 윤리 교과의 학적 근거를 다른 학문에 나눠주는 예상치 못한 결과를 초래하여 교육학에 교사 자격을 허용하게 만들고, 나아가 사회학에 교과가 통합될 위기에 처할 빌미를 제공해버리고 말았다. 윤리학의 모학문인 철학은 이미 고대로부터 학제적 성격이 아닌 통합학문의 이념을 가지고 있었으므로 다른 학문들에서 학적 근거를 찾을 필요가 없다. 이제 도덕, 윤리 교육은 다시 순수한 의미의 도덕, 윤리의 역할을 되찾을 필요가 있다. 과거의 체제수호적인 반공교육이나 사회과학적 정치 교육은 해당 과목에 귀속시키고 윤리교육의 본래적 목적을 구현하여 현행 도덕 교과서의 학습 목표에 따라 다양한 도덕 문제들을 "합리적으로 해결할 수 있는 판단능력"과 "삶의 이상과 원리를 체계화하여 실천할 수 있는 도덕적 성향을 길러" 주는데 역점을 두어야 할 것이다.
