A Study of Architectural Space Organization for the Promotion of Interactive Conversations and the Design Application for a Public Hospital Project (대화 공간을 제공하는 마을 같은 도시형 공공병원의 건축공간 구성방식과 설계적용 연구)

  • Purpose: While medical standard is rapidly improved, welfare of users and employees in hospitals is not treated correspondingly. Intercommunication of hospital users is thought to be very important for their welfare, and provision of conversation spaces within hospital environment needs to be expanded by architectural design. Space organization methods for the design of conversation space is to be embellished. Methods: Literature and hospital designs are analysed in order to develop the basis of argumentation for the hospital conversation space. 15 hospitals are reviewed and designed spaces for the intercommunication of the users are examined, Space organization efforts and design experiments are identified, and 6 organizational methods are proposed such as: 1) reducing territoriality 2) flowing space 3) categorizing and separating spaces 4) height variation 5) contact with outside and 6) Sun-lighted space. Results: 6 organization methods are confirmed in precedent hospital cases, and these proposed methods are applied in a new hospital design project to verify their usefulness. Implications: A hospital design project is presented based on these proposed methods of organization for the conversation space. Outcomes of this study can be applied for the formulation of human intercommunication spaces in other facilities.

  • Interactive Media Art has been developed a lot in digital age. Especially, the audience try to make interactions by accessing the world of art as one of main interacting figures, while they used to be totally separated from the art in traditional art. Also, it is one of exclusive features distinguished from the other art genres. In this thesis, the intercommunication process of interactive media art is classified and compared with Merleau-Ponty's corporeity phenomenology theories. Merleau-Ponty's corporeity phenomenology insists integrated perception through body against the western intelligence philosophy focusing on binomial reasons. Merleau-Ponty's corporeity phenomenology, which suggested the new perception way towards the art, is analyzed in this thesis by comparing it with detailed factors of Intercommunication process of Interactive Media Art. The Intercommunication process of Media Art is classified into , , , , . Additionally, they are studied and compared with the concept of , , , , out of Ponty's corporeity phenomenology theories. Therefore, it is concluded clearly that corporeity, synesthesia, poly sensation and spaciality drawn from Intercommunication process of Media Art have something in common with Ponty's corporeity phenomenology theories rather than the other art genre or minimalism art styles. Furthermore, a new direction of study upon modern Interactive Media Art is suggested.

  • The position of the bridged tap is determined by that of the outlet in most modern apartments, since most of the indoor wiring utilizes the bus wiring structure when deploying the indoor communication line. These bridged taps deteriorate transmission performance in the specific frequency at the time of high-speed multimedia communication, which uses a high frequency bandwidth, since the duality of return loss worsens and line attenuation increases rapidly. As a result, analysis on this phenomenon is required. In this study, the test model is created by modeling the intercommunication facility of the apartment that is the most representative residential house type, and by understanding the structure and the environment of the indoor wiring. Also, how the bridge tap affects performance is analyzed when the VDSL service is provided, so that problems of intercommunication lines can be identified and methods for improving the proper intercommunication line can be suggested, which is suitable for accommodating high-speed multimedia service of the future.

  • The latest drone market is evolving rapidly. The commercial drone market developed rapid growth. Up to now, one controller had controlled the only one drone. So Remote control and information collection of the remote drone was impossible. Therefore we suggests drone intercommunication distributed network based on the MANET. Subsequently classified according to the characteristics of the drone intercommunication distributed network(speed, distance, applications) and chose a MANET routing protocol in accordance with the classification result.

A Study on Organizational Effectiveness of Administrative Personnel in Hospitals (병원 행정직원의 조직효과성 수준)

  • The hospital is characterized by it's remarkable labor industry and human resources input by unit. Recently, the administrative personnel are recognized as an important staff to provide a hospital guidance to consumer and also easiness for consumer's visit to hospital. The purpose of this study is to find the organizational effectiveness of the administrative personnel in hospitals. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 229 personnels working in 3 medium and small sized hospitals and 1 university hospital in Inchon area. The major finding are as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of over 31 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in are higher, general hospital's organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of university hospital. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the psychological motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every hospitals in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance. In as much as job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as older age, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication have affected as major influence factors of organizational efficiency. 6. In the university hospitals is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. In the general hospitals is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and psychological motive contributional factors is higher, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of administrative personnel in hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on four hospitals in Inchon area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially. as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the university and general hospitals.

A Study on Interdepartmental Organizational Effectiveness of Medium and Small Sized Hospitals (서울지역 중소병원의 부서간 조직효과성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed to grasp the factors, which may influence the harmonized organizational efficiency of the objects of hospital structure as well as its structural constituents of each departments of administration, nursing, and para-medical personnels, in order to provide basic data enable to contribute in the development of hospital. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 385 personnels working in 5 medium and small sized hospitals in Seoul area. The main finding of the study can be summarized as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of male, over 30 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in administration departments are higher, its organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of nursing and para-medical departments. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every departments in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance between administration and para-medical departments. In as much as the job circulation is intact, job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency, while the more workload and the more work feud resulted lower organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as higher educational level of over university graduates, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the psychological motive contributional level is higher, while the lesser job difficulty, the smooth job performance, the higher level of professional expertise, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication, have affected as major influence factors of the structural characteristics of organizational efficiency. 6. As the management of hospital organization, the job level and personal relation are satisfied or psychological motive is provided, especially when there are no difficult jobs or smooth job circulation and no job feud are prevailing, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is improving accordingly. The nursing departments has high educational standard and is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. The para-medical departments is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of the medium and small sized hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas the level of job circulation, job responsibility, the expertise and formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on several hospitals in Seoul area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability.   • In this paper, I found the leadership core-value of the Sunbai(선배) a man of refined taste. I studied twelve Sunbai considered as a man of refined taste in this research. I focused on the aspect showing common worth among their various abilities and cultural contributions, a point of view of classifying them into one form called Sunbai a man of refined taste. As the core value is the basis of supporting the individual identity, so the leadership core-value is the source and philosophical base of displaying the leadership. Our Sunbai combining character and knowledge show common structure in their personal growth and showing the leadership. It is that they embodied the stage of cultivating themselves(修身, Self), considering the relation with others(齊家, Relation), leading the organization(治國, Team), and making efforts for and having influence on the community(平天下, Community) throughout their own life. I examined how to display the leadership in the four fields on a case by case basis and then constructed the leadership model of the Sunbai a man of refined taste by synthesizing them. As a result, I considered their leadership core-value as the intercommunication and named it 'Leadership of Muaesabang(無碍四方)'. Also, I confirmed that it is still very valuable in these days of aiming at the open society and the harmony of the diverse civilization.

It can be resulted that in architectural problem solving for adequate systemization of architectural spaces in specific conditions, intercommunication between social, psychologi-cal, perceptional aspects is important not so much as creati-ve design.

In the genre of plastic art, there are no exception in these changedness. More developed and proceed to develope intermedia could be able of intercommunication. The more development of technology could be able to the more development of new plastic art. Furthermore the development of science make the genre of art to be changed. There are no exception of this changedness in any part of society, The art always has been guided by the person who has proceeding idea for new value. The 21st century plastic art will be in the procedure of the intercommunication. Human-being's concern is to communicate with Universe, and that will be multi-dimension$(4{\cdot}5{\cdot}6{\cdot}7{\cdots}dimension)$ communication beyond our usual recognition. To conjoin this, the possibility of cyber space expressing is going to be considered, and the way is being done by the development of the Media Art, which is able to go and back to the cyber-space. And the message will be so complicate beyond our recognition. Because we will need to communicate with various newly-built vocabulary, so we need to magnify the repertories of new vocabulary.

  • Jing-Yue Jang(張景岳, 1563{\sim}1640$), a medical scalar in the late Ming(明) Dynasty wrote many books such as Leijing(類經), Zhilyilu(質疑錄) and Jingyuequanshu(景岳全書). He was also famouse for the concept of 'Warming and Recuperating(溫補)' and 'Syndrome Differantation Treatment(辨證論治)', Jingyuequanshu was written between 1636 and 1640, and first published in 1700, It can be said that the book was imported from Ming Dynasty of China to Chosun(朝鮮) Dynasty, in what is now South Korea. between 1713 and 1724 In eighteen century. the book was quoted in Euimunbogam(醫門寶鑑), Jejungshinpyun(濟衆新篇) and Magwaheotong(麻科會通). In nineteen century. the book was quoted in Euijongsonik(醫宗損益), Bangyakhappyun(方藥合編), Dongeuisusebowon (東醫壽世保元) and Euigamjungma(醫鑑重磨). The number of quoted prescription and thesis during in nineteen century. is much more than that of eighteen century, Specifically, there are thirty prescriptions of Xinfangbazhen(新方八陣) in Bangyakhappyun, and the concept of 'Nourishing Yang(扶陽)' in Euigamjungma is also based upon Jing-Yue's thesis, This fact shows that we cannot consider the medicine of the late Chosun Dynasty as an abridgement of Dongeuibogam(東醫寶鑑). It is also said that the study focusing on medical books imported from China to Korea in this period is related to understanding the medical progress in the late Chosun Dynasty and the medical intercommunication between Korea and China.
