The world's leading IT company : Google, Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Sony, LG is focusing on development of AR, VR technology for the public. The many large and small companies developed VR hardware, VR software, VR content. It does not look that makes a human a human operation in the cognitive experience of certain places or situations or invisible through Specific platforms or program is Encompass a common technique that a realization of the virtual space. In particular, out of the three-dimensional image reveals the limitations of the conventional two-dimensional structure - 180, 360 degree images provided by the subjective and objective symptoms such as vision and sense of time and got participants to select it. VR technology that can significantly induce the commitment and participation is Industry as well as to the general public which leads to the attention of colostrum. It was introduced more than 10 related VR works Year 2015 Sundance Film Festival New Frontier program. The appearance VR content : medical, architecture, shopping, movies, animations. Also, 360 individuals can be produced by the camera / video sharing VR is becoming an interactive tunnel between two possible users. Nevertheless, This confusion of values, moral degeneration and the realization of a virtual space that has been pointed out that the inherent. 4K or HUD, location tracking, motion sensors, processing power, and superior 3D graphics, touch, smell, 4D technology, 3D audio technology - It developed more than ever and possible approaches to reality. Thereafter, This is because the moral degeneration, identity, generational conflict, and escapism concerns. Animation is also seeking costs in this category Reality. Despite the similarities rather it has that image, and may be the reason that the animation is pushed back to the VR content creation. However, it is focused on the game and VR technology and the platform that is entertaining, but also seek new points within the animation staying in the flat Given that eventually consist of visual images is clear that VR sought. Finally, What is the reality created in the virtual space using VR technology could be applied to the animation? So it can be seen that the common interest is research on what methods and means applied.

  • This paper proposes a real-time geometric correction system based on a projector to project digital images onto deformable surface. Markers use to trace lots of corresponding points would spoil the projected image when the projector projects a digital image onto the surface because they leave marks on the surface. In addition, it is difficult to build a real-time geometric correction system since bottlenecks occur through the process of the geometric correction for projecting images. In this paper, we use invisible infrared markers and a vertex shader of GPU using Cg TookKit of NVIDIA in order to eliminate disadvantage and bottlenecks in the process of markers recognition so that it is possible to project natural correction images in real-time. As a result, this system overlays an interactive virtual texture onto the real paper by using the geometric transformation. Therefore, it is possible to develop variation of AR(Augmented Reality) based on digital contents systems.

  • Most of product designers use 3D CAD system as a inevitable design tool nowadays and many new products are developed through a concurrent engineering process. However, it is very difficult for novice designers to get the sense of reality from modeling objects shown in the computer screens. Such a intangibility problem comes from the lack of haptic interactions and contextual information about the real space because designers tend to do 3D modeling works only in a virtual space of 3D CAD system. To address this problem, this research investigate the possibility of a interactive quantified structure simulation for product design using AR(augmented reality) which can register a 3D CAD modeling object on the real space. We built a quantified structure simulation system based on AR and conducted a series of experiments to measure how accurately human perceive and adjust the size of virtual objects under varied experimental conditions in the AR environment. The experiment participants adjusted a virtual cube to a reference real cube within 1.3% relative error(5.3% relative StDev). The results gave the strong evidence that the participants can perceive the size of a virtual object very accurately. Furthermore, we found that it is easier to perceive the size of a virtual object in the condition of presenting plenty of real reference objects than few reference objects, and using LCD panel than HMD. We tried to apply the simulation system to identify preference characteristics for the appearance design of a home-service robot as a case study which explores the potential application of the system. There were significant variances in participants' preferred characteristics about robot appearance and that was supposed to come from the lack of typicality of robot image. Then, several characteristic groups were segmented by duster analysis. On the other hand, it was interesting finding that participants have significantly different preference characteristics between robot with arm and armless robot and there was a very strong correlation between the height of robot and arm length as a human body.

  • This study is a study on the consumer reaction to the augmented reality advertisement which is a recent issue. this study was conducted based on the necessity of marketing advertisement technique suitable for the 4th industrial revolution era. First, we present the types of augmented reality ads based on previous studies, and examined the effects of enjoyment and formation of brand attitudes on brand attachment on products or services based on the perceived value of consumers for these types of ads. This study is briefly summarized as follows. Hypothesis (H1) empirical value had a positive effect on pleasure, and hypothesis H2) empirical value also had a positive effect on brand attitude. Hypothesis (H3) symbolic value had a positive effect on pleasure and hypothesis (H4) symbolic value had positive influence on brand attitude. Hypothesis (H5) Practical value has a positive effect on pleasure. Hypothesis (H7) Pleasure affects positively (+) influence on brand attitude. Hypothesis (H8, H9) enjoyment affects affection and brand attitude affects affection positively. Hypothesis (H6) Practical value did not affect brand attitude positively. It can be seen that the augmented reality advertisement communicates with consumers through experience or symbolic side rather than perceive practical value by consumer. The implication of this study is that the augmented reality advertisement is highly interactive with consumers and can induce consumer participation. This means that consumers are more aware of empirical and symbolic values rather than experiencing practical value through augmented reality advertising.

  • With the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic and the era of the 4th industrial revolution, archaeological heritage education has entered a new phase. This article responds to the trends in the post-COVID-19 era, seeking ways to develop archaeological heritage education and sustainable strategies necessary in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. The program of archaeological heritage education required in the era of the 4th industrial revolution must cultivate creative talent, solve problems, and improve self-efficacy. It should also draw attention to archaeological heritage maker education. Such maker education should be delivered based on constructivism and be designed by setting specific learning goals in consideration of various age-specific characteristics. Moreover, various ICT-based contents applying VR, AR, cloud, and drone imaging technologies should be developed and expanded, and, above all, ontact digital education(real-time virtual learning) should seek ways to revitalize communities capable of interactive communication in non-face-to-face situations. The development of such ancient heritage content needs to add AI functions that consider learners' interests, learning abilities, and learning purposes while producing various convergent contents from the standpoint of "cultural collage." Online archaeological heritage content education should be delivered following prior learning or with supplementary learning in consideration of motivation or field learning to access the real thing in the future. Ultimately, archaeological ontact education will be delivered using cutting-edge technologies that reflect the current trends. In conjunction with this, continuous efforts are needed for constructive learning that enables discovery and question-exploration.
