BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Sustainability has become one of the top priorities in the foodservice industry. With an increase in consumer interest in sustainability and educational opportunities in higher education, it is important to know what sustainable practices are implemented in campus dining and how sustainable practices affect consumers' responses. This study aims to identify the key sustainable practices in the campus dining context, and investigate the relationship by applying the stimulus-organism-response framework to determine whether the key sustainable practices influence consumers' perception and behavioral intentions. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The self-administered online survey was distributed to college students in 8 dining halls at a large southeastern university in the United States from September 20-October 10, 2019. A total of 382 valid questionnaires were collected, and factor analysis and multiple regressions were utilized to test the research model. RESULTS: This study identified 4 dimensions of campus sustainability with a total of sustainable practices: sustainable food, waste management, energy/water conservation, and recycling/reuse. Three dimensions of sustainable campus practices (i.e., sustainable food, waste management, recycling/reuse) played a significant role in consumers forming a perceived value while energy/water conservation did not significantly influence the consumers' perceived value toward the campus dining. Waste management was identified as the most important practice to enhance consumers' perceived value (β = 0.330). Using sustainable food and recycling/reuse were ranked second and third, respectively (β = 0.262, β = 0.154). The findings confirmed the significant positive relationship between perceived value and revisit intentions. CONCLUSIONS: The findings support the inclusion of dining sustainability as a critical component in explaining college students' perceived value and revisit intention toward campus dining. Furthermore, this study provides practical implications for university administrators and foodservice operators to consider the key sustainable practices to meet the consumers' value and revisit intentions.

Background: We conducted a cross-sectional study to analyze the pain characteristics and satisfaction scores in traffic accident (TA) patients seeking Korean medicine treatment. Methods: A survey was conducted in 845 outpatients who visited 10 Korean medicine institutions due to TA-associated symptoms from February 25th, 2016 to March 9th, 2016. The questionnaire included information about patient sociodemographic characteristics, accident circumstance details, pain levels, treatment methods, satisfaction and pre-existing musculoskeletal disorders. All statistical analyses were performed using STATA 14.0. Results: A total 754 of the 845 respondents had experienced acute pain of onset within 1-2 days. Pain in the neck or low back was most common, and low back pain (LBP) was more prevalent in pedestrian-vehicle accident cases. Patients showed highest satisfaction with pharmacopuncture treatment, followed by acupuncture and Chuna manual therapy. Although treatments were not completed at the time of the survey, the majority of patients were satisfied with the Korean medicine treatments they received and indicated their intent to reuse this treatment in the future. The degree of pain reduction after treatment was a factor that influenced patient satisfaction with and intention to reuse Korean medicine. Conclusion: This study determined the characteristics and status of TA patients using Korean medicine and suggests the need for further more inclusive studies.
In this study, we studied the utility and value of the mileage program as a strategy to strengthen the relationship with customers in the surrogate operation industry. To this end, we conducted a survey of 1,000 customers who used the service more than once, mainly from D company, which has operated the agency operation business for more than 20 years, and analyzed 309 sincerely respondents. Five characteristics of mileage use (emotional benefits, ease of use, economic usefulness, effort to acquire, variety of benefits). Two parameters (brand attitude, brand loyalty) were set, and the dependent variable was set for reuse. As a result of hypothesis test, emotional benefit, convenience of use, and economic usefulness were significant in terms of brand attitude and brand loyalty, and acquisition effort and benefit diversity did not show significant results. The results of this study showed that the surrogate operation industry should strive to strengthen the emotional benefits, convenience of use, and economic usefulness to customers in order to strengthen the relationship with the customers.
The study seeks to explore essential factors that influence tourists' continual usage intentions to mobile tour information services. The variables such as characteristics of tour information service, accuracy, interactivity, context, ubiquitous connectivity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use were adopted from previous research and the hypotheses were developed on the basis of Davis's Technology Acceptance Mode(TAM). The survey was conducted by users who have previously experienced mobile tourism information service. Structural equation modeling was used to Investigate the relationships between the factors. The results showed that interactivity, context, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to have a positive impact on satisfaction. In particular, interactivity and context were found to be the most significant factors that influence reuse intentions. It suggests that increasing context and interactivity to make tourist trust about accuracy, ubiquitous connectivity is better than increasing perceived usefulness and perceived easiness. The identified factors that influence continual usage intentions on mobile services can be useful for analyzing the market trends and suggesting industrial guidelines of mobile services.
Due to recent developments in smartphones, lifestyles centred around their use are rapidly changing across many societal areas. Mobility apps, widely used by a large number of people, have also become popular among tourists for travel purposes. This trend is exemplified by the premium taxi industry, which champions smart mobility services-an essential component of smart tourism-to attract tourists as customers. This study investigates how smart mobility service attributes influence memorable user experiences from the perspective of both residents and tourists. It also examines the consequent image of smart mobility and users' intentions to reuse these services. To this end, a survey and analysis were conducted with 320 registered customers of domestic premium taxi companies, which are expanding their services to cater to both residents and tourists. The analysis confirmed all hypotheses. Among the attributes of smart mobility, involvement played a crucial role in shaping the image of smart mobility, more so than refreshment or novelty. Furthermore, the image of smart mobility significantly impacted the intention to reuse it. Based on these findings, this study presents practical implications regarding which empirical factors should be managed from a smart mobility perspective to foster a positive image and encourage reuse.

Objective: This study is an experimental study to investigate the effect of group rehabilitation gymnastics on stroke patients. Design: A randomized controlled trial. Methods: From August 1, 2017, to February 30, 2018, 49 subjects hospitalized after being diagnosed with a stroke at K Rehabilitation Hospital had at least 8 weeks (more than 3 times a week) in the group rehabilitation exercise experimental group (25 patients), and the control group (24 patients) did not attend. Data analysis was performed using paired t-test for dependent variables before and after the experiment using SPSS 25. Results: In the experimental group, daily activities were statistically significantly increased from 59.04±25.19 points before treatment to 66.96±24.35 points after treatment (t=2.24, p=0.035). Lung capacity also significantly increased from 280.00±86.99 points to 334.40±93.23 points (t=4.21, p<0.001), and hospital reuse intention also significantly increased from 8.04±1.57 points to 8.88±1.16 points (t=2.67, p=0.013). In the case of the control group, although the MBI, lung capacity, stress, hospital reuse intention, and hospital use satisfaction increased after the experiment compared to before the experiment, there was no significant difference. Conclusions: In conclusion, group rehabilitation gymnastics for stroke patients is effective for daily living movements, lung capacity, and hospital re-use intention. Therefore, if it is continuously applied to stroke patients, it can be used as an intervention to improve the quality of nursing by enhancing physical function.

One of the reasons for popularity of online game is owing to the interactions with other game users that would lead game the users easily involving in it. Such a holistic state is called flow. Theoretically and empirically flow is one of the antecedents influencing the intension of reusing online game. However, since there are so many kinds in online games, all of them are not the same in the way of feeling flow and level of the relationship with reuse. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between flow, fators influencing flow and reuse intension in online games genre by genre. For this purpose, we classily online game into role playing, board, arcade and simulation, and suggest a research model that would explain relationship between online game and flow comparing its difference among four game genres. Sampling 730 from online game users, we analyze the suggested model empirically by PLS and prove it to be a valid one. The result of this study would not only provide differentiate Insights to the online game providers in each genre practically but also contribute to explaining intrinsic motivation for the use of information technology theoretically.

As such, it is concluded that participation in cultural events does not affect the level of satisfaction on the collection of the books.
Objectives: Guardians of patients have a great deal of influence on decision-making in the course of care in Korea. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of nursing service satisfaction on hospital re-use intention in the guardians of patients admitted to comprehensive nursing care units. Methods: The survey was conducted on 151 guardians of patients hospitalized in comprehensive nursing care units of two general hospitals for four months beginning in September 2017. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analyses using SPSS/Win 21 software. Results: Nineteen percent of variance in hospital re-use intention was accounted for by reliability (t=3.31, p=.001), empathy (t=2.49, p=.014), and recommendations from others (t=2.49, p=.014). The explanatory power was significant (F=13.06, p<.001). Conclusions: To promote hospital reuse, nurses need to improve the quality of their nursing services. Emphasis should be on reliability and empathy among nursing service components. It is also necessary to consider ways to encourage guardians who used hospitals to recommend them to their acquaintances.
There has been an increasing and widespread use of smartphones to make consumer purchases. Given the stark increases in the sales of business transactions using mobile phones, it is obvious that mobile phones have become major mediums for consumer purchases. Through mobile phones, people can make their purchases anytime, anywhere, which leads their impulse of consumption directly to actual actions of consumption. Consequently, mobile commerce has become widely spread and the competition of the market has intensified. The main findings and implications of this study are as follows. First, it is shown that, among the features of mobile commerce, elements of fun, usefulness, convenience, immediateness, and security affect mobile commerce user satisfaction. Second, among mobile commerce-related consumers' propensity, innovative consumption tendency appears to impact mobile commerce user satisfaction and repurchase intention. Third, recognition of elements in regards to fun, usefulness, convenience, immediateness, and security among features of mobile commerce affect consumers' intention to repurchase mobile commerce. Future recognition for mobile commerce has a direct impact on increasing consumers' repurchase intentions. Last, a higher mobile commerce user satisfaction leads to the higher repurchase intentions.
