Purpose - This study aims to exploratorily analyze relationship among pressure on business failure, social safety net perception, and entrepreneurial intention targeting potential business founders - pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. Research design, data, and methodology - Out of 450 collected surveys, 386 were used for analysis. Among these, 216 were from pre-entrepreneurs and 170 were from re-entrepreneurs. Frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Results - In analysis of pre-entrepreneur and re-entrepreneur's pressure on business failure and social safety net perception, objective environment perception - a subfactor of social safety net perception - had statistically significant difference between the two potential entrepreneur groups. Conclusions - We categorized potential entrepreneurs into pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. Also, the current study suggests importance of social safety net to vitalize food service business startup by validifying its mediating effect between pressure on business failure and attitude towards restaurant business establishment. This research also established groundwork for future studies on ways to improve entrepreneurial intention or startup business sustainability by deducing social safety net perception difference between pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. This study was able to analyze relationship between those two groups in terms of entrepreneurial intention and startup business sustainability.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of start-up risks on university students's entrepreneurial intention. In particular, the start-up risk considers the recent ongoing Covid_19 Pandemic along with the level of awareness of the start-up risk of business administration university students. For this purpose, a total of 204 questionnaires collected for two months from October to November in 2020 were used to verify this relevance empirically through multiple regression analysis. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, the level of students' awareness of start-up risks has no statistically significant relevance to their entrepreneurial intention, but the higher the level of negative perception of Covid_19 Pandemic, the lower the entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, additional analysis showed that the students with low self-efficacy majoring in business administration, it was found that negative perceptions of start-up risk had a negative effect on start-up willingness. This study is timely and different from previous studies in that it empirically verified the effect of start-up risk on business administration university students' entrepreneurial intention at a time when negative perceptions of start-up risk increase and COVID_19 Pandemic make it increasingly difficult to start a business administration universit student.

This research was implemented to check what effects entrepreneurship have on the entrepreneurial intention verify the emotional factor 'Fear on Business' in terms of the relationship between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. Above all, in the study Health Belief Model was applied to research into emotional factors, such as 'Fear on Business'. Specifically, it was performed to check what effects 'Fear on Business' has on the entrepreneurial intention and to see if there are any mediating effects between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. To achieve the research purposes above, the students who took a business start-up and entrepreneurship related course were surveyed (all 356); and research findings were produced. To summarize the findings, entrepreneurship did influence the entrepreneurial intention significantly. In addition, entrepreneurship significantly influenced 'Fear on Business'. And 'Fear on Business' significantly influenced the EI; it turned out that 'Fear on Business' plays a mediating role between entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention. From these result, it is thought that programs or policies for reducing 'Fear on Business' are needed. Finally, because entrepreneurship can affect the entrepreneurial intention through the medium of 'Fear on Business', it is thought that the government's effort to create a social atmosphere is needed to overcome 'Fear on Business'.
This study analyzes what effects does restaurant's well-being attribute selection have on word-of-mouth intention. Based on the result, this study aims to provide basic data for establishing Korean restaurant's service strategy and marketing strategy. The researchers surveyed 350 customers who visited a Korean restaurant located in Kangbook, Seoul. We encoded gathered data and analyzed them using SPSS 17.0 statistics package program. Following are the analyzed results. First, under hypothesis 1 - Korean restaurant's well-being attribute selection will have a positive influence on re-visitation intention - it is shown that sufficiency, healthiness, and steadiness have similar influence on re-visitation intention. Second, under hypothesis 2 - Korean restaurant's well-being attribute selection will have a positive influence on word-of-mouth intention - it is shown that sufficiency, healthiness, environment, and steadiness have similar influence on word -of-mouth intention. Third, under hypothesis 3 - Korean restaurant's re-visitation intention will have a positive influence on word -of-mouth intention - it is considered that eliciting customer's re-visitation intention also has influence on word-of-mouth intention. We will be necessary to consult how to derive customer's re-visitation intention or word-of-mouth intention by considering factors which customers of traditional Korean restaurant value.

The main purpose of this study is to find out the attitude of university students on start-up business. The premise of this study is that the recognition on business success and failure is not the same for college students. The focus on this study is analyzing the relations of expectation of students on business start-up and on entrepreneurial intention. The result of the study is as follows. First, the expectation to the business success has positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, while the expectation to the business failure has negative effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the negative expectation to the market condition has negative effect on entrepreneurial intention as a control variable. The result of the survey is meaningful that the entrepreneurial intention is affected by the tendency of the business failure factors.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of attitude toward green brand on green brand positioning and repurchase intention of environmentally friendly products, product knowledge on attitude toward green brand and the effect of green product knowledge on green repurchase intention. This study uses a structural equation approach with a sample size of 175 and uses an eight-point Likert scale. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for respondents are to use environmentally friendly cosmetic products and the respondents live in Central Java and have consumed more than two times. Online sampling using google form. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that green brand positioning has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Attitude toward green brand has a positive effect in mediating the relationship between green brand positioning and repurchase intention. Similarly, green brand knowledge has a positive effect on attitudes, although green knowledge has no positive effect on repurchase intention. Product positioning in the minds of consumers is important in shaping attitudes. It is important for companies to continue to develop environmentally friendly products so that product positioning can be distinguished from competitors' products.

The Islamic capital market in Indonesia is currently developing rapidly marked by the massive growth of sharia stock investors. It is followed by the development of an online sharia trading platform by stock brokerage companies so that investors can transact online sharia shares. From the number of existing stock investors, however, there are still very few Islamic stock investors who repurchase shares after the previous purchase. This really attracted the attention of researchers to investigate the repurchase intention of sharia share in the Indonesia stock market. 415 samples who are Islamic stock investors in the Indonesia stock market have filled out distributed questionnaires. Then, the data was processed using SEM Amos. The results of this study found that perceived enjoyment, perceived ease to use, and expectation have a positive and significant effect on investor satisfaction. Then, perceived enjoyment and expectation have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while perceived ease to use has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, but has a positive effect through the mediating variable investor satisfaction. Investor satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and investor satisfaction is a good mediator for the exogenous variables in this study.

Entrepreneurship research has focused on several factors that might affect the intention of an individual to start an enterprise. Using principles from social network theory and the entrepreneurial intention model (EI), the current research intends to investigate how social capital is formed on Social Networking Sites (SNS) and how the resulting social capital influences entrepreneurial intention. Using an online survey, 151 valid responses were received from university students. Applying partial least square structural equation modeling, positive and significant relationship was found between the SNS usage and bonding and bridging social capital. Further, it was also found that online-bonding social capital does not impact any of the three antecedents of entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, online-bridging social capital significantly influences personal attitudes and subjective norms. It was also found that both personal attitude and perceived behavioral control significantly relate to EI, while the subjective norms do not relate significantly to EI. The paper contributes to the literature on technology-based human behavior and entrepreneurship in emerging countries, opening some areas for future research, while also providing some managerial insights. It also should be beneficial to educational institutions in understanding how the use of SNS use by students may be optimized.
This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the business resource of the members in the Airport Special Guard's firms and its effect on their business attitude and turnover intention. To carry out the study, I established a population of Airport Special Guard's working at the Airport firms in In-cheon, Kim-po, Cheong-ju and Dae-gu. Then a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from July, 2016 to october, 2016. A total of 260 questionnaires were used for the final data. 40 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSS WIN 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed the business resource to have a positive effect on the business attitude but a negative effect statistical level of p<.01 on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the business attitude was also adopted because business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.01. In addition, business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the business resource and turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.05. As a result, the hypothesis about the business attitude would function as the parameter was only partially adopted. Through these research result, it was investigated that the relation between business resource, business attitude and turnover intention is significantly effective variable in airport special guard's. Additionally, business resource is the most important.

It is not easy to go on business. Many businesses are fails for many reasons. The purpose of this research was to study ongoing business intention of entrepreneurs that were related to the business burdens such as economic loss, psychological stress, bankruptcy and other failure stresses. To study this search, wide surveys were conducted targeting entrepreneurs of small and medium size companies. About 300 research papers were distributed and 260 papers were collected and 247 questionaries were used for final analysis. And SPSS 24.0 programs were used. The results of this study were as follows. First, the entrepreneurial intention was closely related to the debt burdens. If the burdens of debt were high, ongoing entrepreneur intention went down. Second, the recognition of bankruptcy systems gave positive impacts for the entrepreneurs of small and medium size companies. Third, among the psychological costs, the intention of business stop gave negative impacts to ongoing business intention. There are many obstacles and difficulties in real business world. Especially in Korea failure costs are considered to individual costs and responsibilities. However, countries such as U.S., E.U. and Israel, the costs of failures considered to social costs. According to this study, burdens related to business failure were closely related to entrepreneur intentions. Therefore, the implications of this study are diverse solutions to easy business burdens are necessary.
