  • In this paper we use the Krasnoselskii-Burton's fixed point theorem to obtain asymptotic stability and stability results about the zero solution for the following nonlinear neutral Levin-Nohel integro-differential equation $$x^{\prime}(t)+{\displaystyle\smashmargin{2}{\int\nolimits_{t-{\tau}(t)}}^t}a(t,s)g(x(s))ds+c(t)x^{\prime}(t-{\tau}(t))=0$$. The results obtained here extend the work of Mesmouli, Ardjouni and Djoudi [20].

  • In this article, we discussed semi-analytical approximated methods for solving mixed Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equations, namely: Adomian decomposition method and modified Adomian decomposition method. Moreover, we prove the uniqueness results and convergence of the techniques. Finally, an example is included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed techniques.

  • In the present paper, we establish Ulam-Hyres and Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stabilities for nonlinear impulsive integro-differential equations with non-local condition in Banach space. The generalization of Grownwall type inequality is used to obtain our results.

  • This paper outlines a reliable strategy for solving nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equations. The modified form of Adomian decomposition method is found to be fast and accurate. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the accuracy of the method.

  • In this paper, we use He's polynomials for solving higher order integro differential equations (IDES) by converting them to an equivalent system of integral equations. The He's polynomials which are easier to calculate and are compatible to Adomian's polynomials are found by using homotopy perturbation method. The analytical results of the equations have been obtained in terms of convergent series with easily computable components. Several examples are given to verify the reliability and efficiency of the proposed method.

  • This paper concerns collocation methods for integro-differential equations in which memory kernels have a singularity at t = 0. There has been extensive research in recent years on Volterra integral and integro-differential equations for physical systems with memory effects in which the stabilty and asymtotic stability of solutionsl have been the main interest. We will study a class of hereditary equations with singular kernels which interpolate between well known model equations as the order of singularity varies. We are also concerned with the smoothing effect of singular kernels, but we use energy methods and our results involve fractional time in fixed spatial norms. Galerkin methods for our models was studied and existence, uniqueness and stability results was obtained in [4]. Our major goal is to study collocation methods.

  • In this paper, an integro-differential equation which arises in oscillating magnetic fields is studied. The generalized fractional order Chebyshev orthogonal functions (GFCF) collocation method used for solving this integral equation. The GFCF collocation method can be used in applied physics, applied mathematics, and engineering applications. The results of applying this procedure to the integro-differential equation with time-periodic coefficients show the high accuracy, simplicity, and efficiency of this method. The present method is converging and the error decreases with increasing collocation points.

  • In this paper, we consider the approximate controllability for a class of semilinear integro-differential functional control equations in which nonlinear terms of given equations satisfy quasi-homogeneous properties. The main method used is to make use of the surjective theorems that is similar to Fredholm alternative in the nonlinear case under restrictive assumptions. The sufficient conditions for the approximate controllability is obtain which is different from previous results on the system operator, controller and nonlinear terms. Finally, a simple example to which our main result can be applied is given.

  • This paper investigates the existence of mild solution for a fractional integro-differential equations with a deviating argument and nonlocal initial condition in an arbitrary separable Hilbert space H via technique of approximations. We obtain an associated integral equation and then consider a sequence of approximate integral equations obtained by the projection of considered associated nonlocal fractional integral equation onto finite dimensional space. The existence and uniqueness of solutions to each approximate integral equation is obtained by virtue of the analytic semigroup theory via Banach fixed point theorem. Next we demonstrate the convergence of the solutions of the approximate integral equations to the solution of the associated integral equation. We consider the Faedo-Galerkin approximation of the solution and demonstrate some convergenceresults. An example is also given to illustrate the abstract theory.
