고등교육기관 통합정보시스템 구축 시 고려해야 할 환경요인과 세부 측정항목에 관한 연구 (A study on the environmental factors and detailed measurement items to be considered in establishing integrated information system in higher education institutions)

  • 최근 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달과 대내 외적 경쟁이 가속화되는 등 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 국내 대학은 통합정보시스템 구축 및 고도화의 필요성 인식과 구축 사업을 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고등교육기관의 통합정보시스템 구축 시 환경요인 측면도 정보시스템 성공요인에 중요한 요인이라고 생각하고, 우리나라 현실에 맞는 환경요인을 도출하고자 국 사립대학 통합정보시스템 현황을 분석하였으며, 이를 기반으로 고등교육기관 통합정보시스템 구축 시 고려해야 할 3가지의 환경요인과 21가지의 세부 측정항목을 도출하고, 이를 통합정보시스템을 구축하고자 하는 대학에 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 방안을 제언하였다. 본 연구결과가 대학들의 통합정보시스템 구축 시 성공적인 통합정보시스템 구축의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

통합보육시설의 시설 및 설비 기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural facility standards of integrated child care facility)

  • This research proposes the importance of physical environment if integrated early childhood education. For a successful integration of children's education, we processed fundamental research on requirements of facility and equipments, looking at related standards and code on handicapped person's convenience facility. Also, this research alms at providing first step to establish evaluation method and quality assurance standards of integrated child care facility, regarding space planning of handicapped children. By examining home and abroad material and analyzing handicapped children's convenience facility standards, this research pursues improving the basis of planning criteria. As present criteria of relevant regulations appears not to handle detailed facility standards, and the handicapped people's facility is for childhood education, it is necessary first to differentiate indispensable equipments from optional one, then categorize them into more specific needs.

과학·공학 융합 수업의 중학교 현장적용을 위한 전문가 제안 (Expert Suggestions for the Implementation of Science and Engineering Integrated Lesson in Middle Science Classrooms)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a meaningful way of implementing science and engineering integrated lessons in school science settings. To this end, two types of science and engineering integrated lesson units (focusing on the physic concepts of light and wave) were developed based on the core elements of science and engineering integrated lesson; object, context, engineering design, and connection with science. These two units were implemented in free semester program in a middle school in a metropolitan city. Throughout the process of program implementation, instructor's reflection and focus group interview with participant students were collected to reveal problems arising from the field implementation. In addition, engineering education experts were interviewed to discuss the potential problems and possible solutions for the problems. As results of the study, five main problems of implementing escience and engineering integrated lessons in a school science setting were revealed and practical solutions for the problems were suggested by the experts.

  • This study considers the stages of curriculum development for the integrated curriculum of Pusan National University Graduate School & Hospital of Korean Medicine, and specifically the KAS2021 (announced in 2019), improvement measures for the curriculum of the College of Traditional Korean Medicine, and the case of the College of Medicine. The introduction of integrated curriculum in the College of Traditional Korean Medicine starts from the members (doers)' agreement. In the process of development, the organization that represents the members, the organization that sets up a goal and designs the curriculum, and the organization that executes them should fulfill their own roles. The stage of development and operation should have the support system for manpower, institution, administration, and finance. The curriculum (draft) should be concrete enough to be operated in reality. For the smooth operation of integrated education, it is necessary to secure more full-time teachers than before, and it is also necessary to have an organization fully in charge of monitoring and improving the operation. For the introduction and operation of integrated curriculum in Traditional Korean Medicine education, the members' agreement, institutional change, support system, and the cultivation of manpower for the operation/evaluation/development of curriculum should be considered.

과학과 인문학의 통합개념 선정을 위한 델파이 연구 (Selection of Integrated Concepts Across Science and Humanities Using the Delphi Method)

  • 통합개념은 여러 학문 영역의 사실, 원리, 법칙, 개념을 포괄할 수 있는 개념으로 통합교육 설계의 중심으로 활용될 수 있다. 통합개념 중심 교육은 학습의 효율성과 경제성을 제공한다는 면에서 효과적인 통합의 방법이다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 학교 현장에서 개념 중심의 통합교육을 시행하는데 중심이 될 수 있는 통합개념을 추출하기 위하여 과학 및 인문학 교과의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 시행하였다. 124명의 전문가가 델파이 조사에 참여하였다. 델파이 조사는 3차에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 1차에서는 통합개념에 대한 개방형 설문을 시행하였으며 2차 설문에서는 1차에서 선정된 통합개념에 대하여 각 전문가가 속한 영역에서 활용 가능하다고 판단되는 통합개념을 모두 선택하게 하였다. 3차 설문에서는 2차 설문에서 선정된 중앙값 이상의 선택빈도를 갖는 통합개념에 대하여 각 학문영역에서의 활용 가능성을 리커트 척도로 응답하도록 하여 내용타당도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 과학 교과 내(물리, 생명과학, 지구과학, 화학)의 통합을 시도하고자 할 때 활용할 수 있는 통합개념으로 변화, 상호작용, 시공간, 에너지 평형이 최종 선정되었다. 또한 인문학 교과 내(경제, 역사, 윤리, 정치, 지리)의 통합을 시도하고자 할 때 활용할 수 있는 통합개념으로 갈등, 공동체, 관계, 구조, 권력, 다양성, 문화, 변화, 사회, 상호작용, 자유, 정의, 평등이 최종 선정되었다. 마지막으로 과학과 인문학에서 공통적으로 활용할 수 있는 통합개념으로는 구조, 다양성, 변화, 상호작용, 순환, 시스템, 환경이 최종 선정되었다.

초·중등 과학교사들의 통합과학교육에 대한 인식과 교사 전문성에 관한 10년 주기(2008-2018) 비교 연구 (A Decade of Comparative Study on the Changes in Elementary and Secondary School Science Teachers' Professionalism and Perceptions of Integrated Science Education)

  • 창의융합 인재 양성의 중요성으로 우리나라 교육과정도 융합과 통합교육을 지향하며 많은 변화가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 과학과 교육과정의 변화와 더불어 최근 10년간 과학교사들의 통합과학 교육에 대한 인식과 전문성이 어떤 변화가 있는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 소재의 2007 개정 교육과정이 적용되고 있었던 2008년도의 초·중등 과학교사 359명과 2015 개정 교육과정이 적용되고 있었던 2018년도의 초·중등 과학교사 360명을 대상으로 통합과학교육에 대한 인식과 전문성(PCK)에 대하여 10년간의 변화를 살펴보았으며, 분석 결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 2018년 초·중등 과학교사들은 통합과학교육에 대한 인지가 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌음에도 불구하고 '보통' 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통합과학교육의 성공적인 안착을 위해 교사의 전문성 향상, 교수학습 자료의 제공, 학습내용의 축소, 학생 수 감소와 시간표의 융통성 확보, 학생과 학부모의 통합과학교육에 대한 인식 확대의 필요에 대한 인식도 유의미하게 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 자기진단에 의한 PCK 조사 결과, 교과 내용 지식 확보 능력, 통합과학교육과 관련된 교육과정의 이해와 수업 구성 능력, 통합적 교수 전략 능력, 통합적 수업을 위한 교수학습 환경 조성 능력, 통합과학교육의 전문성 향상을 위한 노력 등 통합과학교육에 대한 교사들의 PCK는 10년 전에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 최근 융복합 교육의 강조로 현장에서 융복합 수업의 적용 경험이 많아졌으며, 교육 패러다임의 변화에 부합하고자 하는 과학교사들의 지속적인 노력의 결실로 보여졌다.

Analysis on the Theoretical Models Related to the Integration of Science and Mathematics Education: Focus on Four Exemplary Models

  • The purposes of this study were to inform the exemplary models of integrated science and mathematics and to analyze and discuss their similarities and differences of the models. There were two steps to select the exemplary models of integrated science and mathematics. First, the second volume (Berlin & Lee, 2003) of the bibliography of integrated science and mathematics was analyzed to identify the models. As a second step, we selected the models that are dealt with in the School Science Mathematics journal and were cited more than three times. The findings showed that the following four exemplary theoretical models were identified and published in the SSM journal: the Berlin-White Integrated Science and Mathematics (BWISM) Model, the Mathematics/Science Continuum Model, the Continuum Model of Integration, and the Five Types of Science and Mathematics Integration. The Berlin-White Integrated Science and Mathematics (BWISM) Model focused an interpretive or framework theory for integrated science and mathematics teaching and learning. BWISM focused on a conceptual base and a common language for integrated science and mathematics teaching and learning. The Mathematics/Science Continuum Model provided five categories and ways to clarify the extent of overlap or coordination between science and mathematics during instructional practice. The Continuum Model of Integration included five categories and clarified the nature of the relationship between the mathematics and science being taught and the curricular goals for the disciplines. These five types of science and mathematics integrations described the method, type, and instructional implications of five different approaches to integration. The five categories focused on clarifying various forms of integrated science and mathematics education. Several differences and similarities among the models were identified on the basis of the analysis of the content and characteristics of the models. Theoretically, there is strong support for the integration of science and mathematics education as a way to enhance science and mathematics learning experiences. It is expected that these instructional models for integration of science and mathematics could be used to develop and evaluate integration programs and to disseminate integration approaches to curriculum and instruction.

통합적 다문화교육 프로그램이 유아의 다문화 수용성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of an Integrated Multiculturalism Education Program on Children's Multiculturalism Acceptance)

  • This study was intended to investigate wether a multiculturalism education program which is integrated with age the 5 Nuri curriculum has a significant influence on promoting children's multiculturalism acceptance. The effect of the integrated multiculturalism program was studied depending on married female immigrant assistant teacher and multicultural children within a group. Three experimental groups and one comparative group were formed from 80 children whose kindergarten centers are located in southern cities of Gyeong-gi province and the convenient sampling method was used. A measurement tool for multiculturalism acceptance was used in this study, and this measurement is an amended and supplemented version of criteria aimed at children (elementary school students) developed by Kim and Chung(2010). The measurement tool was modified to make it suitable for children and consists of 33 questionnaires. All the data collected for this study was analyzed by the SPSS 20 program, the average, standard deviation, frequency, percentage. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated and one-way ANOVA and ANCOVA were implemented. As for the result of the study regarding perception and relationship-building capability, the group which conducted an integrated multiculturalism education program and consisted of including a female married-immigrant assistant teacher and multicultural children (Experimental group1) showed a higher figure compared to the groups which conducted an integrated multiculturalism education program under the instruction of a female married-immigrant assistant teacher (Experimental group2), the group which conducted only the integrated multiculturalism education program (Experimental group3), and the last group which conducted only the age 5 Nuri curriculum (comparative group). As for sympathy and openness toward multiculturalism, the group which conducted integrated multiculturalism education program under the instruction of a female married-immigrant assistant teacher (Experimental group2) showed a higher figure compared to the groups which conducted an integrated multiculturalism education program including a female married-immigrant assistant teacher and multicultural children (Experimental group1), the group which conducted only an integrated multiculturalism education program (Experimental group3), and the last group which conducted only the age 5 Nuri curriculum (comparative group). As a result, the study showed that the instructor's multicultural guidance capability played a major role in the children's multiculturalism education program.

  • This study is about the present condition of facilities for the disabled at elementary schools in Ulsan and improvement plan of facilities for the disabled. The important thing of tasks of societies and nations is rights to education for the disabled. If an education is natural rights that give people identification, Societies and nations do their best to adapting anyone no matter who has any circumstance to civilization. The more people are poor, the more Societies and nations support and give them chance to education. Among people who really need the chance to education, there was the disabled. Therefore, societies and nations support them carefully more than any others. Above all things, considering the fact that separation to integration of a education for the disabled, facilities for the disabled that can base on an integrated education must be improved as soon as possible. An integrated education contribute to growing sociality and security of human rights for the disabled. It is natural that basic facilities are necessary for the disabled. A systematic program development that make ordinary students look fairly disabled students is really demanded for that ordinary students give disabled students love and help.

리코나의 통합적 인격을 적용한 정보통신윤리 수업 설계 (The Instructional Design of Information Communication Ethics Based on Integrated Character of Lickona)

  • 본 연구는 현재까지의 정보통신윤리 교육이 인지적 영역만을 다루고 있는 점을 지적하고 이 문제점을 해결한 정보통신윤리 수업을 설계하고 이를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 토마스리코나의 통합적 인격, 즉 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 요소를 적용하고자 하였다. 설계된 수업을 검증하기 위한 검사 도구로 이채영(2009)의 정보통신윤리 의식 검사문항을 통합적 인격의 구성요소를 포함하도록 수정하고 이를 검증하였다. 또한, Gerlach & Ely의 체제적 수업설계모형을 이용하여 각 단계별로 통합적 인격의 요소가 모두 포함되도록 정보통신윤리 수업을 설계하였고, 이를 실제 중등학교에 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 적용 결과 통합적 인격을 적용한 정보통신윤리 수업은 실험집단이 통제집단보다 더 큰 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
