This paper reviewed the relationship among safety-specific transformational leadership, safety motivation, and safety participation, and the mediating effect of safety motivation between transformational leadership and safety participation. Based on the responses from 233 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspiration effect positively on safety motivation. 2) safety motivation effects positively on safety participation. 3) safety motivation mediates fully between charisma/inspirationand safety participation. 4) safety motivation mediates partly between individual consideration/intellectual stimulation and safety participation.

Quadrotor with limited flight time due to battery level can have the extended mission life by applying energy harvesting technology. Bio-inspiration from the birds' locomotion of flight and perch-and-stare can make energy consumption efficient, and energy harvesting technology can generate energy. In order to charge the battery with solar power, the drones are required to be in a position without shade. In the mountainous terrain, a novel mechanism is required in order to be located stably at the top of the tree or the inclined rock. In this study, we propose an analysis of the origami structure and the concept design of the perching mechanism with two stable equilibrium states. The origami structure composed of compliant material can be applied to the perching mechanism that can be locked passively. Moreover, the experimental results of the trajectory and perching test are discussed.

Architecture is a shelter for society whose social pattern requires a specific form to accord with its material and spiritual needs. Providing a truly acceptable architecture requires our deeper understanding of cultural tradition - mythic values - not only because myth is an interpreted and configured form of 'thing' through man's second nature, such as his subjective and objective consciousness -'self-revelation of the absolute'- but also because, in the world of mythical imagination, a fragment of substantial reality -'thing'- becomes an equivalent mode to the signification, and emerges as 'its independent spiritual form' and 'the characteristic force of the logos.' In this sense, myth of place and myth behind tectonic form are the most essential sources for comprehending people's relationship to the world of inner and conscious experience. The recent efforts of modern architects to achieve cultural continuity should begin with re-interpretation and configulation of the myths behind describable material culture, especially artistic imagination inspired by deeper understanding of the myth of place. Myth provide artists with a creative inspiration, as they did in the past.

This paper deals with the Design of lamp reflector which can statisfy the required candlepower distribution. Until now the process of design is made by the help of the personal expenences and inspiration and also in case of the ready-made CAD algorithm the effects of the diffusive reflection in reflective surface are neglected and the CPU time is too long. To overcome these limits a new CAD algorithm is made. This new algorithm can provide an easy and swift design by which high efficiency and proper candlipower distribution are possible.

News contents, produced for paper readers, are more and more being used online instead of offline. Internet sites, expecially portals(naver, daum, nate etc.) are dominant marketplaces, where news are exchanged and values are added. So, establishing a new online news service system, which can satisfy news provider(copyright owner) and internet service provider together, is a necessary task under current online-dominant news service environment. UCI(Universal & Ubiquitous Content Identifier) and IPTC NewsML(News Mark-up Language) are considered as useful standards to compromise protection of news-copyright and enhancement of online use of news contents. This study is based on a real case of 'NewsBank' in korea, We expect that this study can show an inspiration to obtain two contradictory goals of copyright protection and free online use of copyright.

The purpose of the present study was to improve the artistic qualities in the future fashion design by investigating how the art to wear was applied to the inspiration in the modern fashion design in the late 1990s. For this purpose the present paper examined characteristics in art to wear and their impact on modern fashion design in the late 1990s. Distinguished from the traditional costume, art to wear disregarded a fixed concept on design elements such as the socio-cultural images, materials, and forms. The artists in art to wear freely expressed their "selves" and their individuality to their works in a variety of ways. In fashion design in the late 1990s the creative characteristics of art to wear were reflected in four ways: (1) eco-look, (2) humor, (3) deformation, (4) materials. The present study suggests that the creativity of the art to wear can establish the potentials and possibility in modern fashion design, and art to wear can be a crucial mediator in opening art into the real world.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the meaning of retro-fashion, to research the formative feature characteristic and aesthetic values. Retro-fashion is one of the expression of spatiotemporal-eclecticism, The formative of modern Retro-fashion are as follows: First, Retro-fashion based on spatiotemporal-eclecticism have been come from 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s style of time, and the asia, africa, middle east, latin America in region. Second, the design inspiration and technique is used more primitive crafts and decoration like handcrafted material, handmade ornaments as dyeing and embroidery of bohemian, jacqwuard pattern, oriental beads, applique, new hippie touch, patchwork, smocking, primitive button, woods, ethnic motives. Third, modern Retro-fashion is reflection of human feelings as nostalgia from the past, it supplies the sense of fashion creativity and new ideas.

The target of this research is the analysis about Santiago Calatravas works in harmony with the dynamics of architectural technology and aesthetics in contemporary architecture. His first design process in works starts from the observation about the from of nature. He expresses the dynamics of architecture through using the Curve freely. His works express the dynamic movement, the quality of the unique inspiration and the rhythmical impression. As both scientist and artist, Calatrava could be called a classical architect and a man of his times simultaneously. Consequently, contemporary architectural designs shall be gradually focused in the dynamics of the technology and aesthetics as Calatravas ones.

Digital media changed not only our lifestyle and sense of value but also art and space design, and development of technology will accelerate the alteration. It provided limitless possibility and inspiration to art, architecture and design. In this 'image' era, media communicate with us mostly in visual method, which gets to he realized by visual interface. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tendency of visual interface of contemporary interior design cases in the standpoint of digital media characteristics and suggest directions for future space design. The characteristics of digital media and interface are defined, and how the concept unfolded in art, design is also discussed. In interior design, the concepts come out as various types of visual interface, showing the characteristics of composition of material and immaterial, interaction between visual information and space users and among users, realization of cyberspace and simultaneous coexistence of multiple space-time multi-layer.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) is performed by artificial ventilation and thoracic compression for the patient under emergent situation to maintain at least the minimum level of respiration and blood circulation for life survival. Good quality CPR requires monitoring respiration. We developed a system for continuous monitoring respirational signal while CPR, using respirational airflow sensor for CPR. Signal extraction circuit obtains pressure signal while CPR. Obtained signal would be performed analog-digital conversion and changed to airflow value by characteristic formula. Single inspiration and expiration were considered a period. Detected valid data were displayed LCD.
