Recently, the use of the high strength materials and development of construction techniques have resulted in more flexible and longer spanning in the stadium systems. So the natural frequency of stadium structures are became low. Stadium stand could be led to significant dynamic response as like resonance due to spectator rhythmical activities. The accurate analysis of dynamic behavior of stadium systems and the precise investigation of the dynamic loads on stadium structures are demanded for effective design. It is desirable to apply measured dynamic loads created by spectator activities because these dynamic loads are not easy to express numerical formula. As the floor mesh of stadium stand is refined, the number of divided elements increases in numerical analysis. the rise of the number of elements makes the numbers of nodal points increased and numerous computer memory required. So it is difficult to analysis refine full model of stadium structures by using the commercial programs. In this study, the various dynamic loads induced by spectator movements are measured and analyzed. And a new modeling method that reduce the nodal points are introduced. Vibration analysis of stadium stands is executed to inspect accuracy and efficiency of proposed method in this paper.
In current web-based systems, it is generally recognized that one way flow of information from providers to users can cause the static problem of document structure. Therefore, information update frequency and interaction between providers and users are quiet slow. Monopolized information can obstruct the free user's access and heterogeneous format and different protocols also make users difficult to retrieve and to collect information. To resolve these problems, in this study, we introduce the Web 2.0 to move toward the user's participation and share based on the social network and the OAI protocol to improve the free access and the interoperability on bibliographic information for Life Science and then design the bibliographic information network for life science. This network has four main functions such as: 1) Open Repository function that can make up user community for sharing and data exchange. Data such as article, seminar material, research note and research report are considered in design. 2) Open Collection function that can collect and store the metadata on distributed bibliographic information networks, 3) Open Access function that can manage the metadata in the open access environment, and 4) Administration function that can monitor the user activity and statistics and can inspect the registered data.
PURPOSE. The aim of this study was to evaluate the repeatability of the digitizing of silicon rubber impressions of abutment teeth by using a white light scanner and compare differences in repeatability between different abutment teeth types. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Silicon rubber impressions of a canine, premolar, and molar tooth were each digitized 8 times using a white light scanner, and 3D surface models were created using the point clouds. The size of any discrepancy between each model and the corresponding reference tooth were measured, and the distribution of these values was analyzed by an inspection software (PowerInspect 2012, Delcamplc., Birmingham, UK). Absolute values of discrepancies were analyzed by the Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple comparisons (${\alpha}$=.05). RESULTS. The discrepancy between the impressions for the canine, premolar, and molar teeth were $6.3{\mu}m$ (95% confidence interval [CI], 5.4-7.2), $6.4{\mu}m$ (95% CI, 5.3-7.6), and $8.9{\mu}m$ (95% CI, 8.2-9.5), respectively. The discrepancy of the molar tooth impression was significantly higher than that of other tooth types. The largest variation (as mean [SD]) in discrepancies was seen in the premolar tooth impression scans: $26.7{\mu}m$ (95% CI, 19.7-33.8); followed by canine and molar teeth impressions, $16.3{\mu}m$ (95% CI, 15.3- 17.3), and $14.0{\mu}m$ (95% CI, 12.3-15.7), respectively. CONCLUSION. The repeatability of the digitizing abutment teeth's silicon rubber impressions by using a white light scanner was improved compared to that with a laser scanner, showing only a low mean discrepancy between $6.3{\mu}m$ and $8.9{\mu}m$, which was in an clinically acceptable range. Premolar impression with a long and narrow shape showed a significantly larger discrepancy than canine and molar impressions. Further work is needed to increase the digitizing performance of the white light scanner for deep and slender impressions.
Encapsulated Aspergillus niger was prepared in order to inspect the effect of oxygen supply on the production of citric acid. A. niger cells which had been immobilized in the calcium alginate capsule grew and mycellia penetrated through the capsule membrane after two days of cultivation and covered over all of the capsule after eight days. The mycellia became loose when the nitrogen source was sufficient of oxygen was deficient. The larger amount of encapsulated cells were put into a given growth medium, the smaller quantity of citric acid was produced. The increase of volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient from 1.8 $hr^-$ to 2.55 $hr^-$ in the flask culture accelerated cell growth rate but did not influence the production of citric acid. The high oxygen supply rate($k_La:\;150\;hr^-$) in the concentric air lift reactor hastened the growth of cells and hindered the production of the citric acid. The reduction of nitrogen source level in the growth medium in the concentric air lift reactor increased citric acid production by 40 percent of that of flask cultivation and the culture period was shortened by 3 days. The variation of the geometry of the concentric air lift reactor did not influence the growth rate of encapsulated cells and production rate of citric acid.

The Effect of Curriculum with voluntary program on Self-Actualization in Nursing Students. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the voluntary program experience with curriculum on self-actualization in nursing college students and to guide the desirable voluntary activity of college students. The research design utilized in this study was one group pretest-posttest design. The data were gathered two times with self-actualization test. First data were gathered before voluntary activity. And second data were gathered after instruction and five times voluntary activity. The data were analized by frequency, t-test, paired t-test and ANOVA using the SAS program. The results were as follows: The scores of self-actualization in nursing students belonged to normal range. Before voluntary activity, the scores were significantly higher than standardized group in Nature of Man, Constructive Scale (P<.001), and the scores were significantly lower than standardized group in Feeling Reactivity Scale(P<.05) and Capacity for Intimate Construct Sscale (P<.001). After the activity the scores were significantly higher than standardized group in Self Actualizing Values Scale(P<.001), Existentiality (P<.01), Spontaneity Scale (P<.001). Self Acceptance Scale(P<.05) and Nature of Man, Constructive Scale (P<.001). After the activity the scores were significantly increased more than before the activity in Inner Directed Scale (P<.001). Self Actualizing Values Scale (P<.001), Feeling Reactivity Scale (P<.001), Capacity for Intimate Construct Sscale (P<.001). Spontaneity Scale (P<.01), Time Competent Scale (P<.05) and Existentiality (P<.05). And the scores were not significantly increased more than before the activity in Self Regard Scale, Self Acceptance Scale and Nature of Man, Constructive Scale. The results of this study showed that voluntary activities were effective self-actualization. So, it is thought that voluntary program is necessary in the curriculum for nursing college students. This study suggests as follows : 1) It is necessary to inspect the self-actualization test after various experience of voluntary activity in college students. 2) It is necessary to grope the plans to activate the social service programs. 3) It is necessary to study continious and voluntary social service of college students.

According to attended about startup, there are many policy and program for activating of startup. Government's policy and program was scale up and arrangements for high quality. Nevertheless, policies and programs are concentrated on ante-startup stage. And experts have questioned that effect. So, there are needed a program focusing pre-startup and incubation stage. Accordingly, this study propose a kind of educative program named Pre-Startup Support Program. Through the program, pre-startup teams or entrepreneurs will inspect items, business skills and surroundings of market and competitors. And they have a time for complementation of deficiency. This study selects ETRI spin-off(research based spin-off born ETRI) by means of an object of study. ETRI's programs are started in 2011 with intent to incubate the entrepreneur through market research, mentoring, space of incubation and funds. This study analyze using the ISA(Important-Satisfaction Analyze) and the regression. We classify the pre-startup support program using the ISA. And then, we analyze the influence of satisfaction using the regression. On the basis of results, we identify the effectiveness of pre-startup support program and propose plans for reinforcement. In conclusion, adopting a pre-startup support program is expected to success of startup.
Among 45 patients of herniation of intervertebral disc with $L_4$ to $L_5$ herniation, who underwent infrared thermography, the number of female was larger than male and the age of 50s was highest. From the results measured from the distribution table, we have confirmed that there was no significant difference depending on sex and age (p> 0.05). The region of the highest ROI temperature for patients with $L_4-L_5$ intervertebral disc prolapse was the back of the posterior right tibia, and followed by the back of the left shin bone-below the front right knee-below the front left knee. There was a significant difference depending on the measured site. The average ROI temperature for patients was $30.30{\pm}0.50$ whereas that for normal persons was $31.20{\pm}0.58$, yielding the temperature difference of $0.66{\pm}0.59$ between the two groups. The ROI of patients was lower than $31.20{\pm}0.58$ (p <0.05) because the significance of the sample, which has been obtained from the results of a sample t-test, was less than 0.05 (p <0.05). From further researches, it may necessary to develope the methodology for correcting data regarding thermal environment and, in addition, to develope a new thermal index based on it. Therefore, we can confirm that pre-treatment for infrared thermography is very important in order to minimize the procedure for correcting data. It is required that radiologists who inspect disc herniations should carefully observe and consider the patients during their measurements.

The study was conducted to evaluate differences of growth characteristics of rice cultivated in two different regions (Cheonan and Jeonju). It focused on nutritional composition and anti-nutritional factors of rice straw produced from 21 rice varieties including GM rice (Iksan 483). The range of general nutrition ingredient is that crude was 0.97 ~ 3.2 %, carbohydrate was 67.45 ~ 80.01 %, crude protein was 1.46 ~ 4.81 %, crude ash was 6.52 ~ 18.96 %, crude fiber was 25.77 ~ 40.02 %, NDF was 51.84 ~ 67.77 %, ADF was 27.11 ~ 40.44 %, calcium was 0.49 ~ 5.18 mg/g and phosphorous was 0.26 ~ 2.77 mg/g. The general nutritional contents of GM rice were included above range. The range of phytic acid of rice straws cultivated in Cheonan and Jeonju was 0 ~ 0.056 mg/ml and 0 ~ 0.059 mg/ml, respectively. The phytic acid content of GM was 0.033 mg/ml, which was in the range of the content of rice straw in Cheonan and Jeonju. The range of trypsin inhibitor of rice straws cultivated in Cheonan and Jeonju was 0.061 ~ 0.461 TIU/mg and 0 ~ 1.278 TIU/mg, respectively. The trypsin acid content of GM was 0.461 TIU/mg, which was in the range of the content of rice straw in Cheonan and Jeonju. In addition, we investigated microbial community from each soil sample by using metagenomics sequencing based on rRNA microbial diversity in order to inspect indirect changes of soil environment with cultivation of GM rice. Metagenomics analysis was carried out using soil samples cultivated with GM and non-GM rice for before transplanting, young panicle differentiation stage, heading stage, and ripening stage. Beta diversity of microbial community in both soil environments were calculated by using Bray-Curtis distance method and showed low value with an average of 0.24 (dissimilarity = 1). As a result, it was confirmed that the cultivation of GM does not give a significant effect on the change of microbial composition in soil. Therefore, Our study demonstrates that there is no difference in the composition of soil microorganism due to GM and non-GM rice.

Socket weldment used to change the flow direction of fluid nay have flaws such as lack of fusion and cracks. Liquid penetrant testing or Radiography testing have been applied as NDT methods for flaw detection of the socket weldment. But it is difficult to detect the flaw inside of the socket weldment with these methods. In order to inspect the flaws inside the socket weldment, a ultrasonic testing method is established and a ultrasonic transducer and automated ultrasonic testing system are developed for the inspection. The automated ultrasonic testing system is based on the portable personal computer and operated by the program based Windows 98 or 2000. The system has a pulser/receiver, 100MHz high speed A/D board, and basic functions of ultrasonic flaw detector using the program. For the automated testing, motion controller board of ISA interface type is developed to control the 4-axis scanner and a real time iC-scan image of the automated testing is displayed on the monitor. A flaws with the size of less than 1mm in depth are evaluated smaller than its actual site in the testing, but the flaws larger than 1mm appear larger than its actual size on the contrary. This tendency is shown to be increasing as the flaw size increases. h reliable and objective testing results are obtained with the developed system, so that it is expected that it can contribute to safety management and detection of repair position of pipe lines of nuclear power plants and chemical plants.

Underground concrete structures are usually designed to be used for decades, but in recent years, many of them are nearing their original life expectancy. As a result, it is necessary to promptly inspect and repair the structure, since it can cause lost of fundamental functions and bring unexpected problems. Therefore, personnel-based inspections and repairs have been underway for maintenance of underground structures, but nowadays, objective inspection technologies have been actively developed through the fusion of deep learning and image process. In particular, various researches have been conducted on developing a concrete crack detection algorithm based on supervised learning. Most of these studies requires a large amount of image data, especially, label images. In order to secure those images, it takes a lot of time and labor in reality. To resolve this problem, we introduce a method to increase the accuracy of crack area detection, improved by 0.25% on average by applying adversarial learning in this paper. The adversarial learning consists of a segmentation neural network and a discriminator neural network, and it is an algorithm that improves recognition performance by generating a virtual label image in a competitive structure. In this study, an efficient deep neural network learning method was proposed using this method, and it is expected to be used for accurate crack detection in the future.
