유통·호텔 종사원의 팀에 대한 몰입의 선행요인과 결과요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Precedence and Result Factors on Team Commitment on Distribution and Hotel Employees)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify team commitment affecting employees' innovative activities and factors affecting team commitment including empowerment by leaders and job enrichment factors. In other words, so as to explain outcome variables of innovative activities, this study aims to emphasize employees' attachment roles towards their groups within nomological network, and identify the motives encouraging employees' innovative activities. The research purpose is significant due to the realistic situation of hotel industry. The reason why innovative activities are important can be found in recent changes of business environment. Also, unlike other various studies on precedence factors encouraging employees' innovative activities, this study classified those precedence factors into job and leader characteristics, and it emphasized the importance of team commitment as the process that job and leader characteristics are connected to innovative activities. Research design, data and methodology - The survey for this study was conducted during October 6th ~ November 10th in 2014 to the employees who are working in 5-star hotels in Korea. As for the selection of hotels and sampling method, convenience sampling method was used to the employees in 5-star hotels. Self-report method was used in the survey, judging that the employees' characteristics would be relatively homogeneous. 311 questionnaires were distributed in total, and 275 reponses were collected. After excluding the missing and unreliable responses, 245 questionnaires were used in the research. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for the analysis. Results - First, empowering leadership had positive effects on hotel employees' team commitment. It indicates that hotel employees are more committed to their team when their leaders set examples, provide information, and involve employees in decision-making process. Second, as a result of the relationship analysis in task diversity, task significance, task identity and team commitment, task diversity and task significance had significant effect on team commitment, while task identity had no significant effect on team commitment. It indicates that team commitment is enhanced when the employees can conduct diverse types of jobs and get more opportunities to talk with the guests. Also, the repetition for the same jobs in hotel rooms and the space for preparing food and beverage do not lead to team commitment, even though the employees fulfill their duties to the end. Third, hotel employees' team commitment has positive effect on their innovative activities. It indicates that employees voluntarily conduct innovative activities when they are attached to their team and identifies themselves with the team. Conclusions - There are theoretical and practical implications in this study. First, in terms of the theoretical perspective, this study proposes structural framework in team commitment, and it identifies the psychological mechanism in team commitment from the aspect of social exchange, which resulted in identification of precedence factors related to team commitment. In addition, this study presents new possibilities for relevant studies about team commitment by examining the effect on team commitment when the importance of innovative activities is emphasized in recent business environment.

혁신 제품에 대한 거부와 수용에 관한 연구: 일반 휴대전화 사용자의 스마트폰 사용의도를 중심으로 (A study for rejection and acceptance for Information technology innovative products: Based on Smart phone usage intention of General mobile phone users)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보기술 혁신 제품이 출시되었을 때 소비자가 수용하는 과정에서 혁신 제품의 유용성 기대와 혁신제품에대한거부의요인에의해사용의도가형성된다는관점에서혁신제품의수용과정을연구하였다. 휴대전화사용자들 중 스마트폰을 사용하지 않는 소비자들을 대상으로 실증연구를 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 정보기술 혁신제품에 대한 소비자의 유용성 기대는 사용의도에 정적(+)으로 영향을 미치고, 혁신 제품에 대한 거부감은 부적(-)으로 영향을 미치며, 유용성 기대는 거부감에 부적(-)으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비자의 혁신 제품에 대한 유용성 기대에 정적(+)으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로 사회적 요인이 있었고, 기존 제품에 대한 만족은 유용성 기대에 부적(-)으로 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 소비자의 혁신 제품 거부에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 소비자의 기존 제품에 대한 만족과 소요되는 노력 예상이 있었다. 이러한 연구결과들에 근거하여, 소비자가 정보기술혁신 제품에 대해 유용성을 기대하더라도 거부감을 가지고 있다면 해당 제품을 사용할 의도를 갖지 않기 때문에 이에 대한 전략이 필요하다.

방사선 유도 돌연변이 약용들깨 핵산 추출물의 Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase 저해활성 (Inhibition of an Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase Expression by a Hexane Extract from Perilla frutescens cv. Chookyoupjaso Mutant Induced by Mutagenesis with Gamma-ray)

  • In earlier investigations, seeds of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt. cv. Chookyoupjaso were irradiated with 200 Gy gamma ray to generate mutagenesis. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of a hexane extract from Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. cv. Chookyoupjaso mutant 45 on the actions of anti-inflammatory activity on inducible nitric oxide synthase, and an identification of the major active compound. The hexane extract from P. frutescens exhibited activity of inhibition of a NO production ($IC_{50}$, $295.1{\mu}g\;ml^{-1}$). The hexane extract was further divided into subfractions by silica-gel chromatogarphy. Inhibition of the NO production by various fractions was assayed in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Among the seven fractions, the 5th fraction was the most effective ($IC_{50}$, $19.5{\mu}g\;ml^{-1}$). The 5th fraction suppressed the expression of protein of iNOS in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells, and GC/MS analyses showed that isoegomaketone is a major bio-active compound in the 5th fraction. The result indicated that isoegomaketone has a good potential to be developed as an anti-inflammation agent.

디지털 전환 시대: 정부지원, 네트워크 역량과 지식공유가 혁신행동을 거쳐 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 (In the era of Digital Transformation: The Effect of Government Support, Network capability and Knowledge Sharing on Innovation Performance through Innovative Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 정부지원, 네트워크 역량과 지식공유가 혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 혁신행동이 매개하는 효과의 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 코로나 확산일로의 시기로 디지털 기반의 네트워크와 지식공유 활동이 빠르게 범용화된 가운데 법인기업 재직자를 대상으로 357부의 설문을 분석하여 SPSS 버전 24와 smart PLS 3를 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 정부지원, 네트워크 역량, 지식공유가 증가하면 혁신성과도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신행동은 네트워크 역량, 지식공유와 혁신성과 사이의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 정부지원은 네트워크 역량에 있어 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 혁신성과 창출에 있어서 중요한 혁신행동 유발을 위해 기업인들의 네트워크 역량을 제고하고 지식공유 활성화를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 정부 지원정책으로 제시하여야 하겠다. 이는 곧 기업인들이 자발적으로 더욱 유연하고 자유롭게 아이디어를 개발하고 실행할 수 있도록 하는 동인이 되어 줌으로써 기업과 산업의 혁신성장으로 경쟁력을 높이는 계기가 되어줄 것이다. 즉, 본 연구는 지식공유 활동과 함께 혁신행동을 야기하여 혁신성과 창출에 도움을 주는 네트워크 역량에 있어서의 정부지원의 효과성을 검증하고 전체적인 구조상에서 종합적으로 요인들 간 관계성을 실증하였다.

경외감이 혁신적 제품 선호도에 미치는 영향: 긍정적 기술준비도의 매개된 조절효과 (The Impact of Awe on Preference for Innovative Products: The Mediated Moderating Effect of Positive Technology Readiness)

  • 경외감은 새로운 경험에 대한 개방성을 확장하고, 새로운 지식 획득을 통해 인지적 세계관을 확장하려는 욕구와 연관된 정서이다. 본 연구에서는 경외감이 광고 맥락에서 소비자에게 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 서울 소재 대학 학부생 118명을 대상으로 2(감정: 경외감/통제) × 2(제품 유형: 혁신/비혁신) 설계의 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 경외감 유발 광고는 비혁신적 제품이나 경외심을 유발하지 않은 경우보다 혁신적인 제품에 대한 제품 선호도와 긍정적 기술준비도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 매개된 조절분석 결과, 긍정적 기술준비도가 경외감 유발과 제품 선호도 사이의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 혁신적 제품일 경우 경외감 유발 광고일 때 긍정적 기술준비도가 증가하게 되고, 이렇게 증가한 긍정적 기술준비도가 결과적으로 혁신적 제품에 대한 선호도를 높였다. 본 연구 결과는 경외감이 혁신적 제품에 대한 소비자의 긍정적 태도를 높이는 역할을 한다는 것을 밝힘으로써 경외감의 긍정적 효과가 있음을 주장한 기존 문헌을 뒷받침한다. 이를 통해 소비자의 혁신적 제품에 대한 긍정적 태도에 경외감 정서 유발이 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 혁신적 제품이나 서비스를 제공하는 기업의 마케팅 활동에 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

정보기술 분야에서 혁신적인 기술의 수용요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Acceptance Factors of the Innovative Technology in Area of Information Technology)

  • Today, change in the information technology field is very fast, the innovative technology or product to be released for the other sectors tend more frequent. In this situation, most of potential users should think carefully about the adoption of innovative technology such as Web2.0. On the other hand, the adoption or acceptance of innovative technology has the paradox of technology. In order to verify the acceptance factors of innovative technology, we are proposed the model based on the DOI and MIR. Conceptually, we examine the four independent variables such as relative benefit, compatibility, complexity, risk that are divided into two parts as positive and negative, a moderating variable effect on independent variables that is the social influence, and their impacts on the acceptance of new technology. The questionnaire which consists of 100 questions was used to analyze the result to IT suppliers and customers in public sector. Finally, our research model was tested in an empirical study, which confirmed all of our hypotheses.

브랜드 확립을 위한 상점공간 디자인 분석 연구 - 혁신적 제품과 체험 공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on Store Design Strategy for Establishing Brand Identity - Focus on innovative products and spaces for experiences -)

  • Retail space itself could be one of the marketing strategies, through creating space, and communicating brand identity. Especially for innovative products, such as mobile technology products, store is not just to sell products but to provide experiences so that users can fudge usefulness of products and reduce uncertainties to adopt the products. The purpose of this study is to investigate how environmental features and physical artifacts contribute to promote experiences of innovative products in stores and how physical environment help to establish brand identity. For this study, site visits, observation, and literature review were conducted. For case studies, three retail spaces (Apple, Iriver, Sony) and one service space(TTL) were selected. Compared to the service space, three retail spaces have more transparent and open store front design characteristics. For the experiences of shoppers, products displayed in a radial shape, round shape, column shape, and around peripherals of the stores. A service oriented space, TTL zone is differentiated from three retail spaces in terms of layout, store front design, and experience areas. Compared to the traditional stores selling innovative products, the case stores showed more warm atmosphere using various shape, wood materials, lighting fixtures and furniture.

구성원들의 학습관성, 폐기학습, 지식통합능력, 혁신행동 간의 관계에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships Among Employees' Learning Inertia, Unlearning, Knowledge Integration Capabilities, and Innovative Behavior)

  • Employees' knowledge integration capabilities and innovative behavior are still of crucial importance in the effective knowledge management. Recently researchers and practitioners are interested in both the potential benefits of unlearning and the negative aspects of learning inertia. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among learning inertia, unlearning, knowledge integration capabilities(knowledge exploitation and knowledge exploration) and innovative behavior. The results of analysis show that learning inertia is employees' psychological obstacle factor affecting knowledge integration capabilities and unlearning, that unlearning of employees is a key factor affecting knowledge integration capabilities, and that knowledge integration capabilities are driving forces leading to innovative behaviors of employees. For theoretical and practical implications, the research presents the grounds for arguments that knowledge integration capabilities are employees' dynamic capabilities from the knowledge management perspective, that unlearning is a driving force of employees' positive behaviors, and that organizations trying to perform the dynamic knowledge management need to identify the causes of employees' psychological resistance to learning. Limitations arisen in the course of the research and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

Improvement of aseismic performance of a PGSFR PHTS pump

  • A design study was performed to improve the limit aseismic performance (LSP) of a primary heat transport system (PHTS) pump. This pump is part of the primary equipment of a prototype generation IV sodium-cooled fast reactor (PGSFR). The LSP is the maximum allowable seismic load that still ensures structural integrity. To calculate the LSP of the PHTS pump, a structural analysis model of the pump was developed and its dynamic characteristics were obtained by modal analysis. The floor response spectrum (FRS) initiated from a safety shutdown earthquake (SSE), 0.3 g, was applied to the support points of the PHTS pump, and then the seismic induced stresses were calculated. The structural integrity was evaluated according to the ASME code, and the LSP of the PHTS pump was calculated from the evaluation results. Based on the results of the modal analysis and LSP of the PHTS pump, design parameters affecting the LSP were selected. Then, ways to improve the LSP were proposed from sensitivity analysis of the selected design variables.

국내 제조혁신 교육방법의 현황과 고찰 (A Study of the Present Conditions and Consideration of Manufacture-Innovative Instruction Methods in Korea)

  • In the manufacturing industry, fostering talented workers has become a core activity as well as an important resource leading to manufacturing enterprises' innovative activities, which has come to the fore as one of the biggest success factors for innovative activities indeed. In other countries, there are many researches actively conducted on talent-fostering programs related to manufacture innovation. In Korea, however, manufacturers or several different education agencies don't actively carry out manufacture innovation instructions and have failed to faster special competent workers since their instructions focus on theories most of the time. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the present conditions of manufacture-innovative instructions in Korea by classifying them in a method of educational technology and to investigate various teaching methods through oversea cases and cases from non-manufacture fields so that it might make a proposal for a better manufacture-innovative instruction method.
