말더듬에서 언제 보툴리늄독소주입술이 효과적인가에 관한 연구 (When the Botulinium Toxin Injection Is Effective in Stutters)

  • Background and Objectives:Laryngeal hyperkinetic movements of stuttering patients is similar to that of adductor spasmodic dysphonia. There has been studies on implementing botulinium toxin injections to treat stuttering. However, the opinions on the bouolinium toxin injection's effects on stuttering patients vary. In this study authors aim to figure out when the botulinium toxin injection improves stuttering patients. Materials and Methods:Stuttering patients who could receive botulinium toxin injection participated in this study. Age differences, gender differences, electroglottogrphic test, aerodynamic test in botulinium toxin injection treatment of stuttering were analyzed. Results:The botulinium toxin injection had statistically significant impact on patients who showed low mean air flow rate during aerodynamic study. Conclusion:The botulinium toxin injection could reduce stuttering of patients with low mean air flow rate in aerodynamic study.

  • In this paper, we have provided the measurement technique of the grounding mesh resistance by field measurements. The standard of measurement is specified in the IEEE Std 81.2-1991 and JEAC 5001-1988, which is the the fall-of-potential method by test-current injection, but this method is difficult to apply at field, where is small around a electric power substation of domestic. For the convenient measurement method, space of assistant probe and quantity of test-current injection are changed step for step. As the result, ' the proposed measurement technique of grounding mesh resistance is that the space of current and potential probes must be fixed at 150rn from a grounding mesh, the test-current injection has to keep 5A or more.

  • 본 논문에서는 IC(Integrated Circuit) 전자파 전도내성 시험 방법인 BCI(Bulk Current Injection)와 DPI(Direct Power Injection)를 이용하여 1.8 V I/O 버퍼에 대한 IC 전자파 전도내성을 시험하였다. IC 전자파 전도내성 시험을 회로 해석기를 사용하여 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 등가회로 모델(model)을 개발하고 검증하였다. BCI와 DPI의 주파수에 따른 forward 전력을 비교한 결과는 주파수 성분에 따라 실제 IC에 도달하는 전자파(electromagnetic, EM) 노이즈의 양이 제한됨을 보여준다. 시뮬레이션을 통해, 가해지는 RF(Radio Frequency) 노이즈가 전달되는 경로의 삽입손실을 구하여, 하나의 시험 방법만으로는 넓은 주파수 영역에서 실질적인 IC 전자파 내성시험의 어려움을 발견하였다. 따라서 규정된 시험 방법을 보완하여 넓은 주파수 영역의 노이즈에 대해 신뢰도 높은 IC 전자파 전도내성 시험 방법을 제안한다.

실내모형시험을 통한 OPC와 친환경 MIS 그라우트의 지반 침투성능 분석 (Analysis of Permeation Efficiency in Soil for OPC and Non-Pollution MIS Grouts by Laboratory Model Test)

  • 본 연구에서는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 OPC(Ordinary Portland Cement)와 MIS(Micro-Injection Process System) 공법에서 사용하고 있는 마이크로 시멘트의 지반 침투성능을 평가하기 위해 실내모형시험을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 그라우트 주입을 일정한 방법으로 재현할 수 있는 가압침투주입장치를 제작하였으며 공시체 제작방법을 마련하였다. 물시멘트비를 5:1에서 1:1까지 변화하여 주입시험을 수행한 결과 물시멘트비가 증가함에 따라 침투성능이 선형적으로 증가하였으며 주입성능을 비교하면 상대적으로 비표면적이 큰 MIS가 OPC보다 동일한 배합비에서 침투성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 물시멘트비가 2:1~1:1의 부배합에서 OPC의 침투성능이 매우 낮은 것으로 관찰되었다. 또한 침투량과 주입시간과의 관계곡선을 hyperbolic으로 모델링하여 예측치를 산정하고 이를 측정치와 비교한 결과 그라우트 성능평가에 대한 hyperbolic 모델의 잠재력이 검증되었다.

  • 본 논문은 지하구조물의 누수에 대한 지수공법으로 이용되는 시멘트그라우팅 지수기법의 주입특성을 파악하고자 모형토조실험을 실시하였다. 모형토조 내의 지반조건은 현장상황을 재현시키기 위하여 대상시료토, 다짐정도, 함수상태를 변화시키고 주입재, 주입비, 주입압력, 주입량, 주입속도 등 주입조건을 다양하게 변화시켰다. 모형실험결과, 주입재의 침투성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소는 토질의 종류 및 다짐정도임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 적정 주입효과를 얻기 위해서는 주입시행 전에 배면지반의 상태를 정확히 파악한 후 주입을 하는 것이 필요하며 이와 같이 지하구조물에서의 누수 발생시 배면 지반상태의 파악은 지수기법 선정시 중요한 요소인 것으로 파악할 수 있었다.

  • Fuel injection rate of an injector is affected by various injection conditions such as injection duration, fuel temperature, injection pressure, and voltage in LPG liquid injection systems for either a port-fuel-injection(PFI) or a direct injection(DI) in a cylinder. Even fuel injection conditions are changed, the air-fuel ratio should be accurately controlled to educe exhaust emissions. In this study, correction factor for the fuel injection rate of an injector is derived from the density ratio and the pressure difference ratio. A voltage correction factor is researched from injection test results on an LPG liquid injection engine. A compensation method of the fuel injection rate is proposed for a fuel injection control system. The experimental results for the LPG liquid injection system in a SI-engine show that this system works well on experimental range of engine speed and load conditions. And the fuel injection rate is accurately controlled by the proposed compensation method.

가솔린 기관의 시동시 연료분사스킵이 유해배출가스 저감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fuel Injection Skips on the Reduction of Harmful Exhaust Gases during an SI Engine Starting)

  • During the SI engine starting up, starting conditions directly contribute to the harmful emissions in spark ignition engines. The effects of catalyst temperatures and fuel injection skip methods on HC emissions were investigated. The test was conducted on a 1.5L, 4-cylinder, 16 valve, multipoint-port-fuel-injection gasoline engine. To understand the formation of HC emissions, HC concentration was measured in an exhaust port using a Fast Response Flame Ionization Detector(FRFID). The result showed that HC emissions, which were generated during initial stage of the starting, could be reduced by coolant temperature and fuel injection skips. And through the vehicle test of ECE15+EUDC, it is convinced that the optimized fuel injection skip method according to coolant temperatures have favourable effects on the reduction of harmful exhaust emissions including HC during the SI engine start.

주사제의 실용량시험법에 관한 조사 (Tests for Volume of Injections in Containers)

  • Testing the volume of injection in container is to ensure that the nominal content of a container can be administered to the patient. The method to test the volume of injection in container is described in European Pharmacopeia (EP) and United States Pharmacopeia (USP). However there is no method to test the volume of injection in Korean Pharmacopeia (KP). So we surveyed the method practiced by 53 pharmaceutical companies in Korea by a questionnaire and tested commercially available injections by discharged volume. As the result, we agreed with the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) test method for discharged volume. It was suggested that the ICH test method for discharged volume of injection in container would be adopted.

  • In this work, the evaluation of swirl nozzle injector performance was conducted by investigating effective area ($A_{eff}$), injection mass ($m_{inj}$), injection rate ($Q_{inj}$), and injection delay ($t_{delay}$) under various test conditions. To achieve these, fuel injection analysis system which was composed of fuel supply system, injection system, and control system was installed. At the same time, the swirl nozzle that had 12 orifice hole with $120^{\circ}$ injection angle was used in this work. It was revealed that the difference of injection mass ($m_{inj}$) between base and swirl nozzle injector increased as the injection pressure ($P_{inj}$) and energizing duration ($t_{eng}$) decreased under the same test conditions. The maximum injection rate ($Q_{inj}$) of swirl nozzle injector was higher than base nozzle injector about 2~5%. The injection performance of swirl nozzle was better than base nozzle at low injection pressure ($P_{inj}$) and short energizing duration ($t_{eng}$) conditions.
