This paper aims to give a summary and review of the research trend about subjects of Asian Dust (AD) storm in the last three decades. The AD research was focused on classification of synoptic scale data and finding inflow pathway in early stage. Recently, new approaches have been made to explain chemical composition, transportation, transboundary movement reaction of AD, using satellite data, 3D modeling, the aerosol time of flight mass spectroscopy, etc. During AD events, a large amount of dust particles flow into Korea and Japan from AD source areas, and they are highly likely to be mixed with toxic substances when air mass contained AD particles pass over seriously polluted areas. We concluded that, considering that AD events were classified into two cases according to the source area and pathway, the concentrations of crustal components did not increase at the initial stage of AD events, Whereas ammonium-sulfate, trace metal element, OC, EC relatively increased in the early stage. This explains AD events have the possibility of being accompanied with polluted air mass or particles. Also, we further need to compare and summarize the results of AD studies which already have been conducted, and prepare strategies for particle management, particularly for Black Carbon (BC) and Brown Carbon (BrC) which are considered to induce climate change effects.

We estimated sediment pollution by the analysis of COD and AVS. We also estimated the contents of Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn in sediment of Gwangyang bay, Mokpo inner bay and Shinan Bigum coastal area from 2011 July to 2012 February. In these results of sediment COD and AVS show III level pollution in Mokpo inner bay, however Gwangyang and Shinan Bigum coast show I level pollution. The results of Igeo show over 2 on the contents of Cu and Cd in Gwangyang bay and Mokpo inner bay. It also know that Igeo can more and detail estimate sediment pollution in industrial coastal area. These results show that it is suitable to estimated sediment pollution by COD and AVS with trace metal in industrial and initial polluted coastal area rather than analysis of COD and AVS only in coastal area.

Fine $BaTiO_3$ powder was synthesized from the various starting solution with 0.05 M by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. The conditions of synthesis were fixed on flow rate was 0.5 cm/sec, low temperature furnace was $300^{\circ}C$, and high temperatures furnace was $700^{\circ}C$. The formation procedure was investigated directly by SEM with the collected particle from the each reaction step. Also, the trace of particle in reaction tube was researched theoretically. Fine $BaTiO_3$ was synthesized only in the case of nitrate aqueous solution. The synthesized $BaTiO_3$ powder was porous and spherical which was consist of primary particle at the size of 19.1 nm. The formation procedure was as follows : the particle size decreased in drying step and then increased in initial thermal decomposition step. Finally, particle size was decreased to $0.42 {mu}m$. The trace of particle in reaction tube was also theoretically simulated and discussed.
Various iron minerals that precipitate in acid mine drainage have a great influence on the concentration change and mobility of trace elements in the drainage during phase transition to other minerals as well as the precipitation process. This study investigated the change of mineral properties and the behaviors of trace elements influenced by pH and time for the precipitates collected from the acid mine drainage treatment system of the Dalsung mine, where schwertmannite is mainly precipitated. However, the main mineral precipitated in the drainage was goethite, suggesting schwetmannite has already undergone a phase transition to goethite to some extent, and it was observed that at higher pH, the peak width at half maximum of XRD peak was narrower. This can be interpreted as the transformation of small amount of amorphous schwetmannite to goethite or an increase in the crystallinity of goethite, and it showed that the higher the pH, the greater this change was. The concentration of Fe was also greatly affected by the pH values, and as the pH increased, the concentration of Fe in the drainage decreased. With increasing time, the Fe concentration increased and then decreased, which can be interpreted to indicate the dissolution of schwertmannite and precipitation of goethite. This mineral change probably resulted in the rapid increase of the concentration of S at initial stage, but its concentration was stabilized later. The concentration of S is also related to the stability of schwetmannite, showing a high concentration at a low pH at which schwertmannite is stable and a low concentration at a high pH at which goethite is stable. The trace elements present as cations in the drainage also showed a close relationship with the pH, generally the lower the pH, the higher the concentration, due to the solubility changes by the pH, and the precipitation and the changes in mineral surface charge at high pH. On the other hand, in the case of As, existing as an anion, although it showed a high concentration at low pH, its concentration increased with time at all pH values, which is probably related to the concentration of Fe which can be coprecipitated in the drainage, and the increase of As concentration with time is also considered to be related to the decrease in schwertmannite rather than the mineral surface charge.

Lately, intrusive incidents (including system hacking, viruses, worms, homepage alterations, and data leaks) have not involved the distribution of an virus or worm, but have been designed to acquire private information or trade secrets. Because an attacker uses advanced intelligence and attack techniques that conceal and alter data in a computer, the collector cannot trace the digital evidence of the attack. In an initial incident response first responser deals with the suspect or crime scene data that needs investigative leads quickly, in accordance with forensic process methodology that provides the identification of digital evidence in a systematic approach. In order to an effective initial response to first responders, this paper analyzes the collection data such as user usage profiles, chronology timeline, and internet data according to CFFPM(computer forensics field triage process model), proceeds to design, and implements a collection application to deploy the client/server architecture on the Windows based computer.
By the treatment of Gibberella fujkuroi I-892 with mutagen such as UV light and N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine, a mutant G. fujkuroi G-471 was selected as the highest producer of gibberellic acid among 800 mutant strains. It showed 30% increase of production yield compared with that of the parent strain. At optimum medium composition (saccharose 1.0%, ammonium tartarate 50mM, malt extract 1.0% KH$_2$PO$_4$ 0.5%, MgSO$_4$0.5%, FeSO$_4$0.0002%, trace element sol.0.002% (v/v), the yield of submerged culture increased by 30% after 7 days culture at 24$^{\circ}C$ (253mg/$\ell$). In submerged culture, the initial pH showed much effects on the increase of gibberellic acid production. The highest yield of the production was attained with pH adjustment to 4.0 at the initial stage of fermention.
Here we report major element composition, trace and rare earth element abundance, Sm-Nd and Rb-Sr isotopic composition from Deokgu leucogranite. Chondrite-normalized REE pattern and its Eu anomaly are divided into 3 types systematically, and have close relationship with $SiO_2$ contents. Such geochemical characteristic indicates that the leucogranite was derived by feldspar fractionation from a common source magma. Sm-Nd and Rb-Sr whole rock ages are $1,785{\pm}180Ma$ (initial $^{143}Nd/^{144}Nd\;ratio=0.51003{\pm}0.00016,\;2{\sigma}$; ${\varepsilon}_{Nd}(T)=-5.9$) and $1,735{\pm}260Ma$ (initial $^{87}Sr/^{86}Sr\;ratio=0.702{\pm}0.046,\;2{\sigma}$), respectively. Initial ${\varepsilon}_{Nd}$ value indicates that the magma should be derived from the crustal material. This initial ${\varepsilon}_{Nd}$ value also corresponds well with those from the Precambrian granitoids from North-China Craton rather than those of South-China Craton.

The main contribution of this paper can be summarized in two items as follws. Firstly, a modelling of mobile communication channel with Rayleigh fading characteristics is presented. Actual signal environments can be approximated as being real measurements by a proper mathematical representation of fluctuation of channel parameters due to Doppler effect, that is determined by the relative speed between transmitter and receiver, and noises, that vary at each sampling time. Secondly, an alternative procedure of synthesizing an adaptive equalizers is presented for recovering original signals that have been corrupted through the modelled channel. In order to compute the optimal tap coefficients for a high speed data(512 k symbol/sec) on a real-time basis, the CGM that guarantees fast and stable convergency is adopted during the training period of each frame. The coefficients obtained by the CGM are used as initial values for the LMS algorithm to trace the optimal coefficients during the data period that vary at each sampling time due to the mobility and noise at the receiver. Using the modelling presented in this paper, distributions of received signal power in various signal environments are demonstrated. The performance of the eqalizer proposed in this paper is shown as a function of BER under the various signal circumstances of mobile communications.

It is very important to clarify the ignition and flame propagation processes of methanol fuel in the Spark-ignition engine. High speed Schlieren photography and pressure trace analyses were used to study on combustion characteristics of methanol fuel in a constant volume chamber. Methanol-air mixtures equivalence rations from lean limit to 1.4 were ignited at initial pressure (0.1, 0.3, 0.5 MPa), temperature (313 343, 373 K) and ignition energy (40, 180 mJ). As the result of this study, we verified the characteristics such as ignition delay, effective thermal efficiency, flame propagation velocity, lean limit, ignitability and combustion duration. Obatained results are as follows. (1) The time to 10% reach of maximum pressure was 40-50% of the total combustion duration for this experimental condition hardly affected by equivalence ratio. (2) The Effective thermal efficiency, as calculated from maximum pressure was the highest when the mixture was slightly lean $({\phi} 0.8-0.9)$ and maximum pressure was the highest when the mixiture was slightly rich $({\phi} 1.2-1.2).$
$\alpha$,$\omega$-Bis(4-glycidyloxybenzylidene-4-aminophenyl)methane (BGBAM) was synthesized from the initial materials, 4-hydroxylbenzaldehyde (HBA), 4,4'-methylenedianiline (MDA) and epichlorohydrin. The DSC trace for BGBAM shows two endotherms associated with the liquid crystalline phase transition around $104.2^{\circ}C$ and the isotropic transition around $171.2^{\circ}C$, and it also has a broad exotherm in the range of $178~300^{\circ}C$ due to the anionic homopolymerization of BGBAM. DSC curve for the curing of BGBAM with hexamethylene diamine (HMD) shows an endothermic peak around $93^{\circ}C$ attributed to the melting of BGBAM. It also has three exothermic peaks around $128.4^{\circ}C$ and $180.2^{\circ}C$ associated with the epoxide-amine reaction and weak peak in the range of $200~263^{\circ}C$ related to the anionic homopolymerization between the unreacted epoxide groups. The activation energy values of cure reaction by Kissinger method are 66.5, 67.3 and 90.6 kJ/mol for $T_{pl},\; T_{p2}\; and \;T_{p3},\; respectively$. The kinetic parameters by isoconverional method are similar value to those from Kissinger method.
