  • The proportion of maintenance work has been increasing due to the recent aging of the infrastructure, but the standardized construction cost estimation standards are insufficient for this. In particular, reinforced concrete structures are being applied to many structures such as buildings and bridges, and various construction methods for maintenance of reinforced concrete structures are being developed and applied. In this study, we surveyed about the current status of the construction method for the maintenance work of reinforced concrete structures and analyze the factors of the revision of the construction cost estimate standard for the reinforced concrete structure maintenance.

BMS 데이터를 활용한 콘크리트 교량의 결함-공법-비용 매핑 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Defect-Repair Method-Cost Mapping Algorithm of Concrete Bridge Using BMS Data)

  • 최근 30년 이상 노후화된 국내 인프라의 증가로 한정된 예산 내에서 인프라 유지관리를 위한 정확한 유지관리 비용산출과 그에 따른 적절한 예산분배의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 교량의 대표적인 결함과 이에 대한 보수보강 공법들을 매칭하고 유지보수에 필요한 비용을 산정하였다. 표준품셈과 BMS (Bridge Management System) 데이터 분석을 통해 교량의 보수보강 공법을 분류하였으며, 결함의 위치와 종류, 크기에 따라 결함-공법을 매칭하였다. 그리고 표준품셈을 기준으로 단위당 작업량과 물량을 계산하여 노무비, 경비, 재료비를 구분하여 산출하였다. 서울시 교량 유지보수 내역서와 비교를 통해 평균 예측 정확도가 85.1 %가 나왔으며, 결함의 간단한 조건을 통해 유지보수 비용을 파악할 수 있다. 향후 현장 조건을 고려한 장비 및 야간작업 여부를 추가하여 더 높은 유지보수 비용을 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

LID 시설의 지속가능성 관리인자 도출 및 시민참여 관리방안 (Derivation of Sustainability Factors of LID Facility and Strategy of Citizen Participation for Management)

  • 사회인프라 시설로 분류되는 LID(Low Impact Development) 시설은 지속적 유지 및 관리를 통하여 경관지속성과 기능지속성을 유지할 수 있다. LID 기법은 자연기반해법이기에 잡초, 폐기물 및 식생관리를 통하여 지속가능성을 확보할 수 있다. LID 시설은 도시에 분산적으로 설치되며 유지관리가 단순하기에 시민들의 참여를 통한 관리가 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구는 LID 시설의 현장조사를 통하여 LID 시설의 지속가능성에 영향을 주는 유지관리 인자를 도출하고 시민들의 참여도를 조사함으로써 유지관리에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. LID 시설의 경관지속성은 폐기물, 잡초관리가 중요한 인자로 도출되었으며, 기능지속성은 고사체 원인규명 및 관리와 적용토양과 식물종 선정이 중요한 인자로 도출되었다. 시민들은 LID 시설의 확대 및 관리, 조례제정 및 범국민 운동 참여 등에 대한 설문조사에서 모두 80% 이상의 높은 동의를 보였다. 일자리와 연계된 LID 관리 참여의향은 약 64%로 나타나 LID가 취약계층의 일자리가 될 수 있는 가능성을 보였다. LID의 유지관리는 비전문가도 쉽게 수행할 수 있기에 시설별 적은 비용으로 시민들의 참여를 유도할 수 있다. 시민들이 참여하는 유지관리 비용은 지자체의 LID 적용을 통해 저감된 사회인프라 관리비용과 정부의 사회복지 예산을 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effect of Road Transportation Infrastructure on Freight Transport Mobility and Regional Economy in Indonesia

  • This research aims to examine the influence of road transportation infrastructure on the mobility of goods transport and the regional economy in Langkat Regency in Indonesia. This type of research is an associative and explanatory research whose data is obtained through a questionnaire survey. This study took a sample of 305 respondents using probability sampling in Langkat Regency, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Data analysis techniques use path analysis. The research results showed that the road transportation infrastructure variables had a significant and positive effect on the mobility of goods transport. Road transportation infrastructure and freight mobility simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the economy of Langkat Regency. Road transportation infrastructure with the dimensions of road accessibility and maintenance partially directly has a significant and positive effect on the economy of the Langkat Regency. Road transportation infrastructure with the dimensions of road design and road construction quality partially does not have a direct effect on the regional economy, but has a positive and significant effect through the mobility of freight transport. The mobility of goods transport becomes an intervening variable that acts to mediate or determine the relationship between road transportation infrastructure variables to the regional economy.

분산형 물 인프라의 도시 하수관리 시스템 도입을 위한 기술적 발전방안 (Technical Advancements Needed for the Introduction of Distributed Water Infrastructure to Urban Wastewater Management Systems)

  • We are on the verge of paradigm shift for the design and operation of our urban water systems from treatment- and efficiency-based to recirculation- and sustainability-based. One of the most frequently suggested alternatives to embody this paradigm shift is to decentralize the currently highly centralized urban water infrastructure. However, claims for water infrastructure decentralization are often criticized due to poor economic feasibility, unstable performance, and unprofessional operation and maintenance. The current study critically reviews the literature to discuss the technical advancement needs to overcome such challenges. Firstly, decentralized water infrastructure was briefly defined and the rationale for the proposal of its introduction to the next-generation urban water systems was laid down. The main discussion focused on the following water technologies, which require special attention when working with decentralized water infrastructure: i) material collection, storage, and transport; ii) easily scalable water treatment; iii) sensor, information, and communications; and iv) system optimization. The principles, current development status, and challenges were discussed for each of the water technologies. The discussion on the water technologies has enabled the identification of future research needs for their application to the next-generation urban water systems which will be designed following decentralized water infrastructure. This paper will significantly improve the current understanding on water infrastructure decentralization and provides insight on future direction of water technology development.

쉴드 TBM 터널의 구조물 성능 평가 기준 개발 (Development of performance assessment criterion for structures of shield TBM tunnel)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에 활발히 적용되기 시작한 쉴드 TBM 터널의 합리적인 유지관리를 위한 성능평가 기준을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내 외 성능평가 기준을 분석하였고, 국내 시공된 쉴드 TBM 터널에 대한 현장조사 및 정밀안전진단 보고서 분석을 통한 변상사례를 조사하여 성능평가 항목을 균열, 누수, 파손, 박리, 층분리 및 박락, 백태, 품질상태, 철근노출, 탄산화, 단차, 볼트상태, 배수상태, 지반상태, 접속부상태, 공동구 상태로 선정하였다. 또한 다중의사결정기법인 AHP 기법을 활용하여 선정된 성능평가에 대한 합리적인 가중치를 산정하였다.

  • Developing accurate prediction models for deterioration behavior represents a challenging but essential task in comprehensive Infrastructure Management Systems. The challenge may be a result of the lack of historical data, impact of unforeseen parameters, and/or the past repair/maintenance practices. These realities contribute heavily to the noticeable variability in deterioration behavior even among similar components. This paper introduces a novel approach to predict the deterioration of any infrastructure component. The approach is general as it fits any component, however the prediction is custom for a specific item to consider the inherent impacts of expected and unexpected parameters that affect its unique deterioration behavior.

  • In case of collapsed or damaged Servicing infrastructure, such as a bridge, tunnel, dam, a severe loss may have to be incurred. Therefore, infrastructure should not be designed and constructed properly but also maintained impeccably. This paper tried to build an intelligent bridge maintenance system that warn the people on bridge and control traffic in the danger. For the purpose, diverse wireless sensor fields are composed and structure's database is established. Also the paper develops a bridge maintenance program. Developed programme is regarded as a good tool to provide the utmost bridge management scenario, which is exactly correspondent with the demand and restraint by improving the present bridge management strategy.

지속가능한 도시기반시설 건설을 위한 잠재적 환경영향 발생 특성 평가 - 하수처리시설, 하수관거, 방수로를 중심으로 - (The Environmental Impact Assessment for Sustainable Urban Infrastructure Construction - A Case Study on Wastewater Treatment Plant, Sewerage System and Tailrace -)

  • In this study, environmental impact assessments of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), sewerage system, and tailrace were performed using LCA methodology. The life cycle stages were divided into 3 categories; construction stage, maintenance stage and demolition & disposal stage. As a tool of impact assessment, Ecoindicator99 containing fate analysis, exposure & effect analysis and damage analysis, was used. As tile results of WWTP LCA, more than 80% of environmental impact was produced from maintenance stage. On the other hand, most of environmental impact was produced from construction stage in the case of tailrace and sewerage system construction.
