This study is a leading research project to develop an automatic grade decision making algorithm of a 6-years-old fresh ginseng. For this work, we developed a Ginseng image acquiring instrument which can take 4-direction's images of a Ginseng at the same time and obtained 245 jingen images using the instrument. The 12 parameters were extracted for each image by a manual way. Lastly, 4 parameters were selected depending on a Ginseng grade classification criteria of KGC Ginseng research institute and a survey result which a distribution of averaging 12 parameters. A pattern recognition classifier was used as a support vector machine, designed to "k-class classifier" using the OpenCV library which is a open-source platform. We had been surveyed the algorithm performance(Correct Matching Ratio, False Acceptance Ratio, False Reject Ratio) when the training data number was controlled 10 to 20. The result of the correct matching ratio is 94% of the $1^{st}$ ginseng grade, 98% of the $2^{nd}$ ginseng grade, 90% of the $3^{rd}$ ginseng grade, overall, showed high recognition performance with all grades when the number of training data are 10.

Objectives: This study aims to identify and solve problems in the consistency, procedural justification, effectiveness, and other matters concerning approaches to occupational safety and health legislation, administrative rules, and administrative guidelines. Methods: In this study of policy on the industrial safety and health law of Korea, problems were raised based on important information on the approach to occupational safety and health legislation and administrative guidelines such as notices, ordinances, and instructions, as well as on their interpretation and operation standards. Secondly, based on the identified problems in the occupational safety and health law policy, core practical methods to present improvement directions for occupational safety health policy in Korea were sought. Results: It is absolutely necessary to actively promote the infrastructure for occupational safety and health by developing and disseminating notices, guidelines, and manuals that act as contact points between laws and the field in various ways at the administrative institution level. In addition to sanctions, efforts to systematically guide and promote complex professional matters must be supported. Efforts should be made to strengthen administrative expertise so that administrative authorities can secure professional authority and fully enforce legal policies according to the purpose of legislation. In order to ensure the effectiveness of occupational safety and health law policies, it is necessary to shift the focus of the legal policy toward confirming and guiding substantial compliance with legal standards. Conclusions: As a result of the above efforts, when reliable occupational safety and health law policy is implemented, the understanding and acceptance of the legal policy for the administrative object will be increased, and the safety and health management of the enterprise will be maximized to its full extent.

This study proposes a path generation technique for simultaneous five-axis driving for ball bar measurement, which is equivalent to cone frustum machining as mentioned in the NAS979 standard. The technique is generalized for a 3D circular path, and it is applicable to all machine tools regardless of their structural configurations. A mathematical machine input model that consists of a five-axis machine tool, ball-bar measurement and conical path information as inputs is presented for easy NC code generation, simulation for various test conditions, and a measurement test. The movement range of rotary axes, which depends on various conditions, is mathematically analyzed based on the proposed conical path model. Moreover, the effect of the movement range on various conditions (apex angle and inclination angle, ball bar tilting acceptance angle, offset position of workpiece ball, etc.) is analyzed.

The development of network technology has made rapid growth for online gaming industry on the Internet. Recently, game players have been wanting for a free migration on the game character for game player managed by online game servers of different types. Existing research on the acceptance of the game players demands have suggested migration model of the game character. However, the game Character Migration Process between the game server of different types migration is focused only, and safety issue that is necessary in an online transaction is overlooked. Therefore, ensure the safety of transactions information and when a dispute arises is necessary countermeasures. In this paper, Secure game Character Migration System (SCMP) using dual signature method when migrating game characters between the game servers of different types based on existing research is propose and looks to examine the safety.

This is descriptive research aimed at determining the relations with appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy in controlling job-seeking stress and at providing basic data necessary to decide on an education direction for better career maturity and explore psychological resources. For data collection, convenience sampling was performed among dental hygiene students consenting to participate in the research in Chungcheong and Jeolla Provinces to complete a self-administered questionnaire from November 25 to December 13, 2019. Appearance satisfaction was positively correlated with self-efficacy and was negatively correlated with job-seeking stress; self-efficacy was negatively correlated with job-seeking stress. The factors affecting job-seeking stress were self-efficacy, appearance satisfaction, and major satisfaction. It would be necessary to develop a practical counseling program targeting the combination of positive appearance acceptance and improvement in self-efficacy on the basis of correct aesthetic values with the objective of reinforcing job-seeking competence intensively among dental hygiene majors.

Despite the rapid growth of the mobile shopping market, major market participants are continuing to suffer operating losses due to severe competition. To solve this problem, the mobile shopping market requires research to improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty rather than excessive competition. However, the existing studies have limits to reflect the direct needs of customers because they extract the factors on the basis of the Technology Acceptance Model and the literature study. In this study, to reflect the direct requirements of users of mobile shopping Apps, we derived concretely and various factors influencing customer satisfaction through a topic analysis using user reviews. And then we assessed the importance of derived factors to customer satisfaction and analyzed the effects of customer satisfaction on customer complaints and customer loyalty on a structural equation model based on the American customer satisfaction index. We expect that our framework linking a topic analysis and a structural equation model is to be applicable to studies on the customer satisfaction of other mobile services.

This study deals with the university students who experienced closing department in the restructuring process of university. The purpose of this study is to examine what kind of experience university students have experienced and to understand the essence of the experience in depth. For this purpose, the subjects of the study conducted in - depth interviews with 6 students who expressed their intention to participate in the study. Results of the study were analyzed through the phenomenological study procedure of Giorgi, a qualitative research method. As a result, eight essential themes and sixteen sub themes were derived. The eight essential themes are 'an event of a psychological difficulty', 'deepening a negative emotions', 'anxiety about the future', 'desperation', 'discrimination', 'efforts to overcome difficulties', 'regret and sorriness' and 'acceptance'. Participants in this study suggested ways to reduce psychological difficulties for students who were in closing department condition. Participants said that they needed to provide accurate information about closing department, provide students with the right to know, prepare alternative plans, and emotional cares. The implications of these results are discussed.

Objectives This study aims at using information about treatment satisfaction obtained from surveying pediatric traffic-accident patients to guide future improvement in the quality of traditional Korean medical services. Methods The survey included 95 pediatric patients treated for traffic-accident injuries at a traditional Korean medical institution. The questionnaire was developed from a similar satisfaction survey for adult traffic-accident patients and approved by a traditional Korean pediatrician. The year-long survey ran from April 2020 to April 2021. The collected data were analysed using t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and cross-tabulation. Results Of the pediatric traffic-accident patients surveyed, the highest percentage of children were aged between 1 and 7 years (70.5%). Just over half the patients (55.8%) complained of sleeping difficulties, and 54.7% exhibited symptoms of anxiety and fear. Almost all the patients surveyed (97.9%) reported an improvement in their symptoms after undergoing traditional Korean medical treatment. The degree of satisfaction with the treatment correlated with the alleviation of symptoms. Approximately 83.2% of respondents reported 'difficult-to-administer treatment for children' and rated their satisfaction degree comparatively lower than those patients with no reported treatment difficulties. The most struggling treatment was herbal medicine (42.1%), highlighting the need for improvement in the adaptability of herbal medicine to the treatment of pediatric patients. Conclusions Treatment acceptance by pediatric traffic-accident patients affects reported treatment satisfaction. It is important to improve treatment experience and adaptability to pediatric patients to improve the perceived quality of traditional Korean medical services.

Existing environmental measuring devices mainly focus on electromagnetic wave and eco-friendly product certification and durability test, and sensor reliability verification and verification of measurement data are conducted mainly through sensor performance evaluation through type approval and registration, acceptance test, initial calibration, and periodic test. This platform has established an ICT-based environmental monitoring sensor reliability verification system that supports not only performance evaluation for each target sensor, but also a verification system for sensor data reliability. A sensor board to collect sensor data for environmental information was produced, and a sensor and data reliability evaluation and verification service system was standardized. In addition, to evaluate and verify the reliability of sensor data based on ICT, a sensor data platform monitoring prototype using LoRa communication was produced, and the test was conducted in smart cities. To analyze the data received through the system, an optimization algorithm was developed using machine learning. Through this, a sensor big data analysis system is established for reliability verification, and the foundation for an integrated evaluation and verification system is provide.

The purpose of this study is to find a way to increase the examination rate by presenting the current state of national health examination. To this end, demographic factors(Gender, age, income level, education level) and health factors(Smoking, alcohol, obesity, subjective health status) were selected, and whether the selected factors were different for each group, and the examinees according to the number of hospitals and income level were visualized. As a result, except for subjective health status in health factors, population factors, and number of hospitals were all related to the examination. In addition, among the age factors of the demographic factor, those in their twenties and those with a low income level and those who were underweight among the health factors of obesity had a high rate of non-testing. Therefore, it is considered necessary to promote, support, and educate those untested by these groups.
