본 논문에서는 모니터링 단체의 특징기반 필터링 기반의 음원 이용 모니터링 도구에서 음원 이용 내역을 블록체인에 기록하도록 하는 블록체인 기반의 주배시 음원 이용 모니터링 정보 생성 방법을 제안한다. 주배시 음원이란 방송사의 방송콘텐츠에 삽입된 음원으로서 통상 음원과 마찬가지로 하나의 창작물로서 인정되며 음원의 권리를 가지고 있는 작사, 작곡가 등이 존재하며 방송에서 음원이 이용된 만큼 모든 권리자가 이에 따른 저작권료를 분배받는다. 하지만 주배시 음원 이용에 대한 정확하지 않은 모니터링 결과와 이에 따른 이용 내역에 대한 누락 및 투명하지 않는 정산 방식에 관한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문을 통하여 제안한 정보생성 방식을 이용하면 정확한 음원 이용 내역이 생성 가능하고 블록에 저장된 내역이 변경이나 누락 없이 저장되고 투명하지 않는 정산방식을 스마트 계약에 의해 처리하여 투명한 정산 및 분배가 가능하다.

The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

This paper reviewed the relationship between information technology system and knowledge management activities, and the moderating effect of industrial type. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 219 employees in manufacturing and financing service sector, showed that information technology infrastructure and information technology usage have positive effects on knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, and knowledge usage. In moderating effects, information technology infrastructure more positively related with knowledge acquisition in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector. And also information technology usage more positively related with knowledge transfer in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector.

As instances of private information leak increase, taking steps to protect such information becomes a necessity. In this study of public library patrons, we strove for a comprehensive understanding of library usage records to suggest viable solutions for private information safety in public libraries. To this end, we investigated the patrons' understanding of library usage records and determined the relationship between different user characteristics and privacy knowledge or leaks. The results show that a high number of patrons perceived these records as their own private information, but that there was no necessity for legal procedures or consent for the use of these records. Also, even though the understanding of these usage records showed that there was a relationship between the frequency of library visits and leaks of personal information, the correlation was not particularly strong.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumers' characteristics in terms of information source usage and purchase channel choice focusing on apparel purchasers in the multichannel retailing environment. The specific research objects are as follows: analyzing consumer's information source usage and purchase channel choice when buying their own clothing, examining the differences of consumers' characteristics according to the groups who are classified by their information source usages, and examining the differences of consumers' characteristics according to the purchase channel choice. The data was collected from adults over 20 years of age who had bought their own clothing within the last year. The questionnaire was carried out during September 2019, using a professional internet research panel, and 490 useful data sets were analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-squared test, ANOVA and a Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. The findings showed that there were also significant differences of consumers' characteristics which included age, gender, monthly clothing expenditure, purchase price, shopping value and perceived risk according to the consumer's information source usage and their purchase channel choice.

오늘날 조직은 팀으로 구성되어 있고 팀들의 지식관리를 지원하는 정보기술에 많은 투자를 하고 있으며, 팀 성과를 높이기 위한 교류기억시스템의 활용에 관한 중요성도 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식관리를 지원하는 정보기술과 교류기억시스템이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 지식(형식지, 암묵지)의 공유 및 활용의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 지식관리를 지원하는 정보기술을 사용하고 있는 다양한 업종의 근로자 37개 팀 224명 응답자의 자료를 사용하여 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식관리를 지원하는 정보기술은 교류기억시스템에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 지식관리를 지원하는 정보기술은 직접 지식(형식지, 암묵지) 공유 및 활용에 미치는 효과보다 교류기억시스템을 매개로 하는 것이 더 높은 효과가 있었다. 그리고 지식관리를 지원하는 정보기술은 지식 활용보다 공유에 더 높은 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 교류기억시스템은 암묵지 공유, 형식지 공유, 암묵지 활용, 형식지 활용 순으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 지식(형식지, 암묵지) 공유 및 활용과 팀 성과와의 관계에서 암묵지 활용, 암묵지 공유, 형식지 활용 순으로 유의미하게 나타났다.

In this Paper, we propose a method of determining the price for the elastic traffic in the current or future Internet services. First, we investigate the behavior in the consumption of bandwidth of elastic traffic in IP network. Next, we propose a new method to relate the bandwidth usage with the pricing for the elastic traffic, which is based partially or fully on the usage rate of the network bandwidth. Next, we propose an optimal charging function for elastic traffic, which is applicable to any Internet services. Finally, we will illustrate the implication of the work via simple numerical experiments.

Libraries both in the East and the West in terms of its usage went through various changes in meaning. The writer attempted an etymological study on the terms of libraries from the earliest time to the present time. Finding various ways and means of usage in the literature of past and present, the writer tries to suggest the best fitted term for libraries to the Korean usage. The suggestion which the writer intended to introduce is Munhun-gwan(文獻館) in the place of Dosu-gwan(圖書館).

For many products failures depend on age and usage and, in this case, failures are random points in a two-dimensional plane with the two axes representing age and usage. Models play an important role in decision-making. In this research, an accelerate failure test (AFT) model is proposed to deal with the two-dimensional data. The parameters are proposed to be estimated through maximum likelihood estimators.
