국내 건축분야 학과의 현황과 컴퓨터 과목에 대한 조사연구 (A Study on the Curriculum and Computer Program Subjects in Department of Architecture-related)

  • According to current digital and information society, architecture related departments in universities give and educate computer courses to train top-level human resources suiting the needs of the time. The aim of this study is to curriculum of architecture related departments and to use the references for curriculum organization by understanding computer courses for architecture related departments. The results are as follows: (1) There are 100 departments (28.2%) in the field of architecture and 130 departments including an academic system that is the most departments. Also, there are 86 departments (39.8%) in the field of architecture engineering and 117 departments including an academic system. There are 77 departments in the field of interior architecture, which contain 48 departments (62.3%) of two- or three-year bachelor course college. (2) Department in the field of architecture opens a program study course in the second year of the program that is the most courses had been opened. First, most departments selected an order of learning a structure/detail construction techniques of architecture and design skills such as a foundation system and expression of the structure by hand in the first grade and processing it using a computer in the second grade. (3) BIM was opened in only three departments of 31 departments surveyed and was opened in a senior class. The reasons of still lack of BIM are the compatibility deficit of partners such as building structure, building equipment, securing lecturer, and still the dominant point of CAD in the field. (4) Six departments of 31 departments surveyed did not open a program study course as a major. That is to say, it is learned in a basic course or basic liberal arts education requirements (information area) of each department, or in an own program of each department. (5) The program study is only a means to create architectural drawings in department of the field of architecture. Thus, we should remember not only the drawing through the program but also drawing up a floor plan after understanding of methods such as constructional methods, detail drawing, and expression.

계층적 분석 과정을 이용한 학교급식 운영 품질 평가 분야의 중요도 분석 (Analytic Hierarchy Process Approach to Estimate Weights of Evaluation Categories for School Food Service Program in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study were to (1) identify the evaluation categories, areas, attributes, and criteria of the school food service program using both a qualitative and a quantitative analyses, (2) define the relative importance of the evaluation categories, areas, attributes, and criteria of the school food service program using analytic hierarchy process, (3) organize the evaluation system to improve quality of the school food service in Korea. A survey was conducted from August to October 2004 to collect data from 172 dietitians, 15 school food service officials at the educational board, 10 professionals of school food service. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SPSS 12.0 for Windows and Excel, such as Descriptive statistics and analytic hierarchy process was performed. The result of the analytic hierarchy process indicated that relative importance of evaluation category was 0.4319 (food service manage ment), 0.2369 (nutrition education), 0.1455 (satisfaction) and 0.0912 (parent involvement program). 'Sanitation, safety and facility (0.1739)' was the most important area among the subcategories of food service management, followed by nutrition management (0.1581), procurement (0.1375), production (0.1345), organization and personnel management (0.0662), planning (0.0644), food service evaluation (0.0585), financial accountability (0.0555), and information management (0.0554). There existed a relative importance on the three areas of the nutrition program and satisfaction evaluation category: students (0.5281, 0.6221), parents (0.1812, 0.1491), and teachers (0.1838, 0.1618). In the parent involvement program evaluation category, relative importance of committee and monitoring management was 0.4658 and information communication was 0.3724. The quality of food and service to school children can be improved by the appropriate application of the developed evaluation tool for the school food service program.

  • 소년 범죄를 예방 하는 방안으로는 범죄자를 처벌하는 방안을 우선 고려할 수 있다. 그러나 범죄자 처벌이 능사는 아니다. 더구나 판단력이 부족한 특성이 있는 소년기의 특성을 고려하면 처벌 위주 보다는 개선 교육을 제공함으로써 당사자로 하여금 범죄자에게 사회가 가하는 낙인을 피할 수 있게 할 수 있으며 사회 복귀를 통해서 사회적 기술도 터득할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사회 발전에 기여할 수 있는 직업 능력을 계발할 수 있는 기회를 상실하지 않을 수 있을 것이다. 소년범죄예방을 위한 해외사례를 종합해보면 미국의 종합전략프로그램 중 배치 매트릭스를 통해서 소년의 요보호성 정도와 위험 노출 정도를 종합적으로 평가하고 범죄 경력의 진행을 고려하여 그에 상응하는 제재를 가하고 그 제재의 정도를 세분화해서 적용하고 있다. 청소년 범죄 예방의 주체로는 사법기관의 독자적인 업무로 보기보다는 가정·학교·지역사회·사법기관 공동으로 청소년 범죄 예방의 주체가 되어야 할 것이다.

워라밸 이슈 비교 분석: 한국과 미국 (Comparative Analysis of Work-Life Balance Issues between Korea and the United States)

  • Purpose This study collects the issues about work-life balance in Korea and United States and suggests the specific plans for work-life balance by the comparison and analysis. The objective of this study is to contribute to the improvement of people's life quality by understanding the concept of work-life balance that has become the issue recently and offering the detailed plans to be considered in respect of individual, corporate and governmental level for society of work-life balance. Design/methodology/approach This study collects work-life balance related issues through recruit sites in Korea and United States, compares and analyzes the collected data from the results of three text mining techniques such as LDA topic modeling, term frequency analysis and keyword extraction analysis. Findings According to the text mining results, this study shows that it is important to build corporate culture that support work-life balance in free organizational atmosphere especially in Korea. It also appears that there are the differences against whether work-life balance can be achieved and recognition and satisfaction about work-life balance along type of company or sort of working. In case of United States, it shows that it is important for them to work more efficiently by raising teamwork level among team members who work together as well as the role of the leaders who lead the teams in the organization. It is also significant for the company to provide their employees with the opportunity of education and training that enables them to improve their individual capability or skill. Furthermore, it suggests the roles of individuals, company and government and specific plans based on the analysis of text mining results in both countries.

  • 코로나 19 대유행으로 인한 언택트 시대로의 전환은 지속적으로 성장하고 있는 한국의 관광 산업을 크게 위축시켰다. 본 논문에서는 한국 문화체육관광부에서 공식 제공하는 년도별 외래관광객 실태조사 보고서 등 해외에서 유입되는 외래관광객들이 응답한 한국 관광 관련 지표들을 분석해서 코로나 발생 이전과 코로나 발생 이후 외래관광객들의 규모, 성별 비중, 방문 목적에서 매우 큰 변화가 있다는 점에 주목하였다. 실외 마스크 의무화 종료, 백신 접종과 상관없이 모든 해외 입국자들의 의무격리조치 해제와 더불어 2022년 상반기부터 급격하게 회복세를 보이기 시작한 외래관광객 규모를 고려하여 본 논문은 포스트 코로나 시대의 한국 관광에 대한 관심도는 어떻게 변화했을까를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관광 관련 주요 검색 키워드가 코로나 이전과 이후 어떻게 변화했는가를 분석하고, 한국 관광산업의 발전을 위해 필요한 변화 조치에 대해 제시하였다.

우리나라 공공도서관 이름에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Name of Public Libraries in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 공공도서관의 이름을 분석하여 이름 사용의 문제점을 밝히고 대안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 2020년 말 기준 우리나라 공공도서관 1,172개관 중 교육청 소속 도서관 235개관을 제외한 937개관을 도서관 서비스 대상 및 운영 주체별로 세 그룹으로 나누어 각각의 도서관 이름을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 지자체 도서관 이름은 8가지 기본 유형과 31가지 세부 유형으로 나타났고, 어린이·청소년도서관은 5가지 기본 유형과 18가지 세부 유형으로 나타났다. 사립도서관의 경우 크게 다섯 가지 유형의 이름이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과 하나의 이름에 2~3개의 지명 사용, 불필요한 수식어 사용, 도서관의 설립주체 및 등급 표시 등 이름을 짓는 데 있어서 여러 가지 문제점들이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Construction of Sports Event Standard System in the Context of Big Data and Internet of Things

  • It is a complex project to construct the standard system of sports events. Sports events standard system covers from the implementation plan to the evaluation work after the smooth implementation of sports events, involving many links. Large-scale sports events have extremely high media value. However, the successful organization and operation of large-scale sports events face many problems to be overcome, especially in terms of event safety. Although the organizers and organizers of large-scale events have invested many resources for the safe holding of sports events, violence similar to "football hooligans" in Europe is endless. At present, compared with Western countries, the standardization of sports events in China is low, and there is a problem of a late start and huge difference with Western developed countries. Knowing the construction of the standardization system's situation in China, we have summarized the data related to 15 sports events held in Chengdu is the last 5 years. By analyzing the problems in the process of holding these 15 events and the reflections of participants on the experience of sports events, the problems in the development of the standard system of sports events are discussed in depth. The final conclusion is that the system structure of China's sports events is not so good and athletes have a poor experience. China's sports event system still has many problems. Finally, we built a sports event standardization model using Internet of Things, and after a practical test we found that it has a good effect. Finally, we combined the current situation of sports event standardization system in China and put forward the following suggestions: laws and regulations related to the standard system of sports events must be formulated at the national level. The implementation level must strengthen the degree of integration of sports events and technology. To improve the quality of human resources in the management of sports events. The article puts forward targeted solutions, which play a great role in promoting the perfection and completeness of China's standard system for sports events. At the same time, it also promotes economic development and improves China's international status.

산사태 대비 SOP에 대한 의식조사 연구 (A Study on The Awareness of Standard Operating Procedure For The Preparation in Landslide)

  • 최근 기후변화로 국지성 집중호우가 증가하고 있으며 이로 인한 산사태 발생도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 또한 도시주거지역에서 발생한 산사태로 인하여 인명 및 재산피해가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 산사태를 대비하기 위한 표준매뉴얼은 작성되어 있지 않으며, 산림청에서 작성한 예방 대응 행동매뉴얼도 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 산사태 발생 및 피해 특징을 알아보고 방재 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 산사태 대비 SOP 작성을 위해 산사태 SOP 필요도와 활용도를 조사하였으며 활용 시 문제점을 알아보았다. 또한 산사태 주요 세부항목의 중요도를 알아보고, 산사태 SOP 활용을 위한 요구사항을 조사하였다. 조사결과는 대부분의 전문가들이 산사태 SOP의 필요도는 높다고 응답하였으나 활용도는 낮았으며 산사태 SOP 활용시의 문제점은 다양한 피해상황의 미반영과 기관의 역할별 재난관리 단계별 규정의 어려움이 나타났다. 또한 산사태 SOP 작성 시 주요 세부항목 중요도에서는 산사태 발생에 따른 비상대응계획, 대피 및 행동요령에 대한 지침, 산사태 재난 대비 훈련 및 교육, 산사태 재난 방송 실시 및 정보 제공에 대한 절차 수립, 유관기관 및 민간단체와의 협조 및 지원체계 등이 가장 중요하다고 응답되었다. 마지막으로 산사태 SOP 활용을 위한 요구사항은 이를 사용할 수 있는 전문 인력의 확충, 법 제도적 강화, SOP 습득을 위한 교육 및 훈련 등 2차적인 요소에 대한 중요성이 나타났다.

병원정보시스템내의 간호생산성향상효과에 관한 연구 (The effect of the improvement of nursing productivity in Hospital Information System;A Case study on Kwangju Patriots' and Veterans' Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest successful strategies through which the effect of the information system of a hospital can be forecasted at the nursing department. In order to set up successful strategies, in the first place, both the methods of CSF(Critical Success Factor: Rockart, 1979) and ULD(User-Led Development) method and the method suggested by the Korea Productivity Center were applied. In order to measure the improvement of nursing productivity, the Dissonance theory was used. The data were collected from 100 employees serving at the clinic department of Kwangju Patriots' and Veterans' Hospital from July 4 to July 25, 1998 with reference to all 222 cases, for sampling work; then the part of the efficiency of the treatment or management of hospital business - simplification of the process of the treatment of hospital business and reduction of the time of the treatment of hospital business were measured; and in order to forecast organizational behavior, 100 cases of organization behavior were analysed, based on the well structured, questionnaires. In order to forecast the user's organizational behavior, a tool(Ronald. 1988; Stephen, 1982: Senn, 1992: Olsen, 1980: Anderson, 1988: Kim. 1992: Cho. 1994) to measure the extent or degree of the user's recognition or understanding whose reliability coefficient is 0.63 was used: and regarding the items expected by the users concerning the convenience of the system, a tool created by Bernadett, Szajna and Richard W. Scamell(1993) whose reliability coefficient is 0.88 was used. And finally, those data were analysed, utilizing the statistical package of SPSS/PC 6.0. successful strategies are suggested as follows: 1. In order that the Kwangju Patriots' and Veterans' Hospital's purpose can be successful through its strategic, information system, the quality of its services should be elevated. and for elevating the quality of medical services, elevation of the quality of medical expertism or specialty is an important factor in determining such quality. 2. In order to make the hospital information system to be successful, the hospital's top manager should participate in the effort making it successful with helping hands of the members or personnel of the hospital. 3. In order to make users participate in the hospital information system, it is prerequisite that all nurses in a hospital should voluntarily participate in the system 4. In order to reduce the expense, the time in coping with business per duty should be reduced by 10${\sim}$33.23%. The time of the direct nursing care which added value is relatively high should be elongated in order to elevate the quality of hospital services. 5. Since the introduction and spread of the hospital information system are influenced by the duration in the experience of computer use, the user of the hospital information system should have a plan to receive well-planned computer education. Finally it is suggested that the forecast of long-term productivity through a review of the user's expectation of the system should be inspected and tested through continuous studies of its effectiveness.

지방정부의 공간정보화 수준 측정을 위한 주요 지표의 중요도 평가 (An Evaluation of the Importance of Major Indicators for Measuring the Level of Spatial Informatization in Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 전환기를 맞이하여 지방정부의 공간정보 정책의 성숙도를 진단하였다. 이를 위하여 계층화(AHP) 분석 기법을 이용하여 공간정보 전문가 집단을 대상으로 공간정보화 수준 측정 지표들의 선정과 함께 중요도 평가를 수행하였다. 먼저, 이론적 고찰을 통해 지방정부 공간정보 정책 측면에서의 현황 및 지표들을 연구하였다. 또한 선행 연구를 검토함으로써 본 연구와의 차별성을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 3개 지표와 18개의 세부항목의 공간정보화 수준 평가 지표들을 선정할 수 있었다. 평가 결과, 측정 지표에 대한 종합 중요도 순위는 자체 공간정보시스템 구축·활용 0.125(12.5%), 기본공간정보 품질 관리 0.109(10.9%), 자체 공간정보 구축·활용 0.107(10.7%), 기관 내부의 협업과 공유 0.073(7.3%), 공간정보 교육지원체계 운영 0.071(7.1%), 전담조직 및 전문 인력 0.065(6.5%), 기관 차원의 관심도 0.053(5.3%) 순으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지방정부에서 추진하고 있는 공간정보 정책의 수준을 평가할 수 있는 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. 또한 연구에서 도출된 주요 지표를 중심으로 지방정부의 공간정보 정책을 추진한다면, 효율적인 정책 운영이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
