Evaluation of Web Sites on Sexuality Education for the Adolescents

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the quality of the information and characteristics associated with information packaging, and develop suggestions for how this web site might be improved. Methods: The 50 sites were selected for evaluation. Inclusion criteria for evaluation were the purpose and the popularity of the sites. Two kinds of evaluation tool were employed for the analysis: one that evaluate the quality of information and the design of the web sites, and another that evaluate the covered contents. A scoring system allowed the sites point on yes/no basis on the evaluation items. The association between quality of the web sites on sexuality education and their site characteristics were assessed using ANOVA. Conclusions: Major conclusions were as follows. First, the scope and currency of the selected web sites were found to be appropriate. Second, the authority of the information was found to be the most serious problem of the selected sites. Third, the category of sexual behavior found to be the most frequently mentioned and sexual health was the second. The least mentioned category was personal skills. Finally, sites operated by private organization were found to have more accurate information and better design feature than those operated by public organization and/or individual.

Organizational Effectiveness of Korean Information and Communication Industry Employees : Focus on Organization Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention

  • Purpose- The purpose of this study is to give implications on how to decrease employee turnover intention of Korean information and communication industry employees using organization culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To do that this study analyzes relationships among variables and analyses mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research design, data, and methodology- To analyze relationships among organization culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention of employees, this study used the 7th KRIVET's HCCP employee data especially employees working in the information and communication industry who has more than university degree education. The analysis is conducted by using SPSS 21 and frequency analysis correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect are analyzed by using MACRO PROCESS procedure for SPSS. Result- According to the empirical results, organization culture of innovation, relation and rational directed significantly affect both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly affect each other. Turnover intention is significantly affected by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, innovation directed and hierarchy directed. However, the influence of innovation and hierarchy showed conflicting results. Conclusion- Based on this study result, implications to manage the turnover intention of Korean employees in the information and communication industry are discussed. Especially, the effect of organization culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is discussed. And the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment is also analyzed. Result implicates that cautious approach is needed in managing organization culture to employee attitude of job and organization is needed

가정과 교육을 위한"열린교육"의 적용 연구 (A Study on the Application of "Open Education"For Home Economics Education)

  • In this research, researcher will examined the theoretical background of open education. Based on the result of the development of the suggested guidelines for a home economics teaching/learning program, researcher concludes that in order for the teaching/learning programs based on open education to be efficiently acieved in the classroom environment-organization at the middle school the following reform measures must accompany these programs. First, in order for the special characteristics of open education, i.e., individualized and small group study, to be effectively achieved, it is necessary to improve the physical classroom environment-organization. Second, the two class hours per week currently allotted for home economics are not sufficient to convey the information in the textbook. In order to reach objectives of teaching home economics according to open education a guarantee of a few more class hours is demanded. Third, in order to successfully achieve teaching/learning programs following open education, it is necessary for home economics teachers to make efforts to develop educational materials, and to engage in ongoing research and inservice training. For this to occur, measures must be taken to reduce the workload of teachers.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish fundamental standards of architectural planning concerning special class facilities in order to offer the basic information on the appropriate spatial organization of the special classroom by looking at the relationship between learning activities and living activities and the existing spatial organization. At present, there are no proper architectural standards which correspond to special class children's handicap and it's various characteristics. The special classes are just using ordinary classrooms without a considerations of the children with manifold handicap. In this sense, this study deals with appropriate special class facilities corresponding to the various characteristics of children's handicap, the contacting activities of special children with ordinary children and finally proper environment for the mainstreaming education which special education pursues.

A Study on Cutural Capital Influencing Organization Performance

  • The rapid development of technology, the spread of information, and the implementation of the government's start-up support policy exponentially increase the number of start-up companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate each company's cultural capital's effect on organization performance by promoting knowledge management activities and forming organization habitus based on Cultural Reproduction Theory and Cultural Mobility Theory. As a result of the study, it confirmed that the relationship between cultural capital, knowledge management activities, habitus, and organization performance was significant. The results of this study have academic implications as follows: First, the field of research has expanded by studying the effects of cultural capital on business administration, which is less active than existing education and sociology. Second, it accepts and supports Cultural Reproduction Theory and Cultural Mobility Theory from different perspectives.

  • 기업의 정보시스템에 대한 내 외부의 위협이 증가되고 있으며 이를 감소시키기 위해 많은 돈과 인력을 투자하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 투자에도 불구하고 보안위협과 사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 사고 방지를 위한 다양한 정보보호 활동을 예방 지향적과 억제 지향적으로 구분하고 건강신념모델을 이용하여 기업의 정보보안 활동이 구성원들에게 어떤 영향을 미치고 정보보안 정책을 준수하도록 하는지 연구하였다. 연구결과 예방 지향적 활동은 심각성에, 억제 지향적 활동은 유익성에 유의미한 영향을 주고, 심각성과 유익성은 각각 준수의도에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과로 미루어보아, 기업에서 교육, 홍보, 모니터링 등 사전적인 활동을 시행할 경우 미 준수로 발생할 수 있는 부정적인 결과에 대해 강조하여야 하며, 감사, 처벌 등 사후적인 활동을 통해 보안을 유지하고자 할 경우 기업의 의지를 보임으로써 보안 정책을 준수하는 것이 유익할 것이라는 판단을 구성원 스스로 하도록 하는 것이 더욱 효과적인 정보보안 활동이 될 것이다.

정보조직분야의 주요영역 및 내용요소 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of the Major Areas and Content Elements in the Information Organization Field)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 정규교육과정에서 중점적으로 다뤄야 하는 정보조직분야의 주요 영역을 도출하고, 영역별 내용요소를 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 내용분석, 설문조사 및 전문가평가를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 정보조직분야를 정보조직일반, 분류, 목록, 실습이라는 4영역으로 구성하고, 총 31개의 영역별 내용요소를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 영역별로 도출된 내용요소들은 정보조직분야 교과목에 대한 강의계획안이나 교수 요목을 설계할 때 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서 사용한 연구방법을 적용하여 정보조직분야의 주요 영역별 내용요소를 확장할 수 있기 때문에, 정보조직분야 교육내용을 설계를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정보보안정책 준수가 정보보안능력 및 행동에 미치는 영향 분석 : 해운항만조직 구성원을 대상으로 (An Analysis of Compliance with Information Security Policy Effects on Information Security Ability and Behavior : Focused on Workers of Shipping and Port Organization)

  • 최근 발생한 고객정보유출사고는 조직의 정보보안 강화에 대한 관심과 전담조직의 중요성을 고조시키고 있다. 이에 따라 기업들은 정보보안 강화를 위해 정보보안정책을 마련하고 있으며, 조직구성원들로 하여금 보안정책을 준수하도록 권고하고 있다. 해운항만 조직에서도 정보보안을 위해 정보보안정책을 체계화시키고 조직구성원들의 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동을 평가할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 해운항만조직 구성원들을 대상으로 정보보안정책 준수 정도가 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 분석결과, 먼저 해운항만조직 구성원의 정보보안정책 준수에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보보안규범과 정보보안교육을 확인할 수 있었고, 정보보안처벌은 정보보안정책 준수에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 해운항만조직 구성원의 정보보안정책 준수정도는 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

SCO Framework을 적용한 조직과 조직원의 정보보안 준수 관계 연구 (Information Security of Organization and Employees in Social Exchange Perspective : Using Structure-Conduct-Outcome Framework)

  • Purpose Issues related to information security have been a crucial topic of interest to researchers and practitioners in the IT/IS field. This study develops a research model based on a Structure-Conduct-Outcome (SCO) framework for the social exchange relationship between employees and organizations regarding information security. Design/methodology/approach In applying an SCO framework to information security, structure and conduct are activities imposed on employees within an organizational context; outcomes are activities that protect information security from an employee. Data were collected from 438 employees working in manufacturing and service firms currently implementing an information security policy in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 is used to test the validation of the measurement model and the proposed casual relationships in the research model. Findings The results demonstrate support for the relationships between predicting variables in organization structure (security policy and physical security system) and the outcome variables in organization conduct (top management support, security education program, and security visibility). Results confirm that the three variables in organization conduct had a positive effect on individual outcome (security knowledge and compliance intention).

CEO의 내·외부 활동이 혁신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of Innovation and Business Performance of CEO's Internal and External Activities)

  • 본 연구는 기업에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동(정보, 지식경영, 학습조직)이 혁신활동(활용적, 탐색적)과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 국내 기업의 CEO 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 토대로 통계분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 정보와 학습조직 활동은 활용적 혁신활동과 탐색적 혁신활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지식경영 활동은 탐색적 혁신활동에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 못하였다. 또한, CEO 내 외부 활동에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동의 영향을 받은 활용적, 탐색적 혁신활동은 기업의 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 영향력의 세기는 차이를 보였다. 따라서 기업의 경영에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동 중에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동에 의한 활용적 혁신과 탐색적 혁신활동 발현으로 경영성과를 극대화시키기 위한 모색은 선행 연구에서 지각된 활동을 기반으로 하여 기업의 경영 환경을 고려하여 유리한 활동을 추출하고 이를 경영 전략에 반영하는 것이 기업에서 최상의 경영성과 목표달성에 유리함을 본 연구결과에서 시사하고 있다.
