This study compares the members of children's reading and culture movement organization versus general public and their children with the aim of understanding how parents' reading activities affect children's reading activities. The study surveyed 477 elementary school students and 483 parents from five special metropolitan cities regarding their reading behaviour. Reading behavior was investigated in terms of reading frequency, book selection information source, reading awareness, and preferred books, and it was confirmed that there was a difference between members of children's reading and culture movement organization and children of the general public. Members of children's reading and culture movement organization and their children showed superior reading habits in terms of both quantity and quality than non-members and their children, and the book selection information service was used. In terms of perception regarding reading, children's reading and culture movement organization members and their children found more "joy" in reading than "help in learning" as compared to the general public and their children. In terms of reading preference, children's reading and culture movement organization members and their children intensively preferred Korean creative fairy tales and picture books while the general public and their children preferred Korean creative fairy tales, picture books, and educational comics. In order to create a healthier reading culture and environment for the long term, the development of more active reading participation methods for the general public is required.

The object of this study is to survey the private organizations which have issued the certificates according to the reading education, to describe the right curriculum for the private certificate, and to propose the proper subjects and curriculum for it. The results of the survey may be summarized as follows; 1) The private organizations which have issued the certificates are so many. 2) The certificates which have been issued are not to acquire the proper authorities' cachet. 3) The kinds of the certificate are reading instructor, reading therapist, reading couch, etc. 4) It's necessary for the chief organization to manage all of the organizations which have issued the reading education certificates. 5) It's thought that it's necessary to study more the subjects and curriculums as for the proper reading education certificates.

The purpose of this study is to explore the content hierarchy of ICT curriculum in elementary school. Korea Ministry of Education has been released the 2nd ICT curriculum by last year. Over the past few years, several studies have been focused on the problem of 1st curriculum. But there has been no study that tried to find the internal justification of computer subject matter. Also there has been different hierarchy each and every textbook. And, we explored a standards of selection and a principles of organization of computer subject matter. then applied it to the content hierarchy of 2nd ICT curriculum. We tried to find relations with the content hierarchy and the types of thinking learner use. We suggests that computer subject can be organized by hierarchy of content and learners experiences. It can be logically organized between different grade, horizontally organized between same grade.

The scope and the magnitude of change that are occurring in libraries today are exciting and the new developments in information technology challenging. A change in vision as well as activities and operations is required. Librarians need to make full use of information and multimedia technology to support this greatly expanded teaching venture. During the period of the 1st to 5th conference of Korean Society for Information Management produces 199 articles. The articles composed of 25 sub subjects of the knowledge of the library and information science. The professional librarians pointed out the essential curricula of the library and informations science education. This study proposes the practical information security measures that help IT personnel of banks comply the information security policy. The research model of the study is composed of independent variables (clarity and comprehensiveness of policy, penalty, dedicated security organization, audit, training and education program, and top management support), a dependent variable (information security policy compliance intention), and moderating variables (age and gender). Analyses results show that the information security measures except 'clarity of policy' and 'training and education program' are proven to affect the 'information security policy compliance intention.' In case of moderating variables, age moderated the relationship between top management support and compliance intention, but gender does not show any moderating effect at all. This study analyzes information security measures based solely on the perception of the respondents. Future study may introduce more objective measurement methods such as systematically analyzing the contents of the information security measures instead of asking the respondents' perception. In addition, this study analyzes intention of employees rather than the actual behavior. Future research may analyze the relationship between intention and actual behavior and the factors affecting the relationship.

In spite of advantages to using internet, but there are many adverse effects. The most well-known negative effects include internet addiction, personal information infringement, copyright violation, spread of harmful information, cyber bullying, online fraud, hacking and virus distribution, and online prostitution. Until now, the government and public organization strived to prevent and reduce the negative effects but have faced limitations. In accordance with, one of the measures the solve the problems caused by internet is to strengthen the internet ethics education. This study aims to consider and analyze the negative effects of internet and provide measures to promote internet ethics education to prevent and reduce such effects.

In this paper, we analyzed the units related to robot education in the Practical Arts textbooks according to the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result, all textbooks had a common system of introduction, development, and organization, and all of them showed a similar flow. Learning objectives were presented in all textbooks, but no affective goals were presented except cognitive and functional goals. The contents of robot learning suggest the meaning and type of robots, the structure and sensors of robots, and the activities of making robots, but the contents of robot ethics, the production and activities of various robot works, and the use of robots in the problem solving process are not presented. The assembly robot and the infrared sensor are used in common, and it consists of presenting robot production and control training materials in experience activities and arranging units through evaluation, and the A, C, and F textbooks also provide the unit auxiliary data. In the future, it will be necessary to include the contents of robot ethics education centered on the design/manufacturer and user-oriented robot ethics such as the recognition of the limits of robots, the principles of using robots correctly, safety education, personal information and privacy protection.

The global process of transition from industrial to information society, as well as socio-economic changes taking place in Ukraine, require significant changes in many areas of state activity. It is especially connected with the reforms in the sphere of education. Today, national programs provide for the development of education on the basis of new progressive concepts, the introduction of the educational process of new pedagogical technologies and scientific achievements, the creation of a new system of information education, entrance of Ukaine into the transcontinental computer information system. Information technologies are qualitatively changing the key resources of development: this is no longer a space with fixed production, but primarily mobile finance and intelligence. They have a direct impact on the formation of personal growth, professional content and self-organization, emotional and psychological maturity and consciousness, and so on. One of the main factors in ensuring the stability and social education of the country's citizens is the culture of security, the formation and development of which is an urgent problem today. Comprehensive and systematic development of security culture will significantly increase the readiness of the population, the level of environmental, labor and patriotic education, reduce human losses, material damage from emergencies. Ecological education can be carried out more successfully only gradually and in accordance with the socio-psychological periods of one's development: kindergarten - school - college - university. The creation of such a system of environmental education should be enshrined as the basis of state environmental policy as a constitutional norm with the usage of information technology. Graduates of universities, who are the future of our country, after mastering the skills of basic environmental education must have a high level of environmental culture, which is, in turn, part of general human culture, and investigate environmental issues from the standpoint of their profession. It is known that with the help of environmental education the collective intelligence of society is formed, which can predict human activities and processes occurring in nature, and in some way to help with the elimination of crises. It is through environmental education that another system of human values is being formed, which places great emphasis on intangible wealth and solidarity, and great responsibility of humanity for the ecological state of the native country; provides a higher standard of living as a result of sustainable development, through the introduction of information technology in this system. To improve the quality of life, we need better knowledge, which must be implemented through information technology at the international level.

For the increasingly complicated and technology dependent 21st century, ICT literacy is being emphasized by education authorities as a key ability needed to succeed in a knowledge-based society. Accordingly, since 2007, several studies have been conducted to measure the ICT literacy levels of students. This study aimed at analyzing how ICT literacy levels vary according to students' skill sets from the viewpoint of educational convenience. To fulfill this goal, the ICT literacy abilities of 167 elementary students and 159 middle school students (all receiving education at "gifted students" education centers) were compared with the following results. First, elementary students displayed differences with regards to 'computer and network' and 'information society and ethics' among the content elements, and 'critical mind' and 'information communication' among capability elements according to their skill sets. Second, middle school students displayed differences with regards to 'information society and ethics' and 'information organization and creation' elements according to their skill sets. The significance of this study lies in the fact that it measured the ICT literacy levels of --and made suggestions for education to-- students specially gifted in information, science and mathematics rather than general students.

Purpose: As an administrative organization that directly affects the safety and livelihood of the people, local governments are important to ensure the continuity of key functions in the event of a disaster. The purpose of this study is to review effective methods for establishing and implementing a continuity of operations plan to protect and maintain the key functions of local governments. Method: In order to improve the inefficiency of the ISO22301-based continuity of operation plan, applying the organizational-oriented functional continuity method and set up the planning method, key functions, required resources, and basic education and training forms, and apply to local governments and review their feasibility. Result: The proposed organization-oriented continuity of operation plan preparation method reflects the characteristics of bureaucratic local governments and makes it easy to prepare and apply in practice. Conclusion: Compared to the private sector, in the public sector, where work is organization-oriented, it can be a more efficient way to fully reflect the organizational point of view in establishing a continuity of Opertaions plan.
