  • In literary works, space plays a background role, but in geography, it becomes the target of study. Space could, therefore, be a matter of common interest in literary and geographic education. "Chunhyangjeon" contains a great amount of geographic information, such as landscape, itineraries, and spatial consciousness. This information is a part of narrative development and represents the geographical situation of the late Yi-dynasty. Thus, "Chunhyangjeon" could be the common material for literary and geographic education. Using "Chunhyangjeon" as the common material, through narrative incidents, learners in a literature class can appreciate the role of geographic information in narrative development, and the same learners can, in geography class, recognize the geographic information and gather the sense of place that the characters experience. For the construction of common realm of the two subjects, it is necessary to compare the aims of two subjects and systematically ensure that the aims correspond. This systematic correspondence of aims could be the foundation for curriculum integration.

  • Interest in AI and SW education is growing as digital literacy is emphasized in the revised elementary school curriculum for 2022. There are numerous restrictions on how pupils can enhance their digital literacy because there are only 34 class hours available for information education in elementary schools. Therefore, other subjects and information education must be blended in order to ensure class hours for AI and SW instruction. In this study, we investigated the impact of S-PUMA reading instruction on the literary imagination and computational thinking of elementary school pupils. To conduct this study, two classes of sixth graders in an elementary school were chosen and split into an experimental group and a control group. Over the course of five sessions, only the experimental group received reading instruction using the S-PUMA teaching approach. It was discovered that reading instruction with the S-PUMA teaching methodology enhanced literary imagination and computational thinking. Further study is required to identify whether the improvement in creative imagination, a component of literary imagination, is a result of the S-PUMA teaching approach or a natural result of the subject matter of the lesson.

For this study, examined were the cafes and menus of homepages of major Websites on the Internet, where illegal copying and delivery of literary works could happen. For each Website, the volumes of the entire collection, the number of literary works held, the maximum and average number of transactions were investigated, and literary works categorized according to genres were analyzed. The result shows that the strict legislation and regulation by government or copyright organizations could hinder the positive distribution of awareness about the copyright : but, still strongly needed is the promotion and education of the importance of copyright to help the public understand better. Providers of portal services should take a proper step to strengthen the training of and systematic support for copyright-related issues for both operators and users of cafes and homepages on Websites.

Through the literary research, the environmental factors were extracted, and the writing item of ecology map was reconstructed based on the literary research, so the experimental research was operated with the wetland ecology map program. Through four areas of test items such as the information and knowledge, values and attitudes, development and conservation, behavior and participation, and the analysis of children's study results, the effect of the wetland ecology map program on changes of recognition about wetland was verified quantitatively and qualitatively. Wetland ecology map program would be able to be an educational approach which can achieve the 'personalization of environment' setting up predictable environmental improvement goals and satisfying the needs of spatial information of the appropriate regions from the holistic perspective that students themselves plan and participate beyond a one-time experience program. Production of ecological map through continuous monitoring is expected to improve the possibility of subjective environmental actions by operating self-directed learning. Based on the conclusion of this study, we would suggest the following. For wetland ecology map program to be supplemented and utilized, the basic education of wetland should be organized in regular school curriculum, ecology map program including various teaching learning methods be prepared actively, and in future studies, studies of ecosystem-wide wetland ecology map program including animals like birds and fish are necessary.
