This study aims to reveal the problems of the education of library management area in library and information science and to seek possible methods for solving the problems. It was revealed that the number of subjects of library management area was often changed by the influence of information science. It was also disclosed that the education of library management does not satisfy what the librarians' demand. The study provides the following suggestions for the better education of library management: first, the establishment of the standardization of library and information science curriculum which includes the provision of the number, title and contents of the subjects of library management and secondly, close cooperation with librarians when opening new subjects of library management area.

Computers are played an important tole of knowledge-information society in 21C. Computer education have made successful progresses since the 7th curricula have one class of ICT per week. However, public schools have instructed computer literacy education teaching only how to use application software. To give useful knowledges students could use for several decades, we need to have them to concentrate on education to information logical thinking power rather than simple manipulation of application softwares. However, teachers don't understand well about the "Understanding of Information Processing". In this paper, we carried out a survey that how much teachers understand about the information processing comprehension among the information and communication technology guide. We also state problems and propose improvement plan.

As the social and technical circumstance changes rapidly, passive learners who were knowledge-finders not only remember and regenerate about the given information but also critically grasp the phenomena of real life, and then also it became necessary for us to help cultivate the ability to solve the problem creatively in the new form of educational goal, educational content, educational methods and evaluation, educational environment. As a result, this study analyzes the smart learning education, fit the model of smart learning education training in high school information ethics parts, design the lesson that is proposal class of 'Information protection and Security' section, and develop the teaching and experience educational contents, furthermore, It is to investigate the impact on the ethics consciousness about information communications.

Throughout the years, cybersecurity incidents related to the shipbuilding and maritime industries are occurring more frequently as the IT industry develops. Accordingly, expertise in the information protection industry is necessary, and effective education contents on information protection are needed for this purpose. Recently, there have been more and more cases of increasing user experience by applying Metaverse technology to the educational field. Therefore, this study analyzes the existing information protection education and training and the information protection education contents in the maritime industries and proposes four directions for content development (i.e., online education and seminars, cybersecurity threat learning of virtual ships, accident reproduction, and maritime cybersecurity exhibition operation).

Smart farming education service focuses on the dissemination of farming information that is the farming knowledge, farming skill, and farmer's experiences and knowhow, etc. This farming information is supposed from current activities, farming product and from the experience of farmer on the field. If the information is not available, or if available and not in a form that is amenable to being brought to the end producer then the process stalls at this point. The core component of the automation process for smart farming education service is the creation of a data store which will be a repository for the information of the smart farming education. The farming sector will benefit immensely from the implementation of farming data in farming contents repository which will serve as the knowledge base for the smart farming education service.

The article is devoted to studying the development of scientific and methodological work and its impact on the quality of students' vocational training in higher pedagogical education institutions by applying information technology. The article aim is to development of the organizational methodological support and pedagogical diagnostics of the effectiveness of the project «Modelling scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution by applying information technology » realization in the framework of increasing the level of scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution as a factor contributing to enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. The research program of the project activity envisages stating and substantiating the problem of scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the framework of increasing the level and quality of educational activities in a higher pedagogical education institution through the implementation of the project approach, developing a model for the system of organizational and methodological support of the project implementation as well as monitoring the process and evaluating the results of the project implementation in terms of developing teachers' scientific, methodological, information competency and enhancing students' progress in studying. The set of criteria were developed to evaluate the level of formation of scientific and methodological competency as a result of implementing the project for the development of scientific and methodological work. The scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the academy was carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic character, consistent diagnostics, practical focus, scientific organizational and methodological support.

The importance of computer education has increased as a knowledge-based society develops. The national project for developing the industry of educational information will be ended by the year of 2000 From year 2001 on, the korean government plans to include computer education in Elementary and Middle-School Curricula. Teachers' colleges in Korea need to develop standardized teaching materials. These teaching materials may be used to teach a computer education class, plan a computer education curriculum, and do research on computer education teaching methods as well as computer education teaching materials. This study attempted to examine some aspects for developing teaching materials which we may use to teach pre-service teacher trainees in a teachers' college. The results of this study will help pre-service teacher trainees not only improve their ability of information literacy, but also obtain some techniques and strategies for teaching computer education in school.

As the interest in software education grew, the Ministry of Education was also required to provide software education for practical course of grades 5-6. In this study, learner-centered evaluation was applied to software education to analyze its effectiveness. It is hoped that many teachers will apply learner-centered evaluation to software education to become more effective software education in school. In a learner-centered evaluation, students can expect positive effects by actively participating in classes and engaging in active learning activities. Through learner-centered evaluation, we have taken into account the various background variables to see how students' three aspects, creativity, problem-solving ability and information-use ability change, and how learner-centered evaluation affects these abilities in software education. The result of research have shown that in software education, learner-centered evaluations have all had significant effects on creativity, problem-solving ability and information-use ability, as well as the existence of entry/scratch study experience.
