현재 온라인 정보원을 이용하지 않을 수 없는 상황이 되고 있지만 이를 인용하는 방법과 참고문헌에 수록하는 양식이 국내에서는 아직 널리 소개되어 있지 않다. 특히 인터넷을 통해 얻은 자료를 논문에 인용하고 이를 다른 사람들이 찾아볼 수 있도록 참고문헌으로 제시하는 방법을 몰라서 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 연구논문이나 레포트를 쓸 때 참고할 수 있도록 미국 학계에서 많이 사용하고 있는 미국심리학괴(APA) 양식과 미국언어학회(MLA) 양식에 제시된 최근의 온라인 정보원의 인용 및 참고문헌 수록 방법을 조사하여 소개하였다. 또 국내 학계에서는 어떤 방식으로 온라인 정보원을 이용하고 이를 참고문헌으로 제시하는 지를 알아보기 위하여 대학요람에 실린 학위논문 작성 요령과 학회지에 실린 논문 투고 요령을 조사하였다. 1998년도까지 발행된 대학요람이나 학회지의 논문 투고 요령을 조사해 본 결과 온라인 자료의 인용 및 참고문헌 수록방법에 대해 언급한 곳은 없으며, 또한 전통적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 미국심리학회(APA) 양식, 시카고대학 양식(Chicago Manual of Style) 중 어느 하나를 정확하게 일관성있게 지키는 경우는 많지 않았다. 대부분의 경우 어떤 표준양식을 따르는 지를 알 수 없을 정도로 여러 양식을 혼합하여 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷을 통해 접근하고 입수가능한 전자정보원을 대상으로 참고문헌 작성기준에 관한 스타일 메뉴얼들의 기술요소와 기재순서, 기술형식을 비교분석하여, 국내 연구자나 학협회, 출판사 등이 참고문헌을 작성하거나 작성지침을 제시할 때 포함할 수 있는 기술요소 및 형식에 관한 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 최근에 수정보완된 MLA Style, APA Style, CBE Style, Chicago Style, ISO 690-2, SIST-02를 대상으로 그들의 요소와 순서, 표기방법 및 형식을 검토하고, 표기방법 및 형식에 따른 동일자료에 대한 기술사례를 제시하였다.

This first part of a series provides some data on the quick growth, high importance and increasing cost of scientific research which leads to a doubling of the amount of research literature in about every eight years. The importance of periodicals is emphasized and some figures on the growth of abstract journals demonstrate how difficult it has become for the scientist to keep up with the current development in his subject field without using documentation. The second part, in KORSTIC's next issue, deals with the scope and methods of scientific documentation, the third part with the devices and machines for information processing and with the problem of automation, whilst the fourth part throws some light on the organization of documentation work all around the world.

The consistency between a building information model(BIM) and drawings are very important and has a critical impact on the usage of BIM throughout the project life-cycle. The purpose of this study is to develop a checklist for the consistency check between BIM and drawings. In this research, requirements for drawings in the construction documentation phase were analyzed. In generating drawings based on BIM, a checklist can help practitioners confirm what to modify in the BIM model and what to modify in CAD drawings. Finally, it is expected that the work efficiency will be improved by reducing the unnecessary work by distinguishing the elements that can be extracted from the BIM model from the elements that requires additional works when generating BIM-based drawings.

정보통신기술의 급속한 발전은 행정에 대한 국민의 참여 욕구와 다양하고 신속한 행정서비스 욕구의 증대로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요청에 부응하여 교육과학기술부에서는 '전국단위 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS : National Education Information System-이하 NEIS)'을 구축하여 국민에 대한 서비스 제공과 교육행정의 생산성과 투명성을 높이기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 2003년부터 본격적으로 운영하게 된 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)은 16개 시 도교육청 및 교육과학기술부에 시스템을 구축하고 모든 교육행정기관 및 초 중등학교를 인터넷으로 연결하였다. 그러나 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)은 개인 정보 유출에 대한 우려와 관련 법규의 미정비에 대한 불법성, 보안 문제 등 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. NEIS 교무업무시스템은 학교생활기록부를 비롯하여 학생들의 개인 신상정보와 성적 등 준영구 이상의 중요 기록물을 전자적 방식으로 다량 생산하고 있다. 그러나 이렇게 생산된 기록물은 각 시 도교육청 DB에 축적되어져 있는 상태이며 전자기록물로 생산되고는 있으나 이를 장기적으로 활용 보존할 수 있는 정책이 마련되어있지 못한 상태이다. 따라서 NEIS 교무업무시스템을 통하여 전자적으로 생산되는 기록물 중 학교생활기록부의 기록 관리과정을 ISO15489에 따라 비교 분석해 봄으로서 기록물의 4대 속성이 보장될 수 있는 기록물 관리 방안을 제시해보고자 한다.

Information competitiveness accounts for substantial parts of business competitiveness necessary for business management in the knowledge-information society in the 21st century. To improve quality. productivity and competitiveness through information in the fields of SMEs particularly having difficulties under rapidly changing business environment. the government has operated "SME Information Support Project" for the past 8 years. The methodology for developing the standard for this project known as EISDM (Enterprise Information System Development Methodology) provides communication between IT businesses and SMEs participating in this project. and standardized output document formats and how to make out such documents. Infortunately. the number of personnel partaking in the development project for SMEs is no more than 2~4 per site on average. Further. they are required to complete demand analyses. development. testing and operation in about 6 months. which is a very short period. Moreover, there is too much demand for documentation, which is likely to end up being formal work process just for supervision and inspection. That is, the documentation could be for noting but documents. which will prove useless outputs after the project finishes. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement approach as an information system development methodology taking into account SMEs' characteristics and environment so as to relieve developers from such excessive burden of documentation, to save time and resources through efficient management of software development as the original purpose of the methodology, and to produce required quality software.

근대건축물은 현재까지 우리의 역사와 함께 해 온 문화유산이다. 이런 문화유산을 보존하기 위한 수단으로 기록화를 들 수 있다. 기록은 보존의 마지막 수단이 되기 때문이다. 근대건축물 기록화로 생산된 사진, 실측도면, 보고서 등은 일반 대중에게 근대건축물의 정보를 제공하고, 연구자들에게 연구 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 이 뿐만 아니라 화재나 다른 재난에 대비해서 문화재 수리, 복원 자료 등으로 활용 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 미국 국립공원관리청의 문화유산 기록화 프로그램 중 역사적 건축물 조사를 분석하였다. 이 분석을 토대로 문화재청에서 시행하고 있는 근대건축물 기록화에 대한 세 가지 측면의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫 번째, 문화재청의 근대건축물 기록화 사업은 법적인 의무로 시행되고 있지 않아 모든 근대건축물이 기록화의 대상이 되고 있지 않다. 근대건축물 기록화가 법적인 의무로 시행될 수 있도록 법 제도의 구체적인 규정이 필요하다. 두 번째, 기록화가 한번으로 끝나는 것이 아닌 근대건축물의 외 내부 변경사항에 대한 지속적인 기록화가 시행되어야 한다. 마지막으로 컬렉션 구축을 통해 일반 대중들을 위한 정보제공 서비스가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

이 연구는 광주광역시 남구 양림동의 도시기록화를 위한 사례연구이다. 이를 위하여 도시기록화 대상 대한 이론적 고찰과 도시재생 측면에서 양림동에 관련된 기록물들을 수집 조사하여 이를 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 광주광역시 남구 방림동지역의 역사 문화적 사실을 배경으로 '선교'를 주제로 설정하여 기록화 사례를 제시하였다.

This paper illustrates a prototyping framework of the documentation-standards retrieval system via the data mining approach for enhancing software development quality. We first present an approach for designing a retrieval algorithm based on data mining, with the three basic technologies of machine learning, statistics and database management, applied to this system to speed up the searching time and increase the fitness. This approach derives from the observation that data mining can discover unsuspected relationships among elements in large databases. This observation suggests that data mining can be used to elicit new knowledge about the design of a subject system and that it can be applied to large legacy systems for efficiency. Finally, software development quality will be improved at the same time when the project managers retrieving for the documentation standards.

오디오 비디오 데이터의 활용이 증가함에 따라 멀티미디어 데이터의 내용에 대해 표현하려는 연구와 함께 멀티미디어 데이터의 내용이나 메타데이터를 저장하고, 검색하고, 조작하는 연구의 필요성이 증가하였다. 멀티미디어 데이터 표현은 사용자가 원하는 내용만을 쉽게 검색하고, 접근할 수 있도록 표현되고 저장되어야 한다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 데이터가 포함된 문서를 검색하기 위해서 멀티미디어 데이터의 캡션(Caption) 정보를 이용하거나 문서 내용을 기반으로 멀티미디어 데이터를 검색 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 멀티미디어 데이터의 캡션 정보와 문서의 텍스트는 모두 키워드를 추출하기 위해 필터링(Filtering) 단계를 거치고, B+ 트리를 이용한 역 파일 구조를 사용하여 빠르고 대용량의 문서 검색을 할 수 있도록 하였다.
