Compared with traditional patch-based sparse representation, recent studies have concluded that group-based sparse representation (GSR) can simultaneously enforce the intrinsic local sparsity and nonlocal self-similarity of images within a unified framework. This article investigates an accelerated split Bregman method (SBM) that is based on GSR which exploits image compressive sensing (CS). The computational efficiency of accelerated SBM for the measurement matrix of a partial Fourier matrix can be further improved by the introduction of a fast Fourier transform (FFT) to derive the enhanced algorithm. In addition, we provide convergence analysis for the proposed method. Experimental results demonstrate that accelerated SBM is potentially faster than some existing image CS reconstruction methods.

The medical library, as a professional information center in relation to medical examination and treatment, research, and medical administration, should be operated under the rational and efficient library management. In that context, this study examines the theoretical underpinnings of the medical library management, and compares and analyzes, through direct visits, webpages, and statistical data, the current library operation of medical libraries in Seoul. This study also tries to make a managemental framework for the medical library by suggesting and discussing the result of this research.

In this paper, efficient framework design to construct electromagnetic simulator is proposed and examined. Especially computing time for example problem is enhanced to be shorted than computed time for single task corresponding to increasing the number of network PCs. As a result, design and analysis for antenna, cavity, and waveguide problems with large scale complex structure can be applied.

This paper investigates the issue of performance testing on web browsing environments. Among the typical non-functional characteristics, index of link validity will be deeply explored. A framework to certify link correctness in web site is proposed. All possible navigation paths are first formulated to represent a usage model with the Markov chain property, which is then used to generate test script file statistically. With collecting any existing failure information followed by tracing these testing browsed paths, certification analysis may be performed by applying Markov chain theory. The certification result will yield some significant information such as: test coverage, reliability measure, confidence interval, etc. The proposed mechanism may provide not only completed but also systemic methodologies to find any linking errors and other web technologies errors. Besides, an actual practice of the proposed approach to a web-based system will be demonstrated quantitatively through a certification tool.

Effectively integrating information systems in mergers and acquisitions of large organizations can be critical to merger success. But the general literature on M&A focuses on the financial aspects of the acquisition process, rather than on the subsequent process of integration. This paper analyses the case of information systems integration in a merger of two Korean manufacturing organizations, and explores the factors influencing IS integration in M&A in Korea. To analysis this case and find factors affecting IS integration success, we use MIT'90s schema (framework) by Scott Morton that consists of 5 dimensions (strategy, processes, structure, individuals/roles, and technology). From the results of this case study, we found 13 factors and 14 propositions influencing IS integrations performance in M&A in Korean companies. This research helps the company to avoid mistakes and to manage IS integration in M&A. Also this study provides guide line for further researches.

본 논문에서는 종단간 신규 네트워크 서비스에 대한 ITU-T X.805 기반 취약성 분석과 정보보호 요구사항 및 보안 대책 도출 절차를 제시한다. 일련의 절차는 정보보호프레임워크 도출 방법론 혹은 방법론으로 줄여서 표현한다. 종단간 네트워크 서비스는 IT 839의 8대 서비스를 대상으로 하며 방법론은 ITU-T X.805 표준과 정보보호 컨설팅 방법론을 참고하였다. 방법론은 새로운 인프라나 서비스의 정보보호 대책을 설계하는데 필요한 도구로써의 역할을 하여 구축 단계부터 정보보호를 반영할 수 있는 분석틀을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.

As the Android operating system has become a key target for malware authors, Android protection has become a thriving research area. Beside the proved importance of system permissions for malware analysis, there is a lot of overlapping in permissions between malware apps and goodware apps. The exploitation of them effectively in malware detection is still an open issue. In this paper, to investigate the feasibility of neuro-fuzzy techniques to Android protection based on system permissions, we introduce a self-adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system to classify the Android apps into malware and goodware. According to the framework introduced, the most significant permissions that characterize optimally malware apps are identified using Information Gain Ratio method and encapsulated into patterns of features. The patterns of features data is used to train and test the system using stratified cross-validation methodologies. The experiments conducted conclude that the proposed classifier can be effective in Android protection. The results also underline that the neuro-fuzzy techniques are feasible to employ in the field.

In this paper, we investigate the inter-organizational information systems effect to supply chain partnerships, and subsequently to the performance. The conceptual model for the causal relationships among interorganizational systems usage, interaction, partnership, and supply chain performances has been developed. Theoretical framework is based on the partnership research in relationship marketing area, and the interaction model from IMP group. The questionnaires are designed to test the hypotheses of the conceptual model. The survey result supports our hypotheses that collaborative IT effects to increase the interaction between the firms, and interaction causes to enhance the partnership quality. Also, the level of partnership shows strong positive correlation with the supply chain performances. Despite the limitations of collected sample data size, our study reveals the fact that inter-organizational information systems contribute to supply chain performance through enhancing the interaction and partnership level between the supply chain partners. Our research result is distinct from the most extant literatures that investigated the firm's collaboration impact on interorganizational systems usage.

현재 다양한 성격을 가진, 무수히 많은 웹사이트들이 존재하고 있다. 웹사이트에 접속시 또는 이벤트 실행 시 걸리는 로딩 시간은 사이트를 이용하는 사용자로 하여금 서비스의 질 문제를 야기시킬 수 있으며 나아가서는 비즈니스에서 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이러한 이유 등으로 브라우저들의 성능은 점점 좋아지고 있으며, 복잡해지는 프론트엔드 로직에 따라 다양한 환경에서의 빠른 개발 및 웹 페이지 성능 개선을 위한 각종 Javascript 프론트엔드 프레임워크들도 등장하고 있다. 비동기 통신 방법인 Ajax 기술을 사용하는 프레임워크를 통해 렌더링 처리 방안을 확인해보고, 속도 성능에 대한 비교 분석을 한다.
