물류정보기술의 수용이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of the Formalization of Organization and IT activities on the Logistics Performance.)

  • 과다한 물류비용은 기업의 업종이나 규모에 관계없이 우리나라의 모든 기업들이 겪고 있는 대표적인 애로 요인의 하나로 지적되고 있다. 또한 세계화의 진전과 시장개방화의 가속화와 함께 물류환경은 하루가 다르게 변하고 있는 실정이다. 물류정보관리에 관한 국내연구는 1990년대에 들어와서 비로소 체계적인 연구가 시작되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 조사연구에서는 물류 관련 변수들 간의 보다 체계적인 관계분석이 이루어지지 않았고 마케팅, 생산, 회계 등의 학문영역에서도 제한적으로 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 물류관리차원에서 구조적 측면인 조직의 공식화와 실행적 측면인 정보기술의 수용이 물류성과에 미치는 주효과와 공식화와 정보기술 수용간의 상호작용을 통한 상승, 상쇄효과 및 그 정도를 실증적으로 규명하여 물류전략을 수립할 때 물류효율화를 높이기 위한 물류조직의 개편과 물류정보기술의 도입 및 활용에 관한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • These days, the business environment such as Information Technology (IT) is rapidly changing, and organizations are consistently trying to change themselves for the survival and success under the changing environment. In this situation, change management is very important because it draws the change behaviors of organization members for the success of organizational change. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the organization members' psychological factors on the performance of the acquisition of new IT, which is one of the most important organizational change. Based on previous studies in the area of organizational change, organization members' resistance to change, self-congruity theory, change activities and organizational performance, the research model is developed for validating the effect of organization members' self-congruity on the performance of the acquisition of new IT. Statistical analyses show that self-congruity has a significant effect on the change activities. In particular, private self-congruity has more impact on the change activities than public self-congruity. In addition, self-leadership, rewards and recognitions, and the diffusion of change activities have significant effects on job satisfaction. Self-leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment.

공급사슬구조에 따른 SCM 활동과 경영성과에 관한 연구 (A study on the SCM Activity and Business Performance varied with the Supply Chain Structure)

  • This study first conceptualizes and investigates five dimensions of SCM activities, such as organizational capacity, revitalization support collaboration, appraisal and responsibility, and information system activities. Second, this study develops three dimensions of a supply chain structure, and proposes a balanced scorecard (BSC) model in order to measure business performance. And then, this study establishes too research hypotheses as follows: H1. The SCM activities varies with the supply chain structure. H2. The management performance varies with the supply chain structure. In the questionnaire survey for empirical analysis, this study carefully selected 809 of companies in Korea. We conducted a survey by mail and collected 127 data. Out of 127 data we actually used 103 responses for statistical analysis. After conducting statistical analysis, we could find the results as followed: 1) The supply chain structure was classified into three networks through a clustering procedure, such as supply network, conversion network, and distribution network, and these networks were used to testify hypotheses. As a result the effect of SCM activities varies according to three networks and especially, the companies in distribution network were more active than those in supply and conversion networks doing SCM activities. 2) We may conclude that business performance varies with three networks, and distribution network achieves better performance than supply and conversion networks do.

  • Utilizing construction knowledge and experiences in design phase can reduce change orders and improve productivity in construction phase. To do so, information must be made available to the design team in time. Current approaches for effective utilization of constructability knowledge, however, only focus on the formalization of constructability knowledge such as a checklist, which lacks the consideration of the appropriate use at the proper point in time. The inadequate use of constructability knowledge can result in unnecessary reworks. To deal with this problem, the design team needs to know what constructability knowledge is required for specific design activities in the design process. This paper presents a constructability implementation model using the dependency structure matrix (DSM) that focuses on information flows between design activities and constructability knowledge. For this objective, design activities in the design process are modeled in a matrix form based on their dependency. Then, constructability knowledge, which needs to be considered in the design stage, is mapped into activities and incorporated into the matrix, creating Constructability-DSM (C-DSM). Next, the partitioning algorithm is applied to C-DSM for optimal information flow. The Partitioned C-DSM is then analyzed based on the relationship between activities. Finally, the optimal utilization of construction knowledge in the design process is determined by identifying what constructability knowledge is required for each design activity, and how and when it is reflected to design for constructability. Thus, this research can help provide robust control actions to reduce unnecessary iterative cycles in design process for efficient constructability implementation.

  • 최근 경제성장과 더불어 삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 야외활동이 증가되었으며, 야외활동의 진행여부 의사결정은 기상여건과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 현재 이러한 야외활동 의사결정은 기상청의 일기예보와 주관적인 경험에 의해 결정되어지고 있다. 따라서, 야외활동 의사결정을 위해 기상정보를 기반으로 객관적 근거를 제시할 수 있는 분석 방법이 필요하다. 논문에서는 데이터마이닝을 기반으로 기상정보를 분석하여 야외활동 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 기상정보 분석 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한, 프로야구 일정 히스토리와 자동기상관측장비의 관측 자료를 데이터마이닝의 분류 알고리즘을 적용하여 실험을 수행하고, 제안한 알고리즘의 향상된 성능을 검증하였다.

여가활동 소비자의 패션관여와 의복선택기준, 패션정보원에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fashion Involvement, Clothing Selection Criteria and Fashion Information Sources of Leisure Activities Consumers)

  • The study is intended to suggest the differentiated and subdivided indexes of the leisure fashion market and to provide the marketing strategy establishment and in-depth understanding of leisure fashion business by looking into the correlation between and among fashion involvement, clothing selection criteria and fashion information sources. This study was conducted by the questionnaire response method and the results were derived by using the SPSS 16.0 statistics program. The results of the study were as follows; 1) As a result of researching the difference between the leisure activities consumer groups and fashion involvement, there were significant differences in emotional and cognitive involvement. In the tour activity group and social activity group, emotional involvement was found to be higher than the cognitive experience while in the hobby and sports activity group, both involvements were equally as high. 2) As a result of researching the difference between the leisure activities groups and clothing selection criteria, it was found that the intrinsic and extrinsic criteria were high in the hobby and sports activity group and that the intrinsic criteria was high in the tour activity group and social activity group. 3) In the difference between the leisure activity groups and fashion information sources, it was found that media source, observation source and experience/personal source were high in the hobby and sports activity group. In addition, the experience and personal source were high in the social activity group. 4) In the difference between and among fashion involvement, clothing selection criteria and fashion information sources, it was found that the emotional involvement, intrinsic criteria and observation source were higher in the group of females than males. 5) In the difference between and among fashion involvement, clothing selection criteria and fashion information sources depending on the ages of leisure activities consumers, it was found that the emotional involvement and observation source were high in the group of 20-24 yrs old consumers and that the emotional involvement, intrinsic criteria and observation source were high in the group of 25-29 yrs old consumers. Also, in the group of 30-34 yrs old consumers, the emotional involvement, observation source and experience/personal source were high.

Opinions on the Turks' Turkic Translation Activities in the Period of Taspar Qagan

  • There is a variety of opinions about the first translation activities within the Turkic Empire. It is widely believed that some Buddhist sutras were translated into the Turkic language in the period of Taspar Qagan (572-581). This theory is based on certain arguments: Some Turks practiced Buddhism, Buddhist monks translated sutras in the center of the Turkic Empire, Taspar brought sutras from China and had them translated, and the monarch of Northern Qi had a sutra translated and sent to Taspar. However, in my opinion, these arguments lack credibility. This article, which is based on primary Chinese sources, will question the likelihood of such translation activities having occurred. Some Chinese records for these claims exist: Da Tang Nei Dian Lu (大唐內典錄) and Xu Gao Seng Chuan (續高僧傳) by the Buddhist monk Jinagupta and the records of Hui Lin in Sui Shu (隋書) and Wen Xian Tong Kao (文獻通考). These are known as "primary sources." Secondary sources, namely contemporary history and language studies, such as those in books and articles, must be based on primary sources. It can be seen that claims relating to the first Turkic translation activities at the time of Taspar are mainly derived from secondary sources, and that the arguments in these secondary sources vary. Sometimes researchers make suppositions on the existence of information that is not referred to in primary sources. However, this is not normal practice. If a researcher relies on unknowns for the evidence of information existing, it can cause false information, ideas and anachronisms to be created. It is important that primary sources, such as the Chinese sources mentioned above, be translated correctly in language and history studies. If only a word is mistranslated, very different results may occur. Mistranslating or misinterpreting a primary source allows conclusions to be reached that are not supported by dissemination of information from primary sources. This can mislead experts and result in information that is not correct being considered as being true. As well as helping to prevent such misinterpretations occurring, another aim of this paper is to question the interpretations of the first Turkic translations in contemporary studies on history and language. The origin of such assessments will be explored and the validity of that information will be examined.

웹사이트 품질과 웹활동에 따른 질적성과연구 (Qualitative Assessment of web quality and web-activities)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 웹마케팅 성과를 이용자의 개인정보제공행동의 수준으로 구분하여 측정하고자 하였다. 질적수준이 낮은 개인정보는 이후 기업의 성과로 이어질 개연성이 낮아 효율적인 마케팅자료로 보기 어렵기 때문이다. 본 연구는 이용자의 개인정보제공행동의 수준이 곧 정보의 질적수준을 결정할 것으로 보고, 개인정보를 제공하는 이용자들의 행동을(적극적 정보제공, 선택적 정보제공, 정보제공의 회피)으로 구분하였다. 연구결과를 통해 기업의 웹마케팅활동에 따라 질적으로 상이한 성과수준을 살펴보고자 하였다. 전자상거래 이용자 245명을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과, 웹사이트 평판은 신뢰를 기반으로 적극적 개인정보행동을 일으키는 주요한 단서임을 알 수 있었다. 또한. 정보활용수준이 높다고 지각할수록 이용자는 개인정보제공을 회피하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 해당 웹사이트에 불신의 정도가 높은 경우 기업에게 마케팅에 투자한 자원 대비 효과적인 성과물을 얻어낼 수 없다는 것을 파악하였다. 즉, 기업이 무분별하고 과도한 정보수집활동, 개인정보의 무단 공유나 유출, 그리고 질적으로 낮은 웹사이트 품질과 같이 웹사이트에 대한 불신을 높일 수 있는 자극들을 웹환경에서 적극적으로 관리할 때 기업이 투입한 자원 대비 마케팅 자료로서 효율성이 높은, 즉 질적수준이 높은 개인정보를 수집할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 기업의 정보시스템에 대한 내 외부의 위협이 증가되고 있으며 이를 감소시키기 위해 많은 돈과 인력을 투자하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 투자에도 불구하고 보안위협과 사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 사고 방지를 위한 다양한 정보보호 활동을 예방 지향적과 억제 지향적으로 구분하고 건강신념모델을 이용하여 기업의 정보보안 활동이 구성원들에게 어떤 영향을 미치고 정보보안 정책을 준수하도록 하는지 연구하였다. 연구결과 예방 지향적 활동은 심각성에, 억제 지향적 활동은 유익성에 유의미한 영향을 주고, 심각성과 유익성은 각각 준수의도에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과로 미루어보아, 기업에서 교육, 홍보, 모니터링 등 사전적인 활동을 시행할 경우 미 준수로 발생할 수 있는 부정적인 결과에 대해 강조하여야 하며, 감사, 처벌 등 사후적인 활동을 통해 보안을 유지하고자 할 경우 기업의 의지를 보임으로써 보안 정책을 준수하는 것이 유익할 것이라는 판단을 구성원 스스로 하도록 하는 것이 더욱 효과적인 정보보안 활동이 될 것이다.

국내 공공도서관의 정보격차해소 활동에 대한 분석 (Analysis of the Activities of Public Libraries for Closing the Information Divide in Korea)

  • 정보격차 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 상황에서 본 연구는 장애인, 노인, 이주민, 농어촌 거주자, 도시 저소득층 등 정보취약계층의 정보격차 해소를 위해 국내 공공도서관들이 어떠한 활동을 벌이고 있는지 그 실태를 파악하기 위해 국내 58개 공공도서관을 표본으로 하여 홈페이지 게시물을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 공공도서관의 정보격차해소 활동은 양적으로나 질적으로나 상당히 빈약하였으며 국외 정보취약 계층 서비스 관련 지침 등에 비해 크게 미치지 못하였다. 향후 공공도서관들이 정보취약계층의 정보복지 실현에 실질적인 도움을 주기 위해서는 사서들의 인식 개선과 특별한 유형의 자료와 정보접근기기의 효율적 구입 방안 등에 있어서 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
