모바일 RFID의 특성이 실제 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Factors Affecting Adoption of a Mobile RFID : Focused on the Technology Area of Mobile RFID)

  • The emergence of RFID markets and development of various RFID-embedded mobile devices has brought fundamental changes to our lives. As the availability of RFID readers and tags that are implanted in smart phones and table PCs increases, information on RFID-affixed objects can be tracked wirelessly and this had open possibilities for B2B businesses to be run like B2C businesses. However, given the popularity of the RFID markets, there is limited research in this area. This paper serves to develop an extended technology acceptance model by Mobile RFID characteristics (perceived cost, security, instant connectivity, context awareness, and result demonstrability) examines the determinant factors that cause the acceptance of mobile RFID. To do so, the study conducted a survey targeting smart phone users and used the PLS path modeling, one of the structural equation models to verify the significance of research hypothesis. As a result, perceived cost, instant connectivity, context awareness, and result demonstrability turned out to have a real effect on intention to use mobile RFID by means of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Security turned out to have a partial effect on intention to use mobile RFID by means of perceived usefulness or perceived ease of Use.

Moderating Effect of Online Shopping Experience on Adoption of e-Governance in Rural India

  • Technology acceptance is one of the most popular research areas. Rapid developments in technology are making human life more comfortable. However, still most of the rural area has been deprived of benefits of technological advancement. Seventy percent population of India resides in rural area. Leveraging the improved penetration of the internet; mobile friendly population in rural India has been increasingly shopping online in the last few years. e-Governance is one of the important vehicles to provide efficient services to the citizens by Governments. One major obstacle is acceptance of e-Governance platforms by the citizens. Considering the increasing trend of using e-Commerce in rural area, this paper attempts to investigate moderating effect of online shopping experience on intention to use e-Governance portals. We surveyed 365 villagers across Maharashtra: one of the leading states in India. The result confirmed online shopping experience moderates the relationship between: 'perceived security & privacy' and 'attitude'; 'perceived security & privacy' and 'intention to use'; 'Perceived usefulness' and 'attitude'; and, 'attitude' and 'intention to use'. In this study definition of moderating variable 'experience' is unique and different than most of the popular studies. We defined experience as: 'prior use of any application of technology similar to the target application of technology'. Whereas prior studies considered experience as prior experience with target application of the technology.

온라인 구전 여행정보의 신뢰와 구전효과 연구 (Credibility of e-WOM in Travel Industry, and Its Influence in WOM Effect)

  • 오늘날 인터넷의 대중화가 이루어지면서 소비자들은 온라인 게시판 등을 통해 다양한 구전정보를 손쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었다. 여행에 있어 관광객의 정보교류 및 획득이 수월해짐에 따라 온라인 구전(e-WOM: Eloctronic Word-of-Mouth)은 현대사회에 있어서 가장 영향력 있는 커뮤니케이션 수단 중 하나로 부상하였다. 이는 여행사 입장에서도 중요한 의미를 갖는다고 하겠다. 이에 본 연구는 서울과 수도권에 재학중인 330명의 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 구전에 대한 신뢰, 브랜드 태도, 구전수용, 구전활동, 여행상품 구매의도 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 온라인 구전의 신뢰는 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드 태도는 구전수용, 구전활동 및 여행상품 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 구전수용은 구전활동에는 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었으나 여행상품 구매의도에는 유의하지 않은 결과로 나타났다. 따라서 여행사는 자사의 홈페이지나 브랜드 커뮤니티를 통한 온라인 구전의 관리에 있어서, 신뢰를 기반으로 한 긍정적 브랜드 태도의 형성을 통해 고객이 이를 적극적으로 수용하고 널리 전파하도록 노력해야 함을 시사한다.

항공과 대학생들의 실시간 온라인 원격수업의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 후기수용모델을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting Continuance Intention to Use of Online Distance Learning of Airline Department Collegue Students : Focused on Post-Acceptance Model)

  • Due to spread of covid-19, which began in December 2019, the usage of online distance learning has expanded within colleges. However, because of the lack of readiness for running online distance learning, professors and students had to experience a lot of inconvenience. In the near future, the usage of online distance learnig is expected to more expand, thus, it seems that there should be a strategies for sustainable online learning operations. This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the continuance intention to usage of online distance learning of airline department students, focused on Post-Acceptance Model. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized a structural equation model after collecting 136 survey data. The results is as follow; First, user interface has positive impact on confirmation and confirmation has positive impact on satisfaction of online distance learning. Seconds, confirmation has positive impact on perceived usefulness, flow and social presence. Third, social presence has positive impact on satisfaction of online distance learning, but perceived usefulness and flow didn't have statistically meaningful impact on satisfaction. Finally, statisfaction of online distance learning has huge positive impact on continuance intention to usage. It is expected that the implications of this study enable colleges effectively to run online distance learning in preparation for the post-covid 19 era.

  • Wearable Technology is going to be the biggest buzzword and the next generation of digital revolution in the near future. Wearables have changed the focus of the healthcare industry to prevention programs in order to encourage individuals to be more active and to take the responsibility of their own health. Although, the intention of consumers to use wellness wearables has been growing rapidly, the number of individuals who refuses continued use of such devices increases day-by-day. Diffusion and innovation of new technology could be more efficiently gained by consumer's adoption. So, it is extremely important for providers and designers to understand the impact of positive and negative factors on consumers' intention to use wellness wearables. Moreover, a unified framework is required for better understanding of individuals' behavioral intention for using wellness wearables. Thus, the goal of this study is to identify the potential factors that influence consumers' willingness to use wellness wearables as well as proposing a unified framework based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and Value-based Adoption Model (VAM) with two extra factors, perceived trust and perceived health increase. The findings of this article improves the theoretical understanding of the engaged factors in the proposed research model of the study.

  • 이 연구에서는 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model: TAM)을 적용하여 카드뉴스 이용자의 정보추구성향과 뉴스 리터러시가 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향, 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성이 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 카드 뉴스 이용 경험이 있는 대학생 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 통계분석은 구조방정식모델(SEM)을 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 정보추구성향은 지각된 용이성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 뉴스 리터러시는 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성 모두에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성 모두는 추천의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

인공지능 기반 공공서비스 정책수용 의도에 관한 연구: 개인의 인식과 디지털 리터러시 수준이 미치는 영향을 중심으로 (A Study on Policy Acceptance Intention to Use Artificial Intelligence-Based Public Services: Focusing on the Influence of Individual Perception & Digital Literacy Level)

  • 본 연구는 인공지능에 관한 개인의 인식과 디지털 정보를 이해하고 활용할 수 있는 디지털 리터러시(Digital Literacy) 수준이 인공지능 기반 공공서비스의 수용에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실증적 분석을 위해 2017년에 수행된 설문조사 자료를 바탕으로 기술수용모형과 계획된 행동이론에 근거하여 연구모형을 설정하고 구조방정식을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 인공지능 기술에 대한 개인의 긍정적 인식은 인공지능 기술이 도입된 공공민원서비스에 대한 혜택에 대한 태도를 강화하고, 우려는 감소시키는 역할을 한다. 둘째, 디지털 리터러시 수준은 인공지능 기술에 대한 혜택과 우려를 모두 강화하지만, 인공지능 기술에 대한 프라이버시 염려보다는 개인이 인식하는 인공지능 기술의 혜택을 통해 공공민원서비스를 이용할 의도를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인공지능 기술에 대한 개인의 지각된 혜택은 공공민원서비스 이용의도를 강화하고, 프라이버시 염려는 이용의도에 부정적 영향이 확인되었다. 특히, 프라이버시 염려보다는 지각된 이용 편의성과 유용성의 영향이 이용의도를 더욱 강화하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 인공지능 기술을 통해 제공되는 정보의 정확성과 신뢰성에 관한 시민의 긍정적 인식 강화, 인공지능 기술로 인한 오류에 대한 책임 소재에 대한 제도적 보완, 프라이버시 보호와 관련된 기술적 문제 해결의 필요성을 제기한다.

준법몰입과 준법지원시스템 사용의도: 지각된 유용성 및 감시우려를 중심으로 (Compliance Commitment and Compliance Support System: Focused on the Perceived Usefulness and Surveillance Concerns)

  • Purpose Compliance support system (CSS) aims to support employees' voluntary compliance activities, however, it requires a different approach from the acceptance of other general information systems. In other words, the user's concern that his/her compliance activities recorded in the system are monitored may hinder the active use of the system. In this regard, we set up a research model to investigate the factors that affect the intention to use CSS, by including perceived usefulness, compliance commitment, and surveillance concern. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire survey was conducted for the employees of a domestic oil-company, who operates their own CSS. Based on the 865 data collected, a structural model analysis using PLS was conducted. As a result, all four hypotheses were accepted. It was found that perceived usefulness of CSS has a positive effect on the intention to use CSS. Compliance commitment has a positive effect both on perceived usefulness and intention to use CSS. In contrast, surveillance concern of one's non-compliance recorded in the CSS was shown to have a negative effect on the relationship between compliance commitment and perceived usefulness. Findings This study has academic implications in that it extends the viewpoint of the existing technology acceptance mechanism by examining the two aspects, i.e., compliance commitment and surveillance concern. This study may also provide practical directions to strengthen the use of the active compliance support system by the employees.

국가과학기술정보서비스플랫폼 NTIS 지속적 사용의도 결정요인에 관한 연구: UTAUT 및 TTF모형을 중심으로 (Determinants of Continuous Intention-to-Use on NTIS: Perspectives of UTAUT and TTF Model)

  • Purpose In this study, in order to understand the effects of NTIS users' behavioral scientific behaviors and determinants, an integrated model of the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and TTF(Task-Technology Fit) model, which are frequently used MIS field, was presented and empirical analysis was conducted. Design/methodology/approach In this study, an online survey was conducted on researchers from organizations carrying out national R&D projects, institutions, universities, and dedicated management institutions and the collected data verified hypotheses established using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package and structural equation model using AMOS. Findings The results showed that NTIS users' business activities had a positive(+) effect on task-technology fit and task-technology fit had a positive(+) effect on performance expectation, effort expectation, and continuous intention-to-use intention. In addition, the performance expectation, effort expectation, and promotion conditions presented in research model had a positive(+) effect on the continuous intention-to-use. The research results derived through this study are expected to contribute substantially to subsequent research in the field related to information sharing platforms.

모바일 교통정보 애플리케이션의 사용의도와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Use Intention and Satisfaction of Mobile Transportation Information Applications)

  • PURPOSES : Lately, a traffic information market has been developed with a rapid speed owing to information and communications. In this situation, a study on the use intention and the satisfaction of mobile transportation information applications of users will be diverse implications and a strategic foundation to local governments and transportation information related enterprises that should provide satisfactory info as public goods to much more users. METHODS : Going along with the flow, this study establishes features of the mobile transportation information applications aiming to the users and analyzes empirical causality for effects of the use intension and the satisfaction. Through this study's analysis, targeting users having experienced transportation information applications among smart phone users, a survey was conducted and characteristics of the transportation information applications were lighted and the effects of the use intention and the satisfaction were analyzed using a technology acceptance model. RESULTS : The analysis result was that Accuracy, Riskiness, Ubiquity and Interactivity as all attributes of transportation information applications have a significant effect on Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use respectively. The Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have affected significantly users' satisfaction respectively, so consequentially this shows effect relationship leading to reuse intention. CONCLUSIONS : The Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use all for the transportation information applications were shown to influence significantly on the satisfaction. With this kind of result, if users obtain positive outcomes such as travel time reduction or effective roles on their tasks through the transportation information applications, they feel the satisfaction for using and eventually these affect positively to the reuse intention of those transportation information applications.
