효과적 지식경영을 위한 사람 혹은 시스템 중심 지식경영 전략: 이벤트연구 방법론을 기반으로 (Human or System Strategy for Effective Knowledge Management: Based on the Event Study Methodology)

  • The knowledge management is increasingly an important strategic weapon for sustaining competitive advantage of firms. Firms are undertaking knowledge management initiatives and making significant investments. However, there is relatively little empirical support for the impact of knowledge management on performance of firms. Understanding of the impact of knowledge management, this paper explores how knowledge management strategy influences firms' market value. We examine this issue using event study methodology and evaluate the cumulative abnormal returns for knowledge management strategy announced by firms from 1998 to 2002. The results show that firms' announcements of knowledge management strategy are positively related with firms' market value. Specially, dynamic style-which emphasizes both (i) knowledge reusability through information technologies and (ii) knowledge sharing through informal discussions among employees-has higher performance. This outcome presents empirical support to argument that the emphasis on both tacit and explicit knowledge results in better market value.

노인가계의 재무전략유형별 재무성과 (Financial Performance according to the Types of Financial Strategy in Elderly Households)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the financial strategies and investigate major determinants of the financial performance in elderly households. This study used the data of 4,577households with all ages and 1,255 elderly households were from the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(2000, 2003). The data were analyzed by various statistical methods such as frequency, mean-test, Duncan's multiple range test, k-mean cluster analysis and regression. The major findings were as follows: First, the classified household financial strategy types were Residual(44.3%), Financial Assets(24.0%), Informal Institutional(19.7%), Diversified Portfolio(7.6%), Real Estate(4.5%). Second, the criteria of classification of the financial strategies were relative, not absolute. Third, elderly households that employed a financial assets had the greatest financial performance (62,320,000 won net gain). Households with all ages that employed a diversified portfolio strategy had the greatest financial performance (98,360,000 won net gain). Forth, the determinants of the financial performance were significantly different according to the types of financial strategy.

한 초등학교 2학년 아동의 곱셈과 나눗셈 해결 전략에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Solution Strategies for Multiplication and Division of a Second Grader)

  • One second grader, Junsu, was observed 4 times before and after formal multiplication lesson in Grade 2. This study describes how solution strategies in multiplication problems develop over time and investigates awareness of the relation between situation and computation in simple measurement and partitive division problems as informally experienced. It was found that Junsu used additive calculation for small-number multiplication problems but could not solve large-number multiplication problems and that he did not have concept of mathematical terms at first interview stage. After formal teaching, Junsu learned a variety of multiplication solution strategies and transferred from additive calculation to multiplicative calculation. The cognitive processing load of each strategy was gradually reduced. Junsu experienced measurement division as a dealing strategy and partitive division as a estimate-adjust strategy dealing more than one object in the first round.

환경변수가 EDI통제와 EDI구현과의 관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Explorative Study on the Impact of Environmental Variables on the Relationship between EDI controls and EDI Implementation)

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is an important part of interorganizational electronic commerce due to the strategic impact derived from its use. In order to ensure successful implementation of EDI, EDI controls must first be developed. Because they are implemented in an environmental context, the characteristics of organizational environments have a significant impact on EDI controls. The control strategy for the EDI system - formal, informal, and automated controls - should fit certain organizational environments. A research model has been developed to depict the moderating effects of six environmental variables including industry, organizational, and task characteristics on the relationships between controls and implementation. It is shown empirically that the relationships between EDI controls and implementation are indeed affected by these factors. The results can help management design formal, informal, and automated controls in view of their own environmental contexts.

학령 전 아이들의 사칙연산 문장제 해결 능력과 방법 분석 (An Analysis on the Competence and the Methods of Problem Solving of Children at the Before of School Age in Four Operations Word Problems)

  • 학령 전 아이들은 형식적인 교육을 받지 않고서도 일상적인 경험이나 비형식적인 방법으로 수를 익히고, 계산을 한다. 따라서 학령 전 아이들의 수학적 능력에 대한 이해는 유치원 교육과 초등학교 저학년의 수학 학습 지도에 시사점을 줄 수 있다는 변에서 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 학령 전인 만 5세의 아이들이 사칙연산 문장제의 의미론적 측면의 문제 유형에 어느 정도의 해결 능력과 방법을 보이는가를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 만 5세의 학령 전 아이들은 5보다 크고 10보다 작은 수로 구성된 사칙연산 문장제에 대하여 구체물을 이용한 비형식적 연산의 수행과 정신적 암산을 수행하는 방법을 통하여 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 학령 전 아이들의 수학적 경험을 위한 교육과정이나 프로그램을 체계적으로 구성하여 제시할 필요성을 제기한다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find an appropriate policy for local government innovation step by step. In order to accomplish this purpose, we considered the characteristics and situation of Gumi city. Specifically, we analyzed the win-win strategy of the department for the largest local administration innovation. Finally, we found that the chief executive's leadership and other strategies such as the adjustment of the innovation propulsion system are key factors. Also, Managing the resistance to change appeared during the process of local administrative innovation is important . The failure of the policy for local government innovation is caused by the failure to manage the resistance Thus for government innovation to succeed, correct informal ion provision, comprehensive participation of public officials and effect ive management of resistance is necessary.

  • When the game is used in mathematics loaming, students take pleasure of game in themselves and communicate through interaction with other students naturally. It is important because the game is activity for intellectual growth and social development. Also students have had affirmative attitude about mathematics by Emu. The communication in mathematics loaming helps that linking informal and intuitive thinking of students with abstract and basic mathematical language and that it also helps changing from the dependent situation to teacher to the self-directive teaming of students. The purpose of this thesis is to effect on extension of mathematical communication ability to the second grade of elementary school students by applying of computational-strategy games. It has conclusion as follows. Application of computational-strategy games had effected on extension of mathematical communication ability importantly. When students have mathematical communication through computational-strategy games, at the beginning, the words which students used was long, incorrect, and unnecessary words. But at the later, students became to use clear, correct concise words as they connect their routine language with mathematical symbol. Therefore we can make sure that mathematical communication ability of the second grade students' is extended by applying of computational-strategy games.

  • Recently there are many researches of text mining to find interesting patterns or association rules from mass textual documents. However, the words extracted from informal documents are tend to be irregular and there are too many general words, so if we use pre-exist method, we would have difficulty in retrieving knowledge information effectively. In this paper, we propose a new feature extraction method to classify mass documents using association rule based on unsupervised learning technique. In experiment, we show the efficiency of suggested method by extracting features and classifying of documents.

초등학교 6학년 학생의 백분율 이해에 관한 연구 (Understanding of Percentages of Sixth Grade Students in Elementary School)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들의 백분율 이해에 대한 실태를 조사하고 이를 기초로 백분율 지도를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부분 전체 과제, 변화 과제, 비교 과제로 구분한 16개의 문항으로 구성된 검사도구를 개발하고, 백분율을 학습한 초등학교 6학년 학생 182명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하여 각 문항의 정답률 및 학생들이 사용한 전략, 오류 유형을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 백분율 과제에 대한 정답률이 전반적으로 낮았고, 과제 유형별로는 부분 전체 과제의 정답률이 비교 과제와 변화 과제보다는 높았으며, 백분율 계산 전략은 형식적 동치 소수 전략뿐만 아니라 비형식적 전략도 많이 사용하였고, 다양한 오류 유형이 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 백분율 지도를 위한 시사점으로 백분율의 의미 강조, 다양한 비교 과제와 변화 과제의 포함, 비형식적 전략의 강조와 모델의 사용, 다양한 백분율 상황에서 결과량, 백분율, 기준량 사이의 관계 파악을 제안하였다.

초등학교 5학년과 6학년의 비례 추론 능력 분석 (5th and 6th Grade Korean Students' Proportional Reasoning Abilities)

  • 본 연구는 비와 비율에 대한 기본적인 내용을 배운 5학년 학생들과 비례와 비례식 및 형식적인 전략까지 배운 6학년 학생들의 비례추론 능력을 비교 분석하고, 초등학교의 비례 추론 지도를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 5학년 131명과 6학년 138명 학생들을 대상으로 다양한 과제로 구성된 비례 추론 검사를 실시하여 성취도와 전략을 분석하고, 일부 면담을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 5학년과 6학년 학생들의 평균은 다소 차이는 있었으나 크지 않았고, 과제 유형별로는 5, 6학년 모두 기하 과제보다는 대수 과제, 질적 과제보다는 양적 과제, 비교 과제보다는 미지값 과제에서 높은 점수를 보였으며, 5, 6학년 모두 형식적 전략보다는 인수 전략과 단위 비율 전략 같은 비형식적 전략을 훨씬 더 많이 사용하였고, 비례 상황과 비 비례 상황을 구분하는 데는 여전히 어려움이 있었다. 이런 결과를 바탕으로 학생들의 비례 추론 지도를 위한 시사점으로 다양한 비례 추론 과제의 도입과 학생들의 유연한 전략의 중시를 제안하였다.
