The aim of this paper is the implementation of high assembly productivity through product redesign. The product and process are analyzed by influencing factors for based data of the product redesign. And then, the weak assembly processes are analyzed by weak influencing factors. By this information about product and process, the score of weakness of influencing factors extracts the redesign rules and principles. The sequences of processes are changed according to the product redesign, and they are evaluated using the line efficiency and smoothness index.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the process and its influencing factors of technological capability building in a small and medium-sized capital goods sector. This paper first reviews the influencing factors of accumulating technological capability-technology trajectory, technology sources, technological capability, technological learning, technology strategy, and entrepreneurship. The paper then presents the integrative model of technological capability building. The experience of Mirae Corporation, the first generation of venture company in Korea, is also discussed as a case in point to analyse the process of technological capability building in a small and medium-sized capital goods company. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study arc discussed.

This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

This study aims to examine the sense of community for build rural community. Data were collected from 205 local residents residing in Yeoncheon-gun where the community building project and education were undertaken to analyze the data. Data was analyzed by using analysis of hierarchical regression analysis. Results summarized as follows. First, the most influencing factor on sense of community of the resident' participation in rural community building was continuous participation. Second, the influencing factors of sociodemographic were occupation, income level, and age on entire and sub factors of sense of community partially. Third, participation expansion, the sub factor of community participation influenced on sense of belonging, the feeling of solidarity, and conscious of mutual influence. As a result of taking a look at the effect of resident participation in overall sense of community, continuous participation was shown to influence in entire sense of community.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing care workers' intention of hand hygiene implementation in long-term care hospitals. Methods: A total of 180 care workers working at long-term care hospitals were recruited. Data collection was done from July 22 to September 7, 2018. Results: The significant TPB variables influencing the intention of hand hygiene implementation were perceived behavior control (β=.41, p<.001), normative belief (β=.28, p<.001) and attitude toward behavior (β=.15, p=.014). These factors explain 39% of care workers' intension of implementing hand hygiene in long-term care hospitals. Conclusion: In order to strengthen the commitment of hand hygiene, it is necessary to have a positive attitude toward hand hygiene by eliminating the obstacles to hand hygiene.

Wide use of smart and high performing mobile device makes consumers use diverse distribution channels, composed of online and offline channel. Smart companies are trying to deploy omni channel. In order to successfully integrate these diverse channels, it is necessary to understand consumers' preference of channel choice. Thus, this study was focused on the influencing factors of channel preference such as price sensitivity, consumer innovativeness, time pressure, and need-for-touch. And this study compared these influencing factors between Korea and China, and drew meaningful message for e-commerce companies and offline distribution companies.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the main factors influencing family functioning of caregivers in families with stroke. Method: A Convenient sample of 173 primary family caregivers who take care of a stroke patient at an Oriental medicine hospital in Jeonbuk. Interviews were done with a standardized questionnaire including family functioning by nurses. Results: In Pearson's correlation analysis, the influencing factors related to family functioning were ADL(p=.017), level of paralysis(p=.019) as stressors, Quality of relation(p=.000) as situational variables, and family caregivers' burden(p=.000). Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed 29.9% of the variance family functioning was significantly accounted for by the quality of relationship between stroke patient and caregiver(26.8%), and caregiver burden(3.1%). Conclusions: Findings indicate that families of stroke patients need family-focused nursing intervention as supported care to improve the relationship between patient and primary caregiver and relieve caregiver burden by culturally tailoring to Korean.

Since the discussion on solving some problems in modern socity began in the late 1990s, the interest in students' character education has increased. This study aims to identify the factors influencing educational needs assessment for character education in Korea. A self-administered survey was obtained from 318 students in a university. Three factors extracted from factor analysis were individual, interpersonal, social character factor. Results showed that the determinants influencing character educations are academic achievement and volunteer activities for individuals character, academic achievement and school activities in campus for interpersonal and social character educational factor. The findings should be of interest to practitioners to develop education programs for students.

Purpose: The purposes of the study were to identify level of health literacy and factors influencing health literacy of migrant workers. Methods: Data were collected using a cross sectional correlational design. Participants were 128 migrant workers in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The health literacy level of migrant worker was low and they had difficulty in understanding patient education materials and medical forms. Factors influencing health literacy were residential areas (city or rural), education level, length of stay in Korea, and ability to understand spoken Korean. Regression model accounted for 14.2% of the variance in health literacy. Conclusion: Lower levels of health literacy make it difficult for migrant works to visit medical facilities and perform health behaviors appropriately. Therefore, diverse strategies should be developed by nurses to enhance the health literacy level of migrant workers.

Purpose: This descriptive correlation study was to identify the influencing factors on fatigue of patients undergoing radiotherapy for breast cancer. Method: One hundred twenty-six breast cancer patients were recruited from a radiotherapy clinic of two university hospitals. Data were collected using a package of questionnaires consisting of the Symptom Experience Scale, mood disturbance scale, and Social Support Scale. Results: The mean score of the fatigue, physical status, emotional status, and social support was 4.18, 21.96, 100.95, and 3.70, respectively. Family support and health profession support were 3.94 and 3.47, respectively. Fatigue and physical status, fatigue and emotional status, physical status and emotional status were found to have statistically positive correlations. But emotional status and social support were found to have statistically negative correlation. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors on fatigue were emotional status, marital status, and physical status which explained 64.4% fatigue of breast cancer patients.
