e-Health system is the use of information and communication technologies to provide health care information and services to stakeholders. It pursues an improvement of service quality of health care, increases of accessability of information, reduction of medical cos and enforcement of competitiveness in health care industry. There are lots of difficulties in implication of internet technology to health care process. This is because that the characteristics of health care industry is very closed and specific and also the internet technology has the very user-oriented characters. So it is necessary to have the system independent conceptual design method to combine these two characteristics. In this paper a new modified conceptual design methodology will be proposed for the successful implementation of e-health system in korean health care industry. The proposed methodology will be verified its validity and feasibility through AHP method. And the results of this research will be implied as the basis for the development and revitalization of e-Health system in Korea.

In the edge of new jumping up in global market, our construction industry is required to develop a competitive power and new construction market. As a considerable global player, our construction industry and information technology industry are regarded as to achieve more competitiveness and new market by developing fusion technology between information and construction technology. But, practically not only the technologic barrier but unripe developing model, it is time to visualize fusion strategic model and possible area as a constructional point of view. The aim of fusion technology is to increase productivity by reducing labor power and over all life cycle cost and to suggest new market with effective demanding power such as ubiquitous-city. As a successful development model, both the demand driven approach dealing with prompt IT developing speed and a circular leading model boosted by leading group will be key factors.

This study examined the factors influencing the happiness of employees of the SME manufacturing industry. Data were collected from 139 employees using structured questionnaires, and were analyzed by a t-test, one way-ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/WIN Ver 18.0 program. In general characteristics, happiness was significantly associated with age, level of education, religion, monthly income, monthly income satisfaction, position in the working area, and way of working. Happiness was positively correlated with self-esteem and perception of interpersonal caring behavior, and was negatively correlated with job stress. The factors influencing happiness was self-esteem and perception of interpersonal caring behavior, which explained 46.6%. Self-esteem and the perception of interpersonal caring behavior should be considered for improving the happiness of employees. The results will form the basis of nursing interventions to increase employees' happiness in the SME manufacturing industry.

As noted by Pavitt (1984) and Malerbar (2002), previous studies have focused on identifying differences in industry characteristics between the machinery industry and other manufacturing industries. This study considered quantitative and qualitative aspects of performance of product innovation in analyzing what factors determine those outcomes. In particular, this study examined stepwise selection processes embedded in innovation activities by applying a hurdle negative binomial model as well as the Heckman two-step selection model. Results show that factors affecting performance improvement and patents differ, and the threshold effect and the intensity effect of innovation were also distinguished. These results imply that the R&D capability should be enhanced and external innovation is required to be effectively embodied in the organization. Furthermore, motivating employees plays a pivotal role in this technology and skill-intensive sector.

Many Korean colleges funded by the Korean government have actively implemented LINC (Leaders INdustry-university Cooperation) programs to facilitate practical training since 2012. The LINC programs have two major different categories, a technologically and innovative focused program and a field-centered program. A number of studies have applied the TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) model proposed by Fishbein and Azjen successfully to predict the behavioral intention in many areas, such as marketing, environmental purchasing, and technology, etc. On the other hand, few studies have applied the TPB within industry-university cooperation settings. The purpose of this study was to empirically test the applicability of the TPB model in predicting the employees' participation in LINC programs. To investigate the study's purpose, a closed-ended questionnaire, composed of a total of 32 questions based on previous studies, was developed, and the data from 115 out of 132 employees in the participating companies of LINC were utilized. Specific analysis of the study showed that the attitudes, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control were significant predictors of the LINC intention. In addition, the LINC intention was a significant predictor of the participation in LINC.

Construction industry has a relatively higher accident rate compared to other industries, especially the serious accident rate including death. Ministry of Employment and Labor has not only implemented safety consciousness but also initiated the basic occupational safety and health training for the construction industry. Despite the effort, only a few sites follow the obligatory task and there are reports stating the effect of the education is minimal. As a result, this research aims to determine and analyze the current state of the basic occupational safety and health training including its lesson plan and method. Furthermore, by analyzing the preliminary study on the effective instructional method, this research suggests an effective method to implement safety consciousness to the workers. An improvement plan is also suggested by supplying appropriate educational material to different workers by differentiating the characteristics and the cause of death at various work types in construction sites.

As expected that a robot-industry will grow up rapidly toward a huge market, many countries try to develop the official policies to support a robot-industry. Following this trend, many robot researches are proceeded in the various technical areas by the government-initiated R&D strategies in Korea. These R&D programs are archived by academic-industrial collaboration and furthermore, include the disseminated linkage of academic-industrial collaboration and the human resource development program which pursues the problem solving and technical training for companies suffered by several technical difficulties. This paper shows the several analyses and considerations of provisional results of these collaboration programs. First, each program of specialized plan for next generation is reviewed and the accomplishment of human resource development for robot research is evaluated. Finally, several considerations are represented for continuous and desirable expansion of these programs.

The culture industry very have interested in modern society so that it is a field to be provided opportunity to can benefits of life with health, medical industry. Especially, music industry to have based on popular support has acknowledged as artistic value to can easily approach that expresses a feeling to exist together with popularity, originality. In this paper, we will want to design indicators to evaluate a singer's musical talent to can speak a key part in these music industry. From this, we applied analysis elements of spectrogram to perform in change of vocal tract shape in singer's voice and public voice about identical music, and performed comparison, analysis of two groups to experiment pattern analysis of result waveform. Therefore, we analyzed pattern in change of vocal tract shape choice a popular music using of experiment to collect singer and public voice about identical part with time so that we designed indicator to can evaluate musicality.

In order to improve executive ability in response to need of job ability in cultural content industry and in connection with industrial scene, it is required to develop curriculum for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting First of all, environmental analysis of cultural content industry, survey on industry demand, survey on demand by enrolled students and graduated students, survey on demand by local community were made and conducted to draw job competency for acting art. In addition, the existing curriculum was analyzed through evaluation by field experts, enrolled students, and graduated students. Based on the analysis results, major curriculum was developed for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting. Such curriculum development enables providing acting education that focuses on core competency to maximize education effect and cultivating actor who is suitable for the age of multimedia based on local infrastructure. Moreover, the curriculum development helps cultivating versatile actor, rather than famous actor.

In this study, the college's curriculum and industry satisfaction with graduates were investigated. As a result, the college education of the consumer's feedback to an education as the basis for the survey was conducted. To this end, a survey of industry conducted and analyzed a result. Questions of the survey are as follows: Foundation for industrial research, the recruitment of new employees, research on skills, basic research on curriculum, and skills related to satisfaction surveys were conducted. According to survey results the average period of employment in manufacturing. Research and development, and public officials, and management in the area has served more than three years. Distribution and service the tourism sector, mainly two years. The major practical difficulty in working theory of scarcity and insufficient foreign language skills, and inter personal relationship. Working in a variety of school curriculum and an emphasis on training relevant and practical by developing a training curriculum and the majors, colleges will improve for the satisfaction.
