The development of digital technology is changing the paradigm of the healthcare industry to preventive and consumer-oriented. The combination of the ICT industry and the bio-healthcare industry is emerging as a core industry in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Korean government has also selected the bio-healthcare industry as one of the three key future development industries. In May, the government announced its bio-health industry innovation strategy and set a goal of 300,000 employees. Therefore, analyzing the effects of employment on the related industries of the digital bio-healthcare industry is very important for the establishment of future industrial and technology development policies. The research method restructures the integrated classification of 32 industries into 34, including the digital bio-healthcare industry, using the classification criteria of the government and professional institutions, and then reorganizes the digital bio-healthcare industry into eight industries classified as one industry group. The analysis data was taken from the Bank of Korea's 2019 data. Various trigger coefficients and ripple effects coefficients were rewritten using the analysis method of the Input-output Statistics. The analysis of the results compares the employment-induced effects of the digital bio-healthcare industry and the ripple effects of related industries in production, investment and value-added. In addition, in terms of investment effect, the effects of in-house and related industries were compared. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used to establish employment and industrial policies.

Being one of the most important textile and apparel producers for years, Turkey began to become active in terms of retailing. Although retailing industry is in its growing phase, the social and economic influences caused the customers' tastes and demands to be more distinctive and segmented in parallel with the advancement of the retail industry. Therefore, the retail industry began to develop in more fragmented way where clear boundaries between different types of retailers were established. In this study, the apparel retail market is overviewed and analyzed within the context for determination of the current situation and future prospective. To this aim, the textile and apparel companies that are active in Turkey were classified into groups based on the type of distribution channels they used. Then, the performances of the groups were established using the secondary type of resources. Finally, the findings were summarized, by showing the similarities and differences between different channels.

The cruise industry is one of the world's fastest growing device industry which is structural construction coasts are expensive. Cruise out-fittings are thirty times compare with general large vessels. According to the characteristics of materials or equipments, most equipments are imported from europe. At present domestic shipbuilding industries and minor enterprises have a hard times therefore enhancing technology for the cruise industry could be infused vitality on the industries. If domestic small and midium industries have high technology for the cruise ship, domestic small and midium industries can have global competitiveness compare with european equipment suppliers which has small-scale and high technology. Therefore on this study, cruise ship's new equipment development and a study for the performance assessment and classification type approval certificate was carried out.

The purpose of this research is to analysis actual condition of promoting complex industrialization and changes after promoting, and then to classify organic farmer using cluster analysis based on delineated organic farmer's changes factors. This study also aims to investigate differences in socioeconomic characteristics and behavioral intentions among classified groups of organic farmer's changes. Data were obtained by questionnaire. From the factor analysis, four factors were derived as "Economics", "Public benefit", "Environment and philosophical values" and "Establishing management and the regional bedrock". From the cluster analysis, three cluster were derived as "group that has a positive awareness of promoting complex industry", "group that has a negative awareness of promoting complex industry" and "unstable management and a regional base". And the three classifications were significantly different in the satisfaction and behavioral intentions.

The construction industry, which has a labour-intensive and conservative nature, is exclusive to adopt new technologies. However, the construction industry is viably introducing the 4th Industrial Revolution technologies represented by artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, robotics and unmanned transportation to promote change into a smart industry. An image-based artificial intelligence technology is a field of computer vision technology that refers to machines mimicking human visual recognition of objects from pictures or videos. The purpose of this article is to explore image-based artificial intelligence technologies which would be able to apply to the construction sites. In this study, we show two examples which is one for a construction waste classification model and another for cast in-situ anchor bolts defection detection model. Image-based intelligence technologies would be used for various measurement, classification, and detection works that occur in the construction projects.

The traditional newspaper industry faces the opportunities and challenges of industry transformation and integration with new media. Consequently, the catalogs of newspapers and magazines are also updated. In this study, necessary information on catalogs was obtained and used to analyze the overall development trend of the newspaper industry. A word frequency analysis was then performed on the introduction and product categories of the catalogs, and the content and types of newspapers and magazines were examined. Furthermore, related factors such as price, number of pages, publishing frequency, and best-selling status were analyzed; the correlation among factors affecting best-selling status was also explored. Subsequently, each element and a combination of elements were used to generate a dataset, build three classification models, and analyze the accuracy of predictions of whether newspapers sold well under other circumstances. The experimental results showed that price is the most critical factor affecting the best-selling status of newspapers and magazines. Publishing frequency and the number of pages were also found to be significant indicators that impact people's subscription choices. Finally, a competitive strategy regarding content, price, quality, and positioning was developed.

본 논문에서는 인구 조사에서 산업 및 직업 코드를 자동 분류하기 위한 인공지능 기반 시스템을 제안한다. 산업 및 직업 코드의 정확한 분류는 정책 결정, 자원 할당 및 연구를 위해 매우 중요하지만, 기존의 방식은 사람이 작성한 사례 사전에 의존하는 규칙 기반 방식으로 규칙 생성에 필요한 시간과 자원이 많이 소요되며 오류 발생 가능성이 높다. 우리는 본 논문에서 통계 기관에서 사용하는 기존의 규칙 기반 시스템을 대체하기 위해 사용자가 입력한 데이터를 이용하는 인공지능 기반 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 논문에서는 여러 모델을 학습하고 평가하여 산업에서 86.76%의 일치율, 직업에서 81.84%의 일치율을 달성한 앙상블 모델을 개발하였다. 또한, 분류 확률 결과를 기반으로 프로세스 개선 작업도 제안하였다. 우리가 제안한 방법은 전이 학습 기술을 활용하여 사전 학습된 모델과 결합하는 앙상블 모델을 사용하였으며, 개별 모델과 비교하여 앙상블 모델의 성능이 더 높아짐을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능 기반 시스템이 인구 조사 데이터 분류의 정확성과 효율성을 향상시키는 잠재력을 보여주며, 인공지능으로 이러한 프로세스를 자동화함으로써 더 정확하고 일관된 결과를 달성하며 기관 직원의 작업 부담을 줄일 수 있다는 점을 보여준다.

오늘날 기술은 산업융합을 통해 패러다임이 바뀌고 있으며 정부와 기업들은 기술의 흐름 및 방향을 예측할 필요가 있다. 이러한 기술 흐름 및 방향은 특허 정보 분석을 통해 파악할 수 있다. 특허정보는 전 세계적으로 공통된 분류코드를 사용하고 있으며, 기술적 영역 시간 정보와 함께 객관적 데이터를 기반으로 정량적인 분석이 가능하다. 특허 분석 방법은 인용분석, 동시분류분석 방법을 사용하여 기술융합성 분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 지식기반 사회에서 기술혁신을 측정하기 위한 지표로서 활용되는 특허정보를 분석하여 대표적인 융 복합 산업인 항공산업을 중심으로 기술 트랜드 분석 및 향후 발전 방향에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

본 논문은 통계청에서 실시하는 인구 주택 총조사와 사업체 기초통계조사 시 실시되는 수작업에 의한 표준 산업/직업 코드 분류 시 발생하는 막대한 비용과 시간, 일관성의 결여 등을 해소하기 위한 표준 산업/직업 코드 자동 분류 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 정보 검색 기법과 문서 분류 기법을 이용하여 자연어로 기술된 레코드를 입력 받아 입력 레코드에 해당하는 분류 코드를 생성한다. 수작업으로 올바른 코드가 할당되어 있는 산업 분류 레코드 46,762개와 직업 분류 코드 36,286개를 이용하여 10-fold cross-validation evaluation을 수행한 결과, 제안한 시스템은 완전 자동 모드에서 2수준의 산업 분류에 대해서 87.08%, 5수준에 대해서는 66.08%의 생성률을 보였으며 반자동 모드에서는 각각 99.10%와 92.88%의 성능을 보였다. 직업 분류 코드에 대한 성능은 산업 분류 코드에 대한 성능보다는 약간 저하된 성능을 보였다. 제안한 시스템은 아직 수작업을 완전히 대체할 수 있는 완전 자동 분류기로서는 많은 개선의 여지를 가지고 있지만 수작업을 최소화할 수 있는 반자동 도구나 수작업의 정확도를 검증할 수 있는 보조 도구로써 충분히 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
