In existing technology planning, there is lack of considerations such as technology fusion, users' requirements of future, gap analysis between technology development and production, and industrialization process of development technology, that is, technology diffusion and technology transfer strategy. The most noticeable thing is that there is an obvious transition from supplier-centered to consumer-centered in the development of service or product because users' needs are getting a diverse and high level with the paradigm change of industry and society in the 21st century. So it is very important to design effectively a technology planning system under integration of R&D-production-sales system for satisfaction of customers' various choices. In this paper, we present considerations being required strategically in technology planning through analysis of mutual relationship and interface between technology planning, R&D and production system.

Resent, requirement of residents is socially increasing for apartment. Apartment housing os developed to reduce the housing shortage caused by urbanism after industrialization in Korea. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of housing satisfaction, living Life-Cycle on all residents of apartment housing. This study develops a theoretical model based on the previous studies, and testifies the hypothesis through analyzing to questionnaires form 643 residents of apartment housing. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS12+ program package in terms of frequency, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study is summarized as the followings: The perceived quality had positive effects on the factor of living Life-Cycle and housing satisfaction. Finding of this study can provide valuable information for a criterion of decision making to consumer and a marketing strategy of housing construction company.

산업화에서 크게 뒤져있는 강원도 그 중에서도 원주시가 도시발전방향으로 정보통신분야를 주력산업으로 하려는 청사진을 마련하려 하고 있다. 도내에서는 산업화 조건이 가장 양호한 원주시가 대규모의 공해산업유치보다는 공해가 없는 첨단 정보통신산업의 유치를 통하여 도시발전을 모색하려는 것은 어쩌면 필연이라고 해야 할 것이다. 지방자치제가 본격적으로 성숙되면서 지방중심으로 경제활성화의 주요시책들이 거론되는 시점에 이러한 세미나를 개최를 통하여 과연 원주시가 정보통신도시로 거듭 태어나 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하는 것은 뜻깊은 일이라 생각된다.

In spite of the importance of the farm area in Seoul, in providing fresh vegetables, a pleasant environment and a good quality of life for residents, rapid urbanization and industrialization have greatly reduced the farm area. The purpose of this study is to examine farmers' intentions and attitudes to provide supporting data for planning the strategy of urban agricultural development. All the collected data was analyzed using the contingency tables and the Chi-square test using the SAS computer statistical package. Farmers' views on the farming in Seoul were different depending on their status. Therefore, agricultural strategies in there should be considered their different attitudes.

본 연구는 VR-Tangible Interaction 기술의 발전 현황을 고찰하고 이를 활용한 산업화 콘텐츠 개발의 가능성을 시사하였으며, 사례로서 VR-Tangible Interaction 기술을 활용하여 발달장애 치료 프로그램 및 치료 시스템의 개발을 진행하였다. 발달장애 치료 프로그램은 현재 임상 현장에서 이루어지는 치료의 내용을 관찰 분석하여 치료에 사용된 인터렉션의 특징을 추출하였고, 이를 VR-Tangible Interaction시스템에 적용하여 시간, 인력, 장소의 경제성 및 치료 몰입감이 높으면서 반복 치료를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 발달장애 치료 시스템 구성과 콘텐츠 시나리오를 제안하였다.

Based on analysis of the survey data, the leaseholders were found to be more satisfied with their job than the landowning farmers. Also, the small-scale farmers with green houses showed greater job satisfaction than the ordinary large-scale farmers. Farmers' views on the farming in Seoul were different depending on their status. Therefore, agricultural strategies in there should be considered their different attitudes.

Various countries in the world take the lead in investing for new technologies such as NT, BT, and IT, On account of promoting strategy. Nano technology has made significant R&D performances and its commercialization has been remarkably increased. This study has analyzed and conducted research on successful R&D results of NAno technology nin Korea and current status of its commercialization. There by, this study is to provide basic data for establishing efficient commercialization plan of R&D results and for facilitating its early industrialization.

One of the significant element of industrialization is the marketing mixed by advertisement. This paper concerns itself with two key methodological issues that have arisen during the marketing communication research. First, it examines BTL media, appeal type and executive type for interpersonal communication. The second part of the paper argues that story have an effect on making relationship between a consumer and a producer as storytelling producer's history, story of experiences of user, episode and so on. In this paper we developed contents of advertising for pine nut in Hong Cheon using the storytelling marketing communication strategy.

Port development is remarkable increased due to the progress of industrialization in ASEAN area. Especially, Vietnam has increased the international physical distribution in this area rapidly. The main issues facing decision makers at container terminals in Vietnam are how to expand the existing container terminals and construct new container terminals. In this paper, we performed the basic design based on simulation analysis in order to support the expansion of Quy Nhon port in Vietnam as a case study. The preliminary capacity analysis was conducted on the one berth at the port to analyze the scale of C/C and yard area. Alternative scenarios were created based on the preliminary capacity analysis and the detailed simulation analysis was conducted fur the scenarios. And in order to establish the marketing strategy, we classified the marketing elements by industrial environment and performed SWAT analysis of the port.

1994년 1월 1일 이후부터 공식적으로 발효한 NAFTA로 인하여 200l년 1월 1일까지는 멕시코ㆍ미국ㆍ캐나다 사이에 관세가 완전히 철폐될 예정이다. 패시코 북부지역의 변화는 이 지역의 도시성장에서 잘 나타나고 있다. 특히 국경지대에서 쌍둥이 도시화가 매우 급속히 진행되었다. 오늘날 멕시코 도시 순위 10위권 이내에 드는 세 도시(Ciudad Juarez, Tijuana, Mexicali)가 북부 국경지대에 위치한다. 멕시코 북부지역은 동서의 교류보다는 남북의 교류가 많았다. NAFTA로 인하여 멕시코 북부의 여러 하부지역들은 동서로 통합되는 것이 아니라 남북으로 통합되는 경향이 강화될 것으로 예측된다. 멕시코 북부 국경지대의 산업 발달은 멕시코인들에게는 고용기회를 확대시키고 미국인들에게는 저렴한 노동력을 이용할 수 있는 기회를 부여한다. NAFTA는 경제수준의 차가 큰 두 체제 사이의 경제통합이라는 점에서 향후 전세계적으로 전개될 지도 모르는 지역주의적 경제통합에 시사하는 바가 크다고 하겠다.
