  • 본 논문은 변압기 주 소음원인 철심에서 발생하는 소음의 저감을 위한 연구에 대하여 기술하였다. 변압기 본체소음의 발생원인과 철심의 자속밀도에 따른 소음 level의 차이, 철심의 적층방식에 따른 소음저감효과에 대하여 연구하였으며, 축소형 모델 및 실모델(154kV 변압기)을 제작하여 실증하였다.

  • This study is designed to predict the overall electric power load, to apply the method of time sharing and to reduce simultaneous load factor of electric power when authorized by user entering demand plans and using schedules into the user's interface for a certain period of time. This is about smart grid, which reduces electric power load through simultaneous load factor of electric power reduction system supervision agent. Also, this study has the following characteristics. First, it is the user interface which enables authorized users to enter and send/receive such data as demand plan and using schedule for a certain period of time. Second, it is the database server, which collects, classifies, analyzes, saves and manages demand forecast data for a certain period of time. Third, is the simultaneous load factor of electric power control agent, which controls usage of electric power by getting control signal, which is intended to reduce the simultaneous load factor of electric power by the use of the time sharing control system, form the user interface, which also integrate and compare the data which were gained from the interface and the demand forecast data of the certain period of time.

  • 전력 계통은 거대한 네트워크화되고 있으며, 전력계통을 신뢰성 있게 운용하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 이에 따라 전력계통에 대한 숙련된 운전기술이 필요하게 되고, 실제 전력계통 모의를 통한 미경험 고장의 처리기술을 습득해야할 필요성이 생기게 되었다. 그러한 취지에서 각종 유틸리티는 운용자 지원 소프트웨어나 고장의 발생과 복구를 훈련할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 대부분 구비하고 있다. 이러한 프로그램의 핵심적인 기능은 고장의 시나리오를 실제 계통에서 발생할 수 있는 고장으로 상정하고, 전문가 그룹에 의해 도출된 복구절차에 의해 복구 과정을 훈련하는 것이다. 전력계통이 복잡화되고 거대화됨에 따라 복구절차 또한 복잡화되고 있으므로 기존의 Case-by-case에 의해 복구절차를 생성하는데는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 Lex라는 구문분석기와 Yacc라는 파서를 이용하여 복구절차 생성시 복구 절차를 적절한 그룹을 만들고, 과 그룹을 통해서 조합 가능한 모든 복구 조작 순서를 생성하기 위한 그룹핑 알고리즘을 구현하고자한다.

  • Recently, in accordance with the development of IT technology, it is prevalent for power quality monitors to be connected to each other via networks and share their data because such networks provide system-wide insights to customers concerning power quality. Those systems can alarm and display power quality events for the convenience of customers. However, if a power quality event occurs, it is difficult for customers to determine its cause and solution because the systems do not provide appropriate power quality diagnosis functions. The power quality management system presented in this paper has been developed to provide customers with various power quality diagnosis functions so that they can cope well with power quality problems with the right measure in the right place. This paper presents the structure and functions of the developed power quality management system and shows some results of the power diagnosis functions.

  • This paper presents a propulsion control system for electric car to improve traction capability. The presented VVVF inverter was composed of as IGBT and the controller was full digitalized by using 32bit DSP. The improved PWM algorithms was adapted to improve traction characteristics. The system could be possible the higher reliablity, compact, light, low cost' and flexbility.

  • It is expected that industrial accelerator having been distributed fast in domestic these days will be widely used for various fields. In this study we deal with the basic consideration for the drive characteristic of power supply system in the system of industrial accelerator installed at Dongshin University. Beam energy of this system is 34keV~40KeV, 100A. The modulator emits a 11KV-380A pulse of $4.5\mu\textrm{s}$ duration that is transformed to about 34KV-40KV pulse by a pulse transformer.

  • 본 연구에서는 고분자전해질연료전지(PEFC)를 이용하여 보조전 원용으로 사용할 수 있는 계통연계 연료전지 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 DSP(Digital Signal Processor)를 이용한 계통연계형 전력변환장치(PCS, Power Conditioning System)와 시스템 제어기의 개발도 병행하여 수행되었다. 개발된 1kW급 보조전원용 연료전지 시스템은 다양한 조건에서의 스택 성능 실험 및 BOP 연계 시험을 통해 최적의 운전점을 도출할 수 있었으며, PID(Proportional, Integral, Differential) 운전제어 방식을 통하여 시스템의 안정적인 운전 특성을 확보하였다. 향후 본 시스템은 계통연계용은 물론 독립전원용으로도 사용이 가능할 수 있도록 전력변환장치를 설계하여 적용할 예정이다.

  • As the power industry moves towards open competition, there has been a call for methodology to evaluate distribution power system reliability by using customer interruption costs. Accordingly, it is increased for methodology to evaluate distribution power system reliability in power supply zones under competitive electricity market. This paper presents algorithm to evaluate system average interruption duration index. expected energy not supplied and system outage cost taking Into consideration failure rate of distribution facility and industrial customer interruption cost. Also, to apply this algorithm to evaluate system outage cost presented in this paper, distribution system of a dual supply system consisting of mostly high voltage customers in industrial complex in Korea is used as a sample case study. Finally, evaluation results of system interruption cost, system average interruption duration index and expected energy not supplied in sample industrial complex area are shown in detail.

  • This paper presents the design, development and performance of a 250kW power conditioning system(PCS) for large scale photovoltaic power plant. The PV inverter consists of a three phase IGBT stack, L-C filter, transformer and HMI unit for monitoring. To verify the performance of the PV inverter a testing facility was designed and constructed to simulate the characteristics of the solar cell and grid.
